We had a superior room, and it was specious and with a big bathroom. The shower was maybe a little to small for a man that is 200cm. The staff is fantastic! And the pool is nice, not so big but it's great. Good pool area with sunbeds and chairs. The breakfast is ok and have a quite big variety of stuff to eat. The hotel is very noisy, if someone talks outside your door it feels like they are inside the room. The elevators also gives a lot of sounds. Therefore I recommend earplugs for sleeping. The beds are really good and we slept well

We arrived at the hotel and promptly got told that our room isn’t available due to the weather. There had been a thunderstorm as we landed, however why was it only our room that was affected? We got moved to a different hotel. Disappointed as we obviously booked that hotel because we wanted to stay there.

Pleasant hotel in the new town within walking distance of all the sights and beaches. Decent pool but limited sunbeds and shades, probably because the sun doesn't shine over the whole pool area in October so much of it remains in shade all day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Relaxing, clean and truly welcoming! A comfortable and very clean hotel with excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly, warm and always smiling — exactly how Greek hospitality should be! The breakfast buffet was rich and suited all tastes, while the dinner buffet was also a great option at just €18. There’s a lovely pool area for relaxing, and the location is perfect — right in the center of Rhodes. Totally worth it. Highly recommended!
