Front Desk staff not very helpful/generous. Could have easily swapped is into a single king bed for an older couple rather than a double queen. She tried to "upsell" us from a double queen for $20. Really? We felt that was tacky. As Hilton Honors members (who have booked 3 other hotel stays in the last month, that seemed like an easy gesture. She was very snotty about it. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired i would have walked right out and canceled the whole reservation. We won't be booking with Hilton in the future if that's the way they nickel and dime their customers.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Amenities were great - pool and hot tub area was well kept and fun. Breakfast had great options. Would stay again!
