I have left a doll at room, their Customer Service is so helpful with prompt reply & action for arranging the delivery back to my country. Very impressed for such great service, will definitely stay again in this hotel in next Osaka visit.

I stayed 4 nights and on the 4th night I had to request they change the bedding as the hotel said it would change the bedding after the 3rd night if one stayed more than 3 nights

Overall, this was a decent hotel with a few frustrating issues. The location is great, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the included breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay didn’t meet expectations. Before arriving, I requested a room upgrade, but I was charged more than the price I had originally been quoted. The hotel also advertised that it had English-speaking staff, but in our experience this wasn’t the case, which made resolving issues much more difficult. Our upgraded room included an in-room laundry machine, but it was broken for our entire stay. The hotel was unable to repair it or offer any meaningful alternative or solution, which was disappointing given that it was one of the reasons we upgraded. There was also some confusion with the Hotels.com booking benefits. The listing stated that we would receive a free drink per person, but instead we were only given a small credit that didn’t even cover a third of the cost of a single drink. Finally, the hotel was much noisier than expected. Even on the sixth floor, we could clearly hear constant street noise as well as the subway, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it with its location, cleanliness, and breakfast, but the service, communication, and handling of issues left room for improvement.
