The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned…ever. The “balcony” was unsafe and the size of a closet. It looked into a shared block of apartments - no privacy if the curtains were open. The room smelled like cigarettes and the sheets had someone else’s hair on them. The staff tried to be helpful.

Wouldn’t stay here again, at least not in a room that claims to sleep 3. Our intention was to use the futon, which we did, but the legs were broken so it didn’t stay upright, and when I called down for bedding (sheet, pillow, blanket) we were given a stack of sheets and 2 pillowcases but were told they didn’t have any pillows or blankets. Frustrating to be told a room “sleeps 3” but not really.

We booked a Queen premier with balcony, which was supposed to include a dining area, since we were travelling with our 5 y-o and wanted the chance to eat in the room if we needed to. We were given a room only with a desk. There was a balcony but no chairs so we couldn't really enjoy it. Also the room we were given was right above the noisy restaurant and terrasse, not very practical with a young child. Overall the hotel is OK; the big plus is the location, it's central and you can walk everywhere.
