Check in experience was not good. Not a warm welcome or helpful. Hotel website is quite misleading. Restaurant was not really a restaurant. Did not appreciate being on the second floor facing a huge commercial UPS building. Only staff that that was friendly was security and ‘bellhop’. Room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job.

Rooftop was closed, amenities in the room didn’t have much, also couldn’t change the temperature.

Clean room, great staff. Frustrating to need to move the coffee maker to somewhere I could plug it in so I could make coffee before the cafe opened. I couldn’t find a plug where they have it set up.
