For a couple of nights it would have been great but we had 4 nights. Its lovely by the Marina but very noisy downstairs and in echoing hotel rooms on the weekend with party goers up til after midnight. The small pool area was full up with millennials all looking cool. No room for others. If you are going to party and play you prob would love it.

We had a top floor room this time and the view was great. It's in the morning that the view is just so enjoyable. As always, the room was a good size and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoy staying here and will stay again.

We had a great stay at the Marina hotel. The staff were very helpful, the amenities around the area are great & the pool is a good spot for a few drinks. We were there on Australia day so was noisier as you'd expect but the noise died down just before bed so no dramas. Great sized room & the bath was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We came to Perth, from a reasonably close regional location, for medical reasons. The trip had to be organised quickly so price options were not great. This place was reasonable and the view of the marina and surrounding waters and homes is fantastic. Good walking tracks nearby, cafes and restaurants and plenty of parking.

It is right on the waterfront. The room and bathroom is huge. The balcony overlooking the water is beautiful. Bed is a king and was so comfy. Cafes and restaurant bars were so close by. My only little complaint would be it can be a bit noisy with the cafes and bars below.

Mindarie Marina is a great place to spend a couple of nights. The complex has multiple venues that offer food, drinks and entertainment. Mindarie is also a perfect place to explore the Western Australian coast line for day trips north to Lancelin or south to Scarborough Beach. The hotel room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the water. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times and have always had a great time.

We loved staying at The Marina Hotel Mindarie and the facilities. However we were very disappointed that we were hotel guests but our boys were not allowed to use the pool from 4pm. The pool was one of the reasons that we booked the hotel.

It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The staff were very helpful In arranging a late check-in which we appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our one night stay. Lovely views from the balcony and a short walk to restaurants and shops

We only stayed for a night but this place was amazing! We had a late check in and it was extremely straight forward and the security helping us was friendly and helpful. The room was massive, clean, tidy and the bed was super comfy. Would 100% stay again

The bathroom floor was filthy all over. Plus mould growing in areas where water pooled on the floor outside the shower even when bath mat was used. Bathroom floor needs to be stripped and scrubbed. Doors need soft closure mechanisms as extremely loud slamming whenever someone shut the door to their room. Plus unfortunate situation of an alarm from one of the businesses under the hotel going off at 3am that kept going for quite a while. I couldn’t get breakfast as the only cafe open at that time had an unfortunate kitchen issue and was not serving meals. View was wonderful and bed / bedding was fine.

The balcony view was absolutely beautiful, however rooms are very dated and although the bed was comfortable, because there is a big gap under the bedroom door which leads directly to outside it didn’t allow bugs to come in, two of which I found in my bed.

The location is beautiful, check in staff lovely, bedding & towels good, strange smell in room need air fresheners maybe, was cold at night couldn’t alter room temperature. Great view from balcony large room. Stairs hallway’s to hotel room entrance very dirty cig butts, bird poo build up, bars and restaurants good choice

We had a top floor room this time and the view was great. It's in the morning that the view is just so enjoyable. As always, the room was a good size and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoy staying here and will stay again.

The suite was spacious and spotless with a huge covered outdoor area. Lots of dining options. Downside was the noise of the businesses, pubs etc. With the door closed it was only a low hum but I would certainly stay again. Could have used a larger fridge.

We loved the room and outlook. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Spacious enough for the grandies to visit! The welcome gift for my birthday was lovely. What could be improved (in our opinion) - the airconditioning control was confusing and not as warm as we would have liked. lack of a central light in the bed/ sitting area. power points for our bedside CPAP machines were behind the bed. We didn't discover this until checkout and had to use an extension cord from the little kitchenette. more black tea varieties would be appreciated - eg earl grey and a strong breakfast tea. bowls and spoons so we could organise simple breakfasts like cereal. We found the Union Kitchen unsatisfactory and the coffee was cold and bitter. a microwave would also be useful for hot snacks or reheating takeaways. The area and location of this hotel are great but we were given an upgrade and felt it was a downgrade. Having stayed here before the room was lovely and modern, which is why we chose to stay again. The “upgrade” we were given was to a family room with two additional beds, no ensuite and it was quite damp smelling. The bedroom had no bedside PowerPoints, the aircon couldn’t be controlled properly and the room was very cold. The living area had no lights and just a lamp which was weird. We will not be staying here again.

It is right on the waterfront. The room and bathroom is huge. The balcony overlooking the water is beautiful. Bed is a king and was so comfy. Cafes and restaurant bars were so close by. My only little complaint would be it can be a bit noisy with the cafes and bars below.

We booked through Expedia and paid in full more than 6 months earlier which was confirmed. Notified 3 hours before due to leave for Heathrow airport (UK) that no booking made and no room for our 2 week holiday. Now been back a week and they still have our money.

It was a very honest review of 1 star given. This was our second time stayed this hotel. This time we stayed there for 2 nights, on the second night we couldn't sleep because of the loud noise from next room. We first thought fair enough people are here for a good time then we gave a benefit of doubt- given the time was already 11:30pm. We could hear the content they were chatting, about 6 of them, some of them were not from the hotel guest, so we lodged a notice to security at around 11:45pm, they knocked the door for the first time... long story short. The situation didn't get any better until 6th attempts and finally they dismissed the party at around 1:30am. The next morning we raised this issue to the staff who kept emphasis they had done everything they could and ultimately it is not the hotel's fault/ responsibility...I mean, come on, on which planet would you give this arrogant statement? Of course we also sent an email on the day after we checked out, unfortunately nothing came back from them. In this case we will never go back to this hotel and highly not recommend it.

I'm biased toward this property. Everytime I visit, the staff are friendly, everything is as arranged and the presentation is always good. I've got to pass through the area again later next month so I'll be staying there again for preference.

This hotel is on a lively marina complex but the rooms are quiet, albeit you can hear the heavy room doors close in adjoining rooms. There is no reception after 6pm and before 8am but this didn’t present a problem. We arrived on a Sunday and there was a very lively “Ibiza” vibe. Great location.

Check-in was difficult as the front desk closes at 5:00 PM and relies on Security to check in late arriving guests - as well as performing Security duties. WI-FI was terrible in the room - best WIFI was at the independent restaurant 30 feet from our room.

We have been to this accommodation before and have come back again for the same reason. It is in the location where we need to be at the time and it has some impressive views. The price was a little steep this time but it was a last minute decision. There are reasonable facilities around us and we will stay here again in the future

I really loved the Tuscan architecture and close proximity to the marina and the fabulous views of the boats. We loved the delicious variety of food options at the various restaurants and cafès, where both humans and doggies are catered for, equally. The staff were completely wonderful and very friendly, both at the Marina Hotel and the adjoining restaurants and cafès. Lovely clean, spacious rooms and fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely recommend this place for week nights. Not sure about weekends though. 🙂

Always stay here when travelling for work in Perth. Nice location and the dining options are great. Only real drawback and its minimal is Sistas Cafe where you get your complimentary breakfast doesn't open until 7:30am. If it opened at 7:00am it would be better.
