Our first night out of our 3 night stay was a nightmare. The room had an A/C that couldn't be regulated at set at 68 degrees so we shut it off and turned on the ceiling fan but had to open the window for air circulation but were kept up all night with noise from scooters, cars, etc right by our window. We asked for another room but were told they were booked and we could move the next day. At around 9am, they found another room for the next two days which was quieter. The staff was friendly, location is not near city central, many walkable good restaurants and taxis readily available

We were in room 116 and the water pressure for the shower was good and the AC was perfect. Relaxing hotel with attentive staff. Only about 10 minutes in a taxi from the archaeological site. Recommended as a good deal.

Nice garden, covenient location. Our first room had plumber problems with wc. The personal changed us to a second room that also has problems and finally, after two changes we were able to have a proper wc. Be careful with water falling fro air conditioning, our passports were wet as our lugagge was in the floor.

Excelente servicio, estuve varios días en diferentes lugares, y el llegar a un hotel que fuera tan fácil el acceso en recepción, con aire acondicionado y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Me hizo sentir que no tenía que preocuparme por nada. El lugar es espectacular, la alberca, todo está muy cercas de la ciudad. Y el hotel te ayuda a tomar algunos Tour que hay por el área. El hacer el check out fue muy fácil. No tengo dudas que quien se quede pasara una excelente estancia

Stayed here as a base for exploring the Palenque archaeological site, which it was perfect for. The staff were very helpful in suggesting another half-day trip to the local waterfalls. Good air-conditioning and comfortable bed. In terms of onward public transport links, this is a good option: arrived via the ADO bus which is a short walk from the hotel, and then travelled onward via the Maya Train (took a local taxi to the station from the center).

We found the staff very accommodating. When I needed a needle and thread, they went looking for some and finally found it. Very sweet. The room was on the larger side and quiet. The bathroom was very small, the soap, shampoo and body cream tiny. I would suggest replaceable containers on the wall as many hotels are doing. It would be more cost efficient and save unrecyclable plastic from ending up in the ocean and land fills. The shower pressure and warm water was great. I enjoyed a VIP massage with discount, which I would definitely recommend. The pool was difficult to get into (no stairs for children or seniors,) unless you are comfortable jumping into cold water from a rather deep platform stairs on the side. Warm and friendly staff. Discounts for food and welcome drink was nice.

It would be more cost efficient and save unrecyclable plastic from ending up in the ocean and land fills. The shower pressure and warm water was great. I enjoyed a VIP massage with discount, which I would definitely recommend. The pool was difficult to get into (no stairs for children or seniors,) unless you are comfortable jumping into cold water from a rather deep platform stairs on the side. Warm and friendly staff. Discounts for food and welcome drink was nice.
