Pool are was cold 55 degrees

The pool room was cold, 45 to 50 degrees. The water was fine but if you have kids that are planning on swimming I would check on this first

Clean room, staff super nice, great service when asking questions, the bar tender not very friendly at all and was on his phone the whole time not great customer service in his part. Overall no other problems and was clean.

Parking was difficult after 10PM.

It was convenient to my final destination. Breakfast was good and liked the evening bar option.

Loved our stay here. The staff was very polite, breakfast was great, pool was small but kids still had fun, fitness facility very basic but I still got a great workout in.

Amazing hotel ! The customer service was great . The bed were comfy and nice . Breakfast was also amazing, but the best thing this hotel has to offer was a heated indoor pool . The pool even has a small ankle deep area for toddlers . We truly enjoyed our stay .

Hotel was great, staff was great too. Didn't have any issues until the second night when there wasn't any parking due to multiple uhauls and uhaul trailers taking up multiple spots, done in 1 space others taking up multiple spaces with 1 truck, causing all the parking spaces at all 3 hotels to be filled. I had to park at the businesses at the entrance to the hotel since we were back late from a concert. Other than that everything as great. I would definitely stay again.

Reduce the price at the bar, Vodka cran should not be the same price as the whole bottle of vodka. you got us staying there make it reasonable to enjoy a drink as just walk upstairs.

Great service from check-in to check-out. Staff was very welcoming. Plenty of food options for breakfast and nice gym with 3 treadmills, weights, and a couple of cross trainers. The pool was heavily used (in a good way). The room was spacious and more than enough for 2 people. The small sitting area and desk were nice and the bathroom was quiet. Easy highway access and plenty of amenities within a 2 mile radius. Centrally located in Cary and easy to get to other parts of the Raleigh-Durham areas. Would recommend a stay.

This was an extremely neat and clean hotel. Very nice hot breakfast was included. Rates were reasonable for the area and it was close to everything, even our family in the Raleigh area. My husband enjoyed a dip in the indoor pool as well.

No air in the room and sofa bed was very dirty

Overall not very clean, my family skipped the breakfast due to cleanliness concerns. Not worth the price.

Very clean, the room is big and have more amenities. The All was super, the breakfast very good and delicious with a lot of items to choose. I went with my family and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. Love this Hotel.

There is no housekeeping everyday. It was requested to freshen up and extra towels and it was never done.

Excellent facility, gorgeous room, helpful, friendly staff. The room was as clean as it could be, the bathroom, too. Nice, hot breakfast with lots of choices. A quiet and peaceful stay. Will stay there again if the need/opportunity arises. Wish my shower head at home had that kind of water pressure…

Very clean.

We stayed one nigh in July for a family event in Cary. My wife got bedbugs from her pillow. When she called the hotel to let them know they said they did not have a record of our stay. I checked in with our name, provided a credit card for incidentals, yet they claimed they had no record of our stay. I was extremely disappointed in their response to my wife’s call to them after our stay. I booked the stay through Hotels.com.

The room was great, breakfast was good, and the facility was very clean! I had a great stay!

Solid hotel to stay at. Pillows could be better, A/C could be quieter, but I would stay again.

The king bed room was very spacious with a separate sitting area, desk for working and sparkling bathroom. Very nice for the price

Clean and spacious room

Gorgeous hotel. Lobby is so nice and our suite was big and very modern. Nice spacious bathroom with beautiful frosted sliding door. Large walk in closet and nice sitting room area. The bed was super comfy.

Hotel was very nice however, the beds left a lot to be desired. The old mattresses were very uncomfortable to say the least. The sofa was nice to have in the room but the cushions were worn out.

The hotel was great except for the heating. It was very cold during our stay and the heat only worked at 80degrees.

The property is very well kept. The cleaning staff do a great job. My only issue was the air conditioner not working properly.

Large rooms and easy access to hotel

We were happy the room was clean and comfortable. The FREE WiFi did not work. Solution still caused me to use data on my cell plan. Room fridge took 2 days to get cold. Dead bolt on door was BROKEN!

When we got to the hotel, we were wowed. The room was large with a sitting area, nice size bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The issue was the door to the bathroom, which is directly across from the beds, was fogged glass. Every time someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light flooded the sleeping area. The sitting area was also separated from the sleeping area by fogged glass, so no one could be up later or early without disturbing everyone else. Who designed these rooms? Someone who doesn’t travel with other people? The hotel had a small, but nice pool. There was shooting water for the kids to play with, so they do want families there. I wish it had been warmer, but perhaps they turn off the heater an hour before closing to get folks out of the pool on time. No pool towels were available, and we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes. No one brought them over, so we had to go dripping wet into the lobby to try to find someone, which was our other issue. It was difficult to find someone at the front desk. I am guessing they are short staffed. Breakfast was the usual affair, but they did offer toppings for the eggs, waffles, and oatmeal which was really nice. They kept the food stocked well. Coffee at night was cold - very cold. The good? Our room was quiet. There were lots of outlets to plug in our chargers. The shower water was hot. If the hotel would just use a solid door for the bathroom, we would have been much happier.

My family and I had a very good stay. The property was well maintained, the room was clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk, Jose, was very kind and professional. Jose assured us with an extended checkout to help us pack after a family emergency. He was also very kind to my young children. That made my stay especially nice.

Sean and the rest of the staff here were incredible! We were a little…okay a lot needy, and everyone was so kind and accommodating when they could be. They helped me and my grandmother get around along with some other more unique challenges and truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities were also delightful with snacks, drinks, clean rooms, amenities. All of that. The first thing I did walking in was text my friend who swears by Marriott that I finally understood, and after staying there a few nights, I was not disappointed. Highly recommend for solo travelers, people looking to get work done, and those not wanting to feel boxed in a room to get a room at an affordable rate. I cannot express how grateful I was for the staff for all of their help and kindness though. Their level of service and friendliness was above and beyond what I expected to ever receive at a hotel. That is what we will remember most about our stay.

We arrived very late (or early if you are a morning person), and very tired...and the man behind the counter was so very nice and helpful (his name was Jason)...really made the whole experience so pleasant!

Billed twice, while booking I paid in Expedia and hotel also charged my credit card 2nd time.

Starting off, I did not like that their app said it was contactless check-in; a code would be sent; & I would use my phone to access my room. I waited all day for a code that never came. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told none of that was true. Secondly, I called down to the desk to ask for scissors to use for a few minutes. I was told I had to come use them at the desk. This was a huge imposition as I had blisters on the bottom of my feet and need the scissors to cut the shoe insoles I purchased. The older gentleman who was at the desk by the time I got fully dressed and hobbled down to the desk was nice, though. Lastly, when I arrived back to my room the second night, it was the same way I’d left it earlier that morning. Used towels & both trash cans by the door; bed unmade; hair on bathroom floor. No one bothered to come clean my room; discard the trash; or bring more towels/washcloths. The first night I arrived in Raleigh, I stayed in my brother’s room at the Springhill - Raleigh Apex. The decor in his room was a lot nicer and he said his room had been cleaned when he got back. While I would not recommend the Springhill - Cary to anyone who cares about good service, I would recommend Springhill - Raleigh Apex.

Convenient to NCSU. 2nd time staying. Always clean. Staff very accommodating. Park is a problem after 10 pm.

Excellent location, minutes from PNC Arena, free and convenient parking, delicious free breakfast included, rooms/suites were clean and spacious, would definitely return to this location.

Convenient location

The hotel sits by the highway. This allowed to get to Fayetteville, Durham and Raliegh quick. The area has stores and restaurants as well. I was able to run across the streat and get an item that I needed.

Clean, safe, easy access, close to everything needed

We were dropping our daughter off for her semester at NCSU. This hotel is in the ideal location with easy highway access. It’s also clean, modern and has a nice breakfast. We definitely plan to return here again whenever we visit her.

Loved this hotel. The staff was accommodating and nice. The location is perfect for access to local stores and restaurants. It’s also very close to the highway which makes for a great and easy commute.

Overall, the stay was pretty good. But the breakfast, sadly, was one of the worst we have found at this price point. We stayed in two other Springhill Suites hotels this summer and the food was so much better at those other locations. On the other hand, it was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I have stayed at several hotels in this area, this is by far one of my favorites. Rooms are comfortable, staff are very friendly and accomodating. I would defintely stay here again. My only 2 negatives, was the room set up is a bit awkard as you can't really watch tv from the beds and it is a very busy hotel with only one person managing the breakfast, so it did seem the breakfast was constantly running out of items.

I loved the lounge area and tvs in the lobby. Also, the breakfast was so well done and the area was kept so clean.

Our room was lovely - spacious, nice bathroom, large closet, comfy beds, very clean. The front desk staff was very courteous. Only complaint - they were not prepared for the number of guests at breakfast both mornings. I suspect they were short staffed. They kept running out of food, plates, and there was a long line/wait.
