Watch out for the car parking rip-off. We tried paying on the app. which apparently didn't work. Spoke to reception whom assured us that this was okay, "it happens, that will be okay" they said. Then we received 2 parking fines for our one night stay. Apparently the fee we paid only covered the first 9 minutes!! Bunch of crooks!!!!!!!!!

Location superb. 2 min walk to subway. Construction around hotel makes it noisy and hard to enter. Parking very confusing. But overall very good experience.

Shambles of a stay. Key card had to be reprogrammed three times. WiFi didn’t work which meant missing meetings and deadlines. There were beetles running about on the stairwell. No shower gel in the bottle. Breakfast very poor for £21. Hotel is desperate for renovation. Stayed here several times for the convenience of location but won’t be back after this.

Strongly recommend this hotel if attending an event at Wembley! The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The location was great. The only downside was that only one elevator was working, but we took the stairs, so it wasn’t too big of an inconvenience.

was at Wembley for a concert, straight walk from tube to hotel and then on to Wembley, very convenient. Rooms and hotel were nice but hotel too big for the facilities on site. Couldn't get near the bar as people were pouring in from the streets 30 deep!! Breakfast wasn't better had to wait for table and then most of items not being replenished. Air condition was worse part, room was hotter than outside - sweatbox.

Right near Wembley. Perfect for attending a concert and used the underground parking which was cost effective and easy access. Good hotel would recommend.

The location is great and easy to get to. That’s where the compliments end. Called twice before our stay and was given different information both times. Went to check in at 15:40 only to be told our rooms still weren’t ready. When we got in to our room the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, the bedside tables were dirty and sticky and the mugs by the kettle were dirty. Great location for the arena and stadium, or the Troubadour theatre, buy these are the only poistives

It was in a good location, Wembley, but we wanted a Junior Suite because we thought we would have an upgrade on our usual Premier Inn standard room and the suite was available. We ended up wishing we had gone with Premier Inn after all. The room was in major need of an update. There was ceramic missing from the bath, bits of chipboard missing in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy and in general the room seemed to not have been cleaned in weeks with finger marks everywhere on the bathroom door. The lights were all covered in dust and the carpet looked as though someone had thrown up on it a lot without being properly cleaned. I complained to the staff on reception who said they would look at it but nothing was done during our two day stay. The photographs on the website make the place look spotless and that room looked pristine but believe me, it is anything but pristine. The place is a two star at very best.

A lovely hotel with superb room facilities and close to shops, transport and local dining places. Lovely and friendly hotel staff, both at reception and the dining area. The room cleaners also were very polite, friendly and ensured the rooms were always cleaned when I was out. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay with families.

Check in was very efficient. The room was cleaned but the carpet was very stained, as was some of the furniture. It made the room look very shabby. The bathroom was great, a good shower. The bedding also looked a bit past it and the bed itself was lumpy. We stayed in room 808 Dec 1st. Breakfast was great, no problems at all.

Excellent location for the Wembley Ovo. However, the air-conditioning wasn't working properly in the bedroom, and there was a terrible odour from the room. The bedding was very frayed, especially below the mattress. Breakfast was good.

The perfect location for our one night stay after watching Oasis at Wembley stadium! Close to the tube and a 5 min walk to the stadium entrance. Friendly, helpful staff, a nice bar area inside and out and clean rooms. Only downside was the large walk in shower in our room. No rain shower and the wand flex was so twisted it wouldn’t sit straight so we had to hold it while showering, not ideal. Also, we couldn’t shut the glass bathroom doors. Again, not ideal. However despite these niggles, I Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic service from staff. Very accommodating. Room specious on 9th floor, great air conditioning & view of Wembley. We'd stayed overnight to watch the Oasis gig & the amount of people queuing up outside just to get into the hotel bar was huge! A very popular venue. Although it was a busy night, there was no noise or disturbance. As guests, you can immediately bypass queuing outside. The array & quality of food available for breakfast was really lovely. Well worth the money to stay here, rather than scrambling for the tube after the gig. Checkout time is noon. So highly recommended & definitely would come back again.

Hotel is in great position for Wembley and Starlight Express, lots of places to eat, shop, and underground car park was useful (£25 for 24 hours). Room 916 however had a noise from I think an external fan, which disturbed sleep, avoid. Would have asked to change room but it was 1130pm. Modern and clean but TV not HD (in 2025!). Buffet booked breakfast overall OK, but rather expensive, so consider that.

If you value privacy I do not recommend staying here as there are only glass doors for the toilet and shower. There was a funny smell in the room and we had to keep the window open in the freezing cold.

No soundproofing, so woken up by argument in room next door. TV poor, picture break up, old. Location great if going to event at Wembley stadium, otherwise a long trip to central London. Left 3 days early for hotel in London - costly decision but worth sanity!

We asked if they could order us a taxi and they got us a black taxi and we could not pay by card, only cash which we did not have. The staff did not ask og tell us this so it gave us a lot of trouble. Hotel was in a good place towards wembley though, and the rooms were good. But the service was not.

The hotel facilities were good but lack a swimming pool. The gym was Ok but can be bigger. The staff, however, is not well-trained for customer service. They mocked guests who complained that key cards expire every day. They were not responsive to timed room cleaning requests. Room cleaning was very bad. The soap and shampoo bottles were not filled everyday. The floors were not vacuumed. Bed sheets were not changed for a 6-day stay. After staying 6 days at the hotel, we requested a 2-hour late checkout and we were asked to pay. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and we had to open windows to get good ventilation. Managers behaved the same way as staff and didn’t resolve issues.

We arrived early and were greeted by Sam on Reception. He was absolutely lovely and we said we were early and wasn't expecting our room to be ready, so we would leave our bags and come back. Sam very kindly worked his magic and said our room was available. So thank you very much to Sam for his extra effort. We loved our stay the room was spotlessly clean and so quiet even though the hotel was very busy, our room was on the front above the entrance but we heard nothing. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was huge. Thank you and see you again when we visit Wembley.

Fire alarm went off in the early hours and no staff around me to tell people what to do once in the lobby. It was raining so no one went outside. Worst fire safety regulation I have seen in a long time

Excellent customer service provided by Vicky Fernandes. His attention to detail was top notch and he was all hands on deck. He interacted with his staff in a very calm manner which provided a positive work environment. He’s definitely a good fit for Novotel and to the hospitality industry in general. I enjoyed watching him interact with all the guests as if they were at his personal residence. He was so warm, caring and respectful.

Seamless stay and the hotel facilitated the entire thing whilst we just enjoyed the trip. The hotel is so close to wembley and more importantly the tube from London - metropolitan line. It’s so close to the designer outlet and the bars andrestaurants.

Very close to Wembley, reasonable price for place to stay after evening football match at Wembley. Better staying here than in the long wait for the tube. Close to outlet mall with choice of restaurants as well as shops. Security at entrance after game so felt safe.

Friendly and polite staff, easy check in even if we got at the hotel a bit earlier than 15:00. Clean room and dinning experience was fantastic as they do great food. Near to the arena and subway station as well.

Very clean and decent hotel, spacious rooms. However was disappointed with the choices available for room service. How can you not have any cheese or tuna sandwiches? Very odd. The fish and chips was bear battered and I don’t drink alcohol. I would suggest they add a bit of variety on their menu.
