was able to check in right away. room was small but comfortable. clean. staff was friendly. bottled drinking water was free. great location for a concert at MSG. one night stay.

I didn’t have water pressure in my first room and then my second room I didn’t have any hot water . In my first room , it was clothes from previous guest in there . Toliey was not cleaned properly . Second room the towels had stains on them but the maintenance man with the dreads was helpful

The bed had stains all over it, we had no hot water for an entire day and another day of no water at all, the balcony door was broken so we couldn’t even access it
