Awesome motel that’s ideal after a long weekend at Cedar Point. OUTSTANDING shower; I couldn’t believe how snazzy it was for the price. Comfortable beds and room temperature. I didn’t hear a peep despite the close proximity to the interstate. Check-in/check-out were a breeze and they keep tasty coffee on deck in the office. The exterior of the motel has wear but the room was clean and up-to-date. BellStores is nearby, which has a great selection of to-go food and local craft beers. All in all, this place is a winner for the budget-conscious traveler and I’d happily stay here again.

It is an old property, with that being said, it is plain to see the effort that has been made to update this property to be nice, comfortable and safe. It has a well light parking area, security cameras, updated walls, bathroom and very nice furniture, comfortable beds. It was clean and smelled clean. The crew was short staffed and still took the time to smile, give us a ground floor to help with our handicap child's needs and directions to food and shopping.

Check in was quick and easy, was finishing the cleaning when we checked in and made it to the room, so we waited outside, they did ask if we wanted another room but we were fine it was just a place to sleep. Parking was fine we had a trailor and they directed us to a spot we could park in. Breakfast was very limited.

From the outside the property looks in need of decoration. The room was recently redecorated to a very pleasant standard and was clean and well laid out . Going by the standard of the room I would assume the owners at some point will upgrade the outside to match the inside .

Check in went well check out was even easier leave key card in the room and open the drapes. Ashtrays outside of rooms. Clean, quiet, and accommodating.

The property was not as pictured- it was dirty. Bathroom had hair and dead bugs, bed was not clean, room smelled. Overall not well kept. I booked through Expedia and have been really disappointed in their service as well. I booked the hotel for the week I was in Findlay on business. After one night, I knew I would not be staying there. The front desk person was rude and stated they would not refund the remainder of my stay. They stated since I booked third party (Expedia) that I would have to request through them. I immediately contacted Expedia. Initially no problem we will get a refund issued for the unused nights. Then, they stated no they could not do that would have to pass it up the management chain. Crickets… I have now paid for two hotels for a week. Ridiculous. Where is the responsibility? They both say the other one.

Cute town. Rooms here where very dirty, previous occupants hair was all over shower walls, smellled heavily of smoke, they forgot to restock toiletries, bathroom door could not close. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Our "nonsmoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke. We had 3 pillows for the 2 of us and no comfy chair, just the desk chair. The bathroom had been remodeled but they forgot to finish the job--the door stuck and the knob was loose; the non-tiled walls were in bad repair in the bathroom. It\'s right next to the highway which is convenient but noisy. Construction crews use this for out of town jobs so likely a lot of smokers even in the nonsmoking rooms. Can there be some consideration, people? Thanks!

Room was recently remodeled with new fixtures, etc. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great. The hotel is an older building on a really non descripted property. It was close to a restaurant and gas station/ convenient store. It was at a good price and worked fine for our 1 night stay traveling threw.

We hadn't realized check out was 11 and were still in bed. The poor cleaning lady was so embarrassed, but we were the ones embarrassed for not being out on time. They were very accommodating in letting us quickly gather our things and get out.

Subject: Unacceptable Treatment at Hotel – Denied Check-In for My Spouse and Child My wife and daughter were traveling cross-country and arrived at this hotel after 11 p.m., only to be denied check-in because the reservation was made under my name. Despite my wife being on the phone with me—on speaker—and me clearly verifying that she is my spouse and that the room was intended for her and our daughter, the front desk attendant refused to allow them to check in. Given the late hour and concern for their safety, I made the unfortunate decision to book a second room in her name, trusting that this would be resolved through Hotels.com and hotel management the next day. I contacted Hotels.com immediately and their representative assured me the issue could be fixed. Unfortunately, not only was the night staff unreasonably rigid, but the management the next day was equally inflexible and dismissive. This experience was deeply frustrating and completely avoidable. It reflects a lack of basic customer service, discretion, and compassion—especially toward a mother and child traveling late at night. I do not recommend this hotel. Travelers, beware.

We arrived late after traveling all day. The person at the desk who checked us in was very pleasant, beyond helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place for a stay.

Stayed at this motel for one night while in the road. Check in and check out was easy and the gentleman in the office was friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable for one night. The only negative was the neighborhood. It is definitely not walkable and no stores or restaurants are close by. It is next to some sort of semi truck parking lot which was loud in the late afternoon.

It is right off I-75 which was extremely convenient. There were plenty of food options on the next exit from the motel. The room was basic/nothing fancy, but for the price, it was very nice. The room overall was clean, & the bathroom looked recently remodeled. The bed was okay for comfort but the pillows, not so much. It’s a nice place to stay for the price & its convenience to the interstate.

This area has a great mom and pop restaurant right across the parking lot, other restaurants and gas stations are a short drive away. Loved the hard surface flooring instead of carpet. Fairly industrial area but very accessible and quiet.

When it comes to value for money, you can’t go wrong! We stayed for one night on our way from Toronto, ON to Nashville, TN. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfy, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the continental breakfast hit the spot. We would definitely stay here again!
