We were greeted warmly and told about the 24-hour coffee and water machines in the lobby. The room was clean. It was nice to have handwash & body lotion pumps in the bathroom as well as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner pumps in the shower. We brought a sound machine but I think it was quiet for the most part. Appreciated the hooks around the room and having a mini fridge. Breakfast was nice. There were scrambled eggs, sausage links, hashbrowns, Greek yogurt, assorted bagels, cream cheese, a variety of breads and muffins, cereals, and apples, bananas, and oranges. There was a juice machine too. Checkout was easy. We had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, the staff was friendly and efficient and there were great amenities like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, still or sparkling water available 24 hours a day. What more could we ask for? We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel. It was beautiful, modern, had plenty of parking, delicious breakfast, was quiet despite being pet friendly and easy to get in and out of but my favorite thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful we will definitely stay here again.

This was a clean modern hotel at a great rate. Front desk clerks were all friendly. The fitness center had nice equipment. The outdoor area provides plenty of space for pet relief. The room was a bit smaller than what I am used to but the space was laid out well. There was a mini fridge but no coffee maker. However, there’s unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby 24/7. It was great stay.

Overall, the stay was okay. The cleanliness of the bathroom and shower could have been better. There were hairs and pieces of something on the shower walls. The body wash in the shower was also empty. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfy. There was, however, an opportunity for improvement in bathroom cleanliness. The check-in process was easy, and the lady at the desk was very friendly, able to explain many aspects of the hotel. The elevators were down at the time that we arrived, so we did have to take the stairs to the second floor, but they did apologize. The parking lot was not very crowded, which was nice. There were multiple doors for entry. The breakfast assortment was probably the best part. They had a variety of options. They also had a complimentary coffee station and an area to fill your water bottle.

For some reason the smoke was coming into the room from the AC/Heat unit. Reported to the front desk, they said that a few other guests had reported the similar issue; unfortunately, the fire department could find the source and the hotel staff could not do anything about it. The bathroom could use some cleaning, there were hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

Exceptionally clean and orderly, very well designed for simplicity and ease of stay, extremely polite staff. Chris from the hotel even called us after we’d checked out to let us know we’d accidentally left an item in our room. Such an honest and thoughtful thing to do! This hotel was just as clean and well-kept as the luxury hotel we’d been staying in the previous few days…and possibly even more so!

Terrific hotel. We will look for more of these for our future travels. Small room and a lot of cubbies and wall hooks for clothes instead of a closet—so would not work well for a long stay but perfect for one night. Very comfortable bed and great linens and pillows. We appreciated the double blinds (one to black out light entirely), large TV, and good lighting.

Our check in at just after 1am on a Friday night was painfully slow. There were 2 people in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to check in. We were exhausted after a long drive in and it was such a wait. Once we did get into our room and went to bed we realized how LOUD the hotel was. Slamming doors, people walking loudly, banging things. There's no carpet in the rooms so there's nothing to dampen the sound. We slept horribly even with a white noise machine because every time we started dozing off something made a loud banging/pounding sound. Breakfast was good with lots of options, minimum seating though. Thankful for a kind man who gave myself & my three kids his table.

Our room was very clean and modern looking. Beds were very comfortable. Quite area. The only thing that was a drawback was there was no microwave in the room other than that it was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, would stay again.

I selected a handicapped accessible room because of me daughter's needs. The check-in staff removed it saying that 3rd party reservations often requested it routinely. When we got to the room and it was not accessible we called the desk and they did move us to what we requested.

Fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night starting at 1 AM. We eventually walked down from the 3rd floor with my daughter on crutches. Checking out when asked how we were and responding fed very tired we only got a smile, no apology for the inconvenience.

The room itself was super clean. The bed had options for both soft and hard pillows, which I loved. Best of all, the front desk staff were super helpful!! They helped me with my questions and went above and beyond with their help. I would love to stay here again!

The WiFi was having a problem and I couldn't access it. I spoke with Jon-Michael (the Manager) and he gave me an alternate site and password. The hotel WiFi started working correctly shortly there after, much to my delight.

We had an issue with our lock and the entire staff was by our room trying to help. Then gave us money off for a 30 min inconvenience. I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for that as it was nobody’s fault the lock jammed.

Great price for all you get. It's a newer establishment and very clean. Rooms are utilitarian and have everything you need for an overnight including a micro fridge. Friendly staff who send guests on their way with a breakfast that includes plenty of options including coffee from fresh ground beans, hot Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, Choboni yogurt and more! You can sit down or do a grab and go. Grest location right off 81. Happy to recommend this establishment!
