Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown - Wall Street by IHG

Staff was excellent, food was excellent I liked the breakfast.

Really nice, small hotel with small rooms.... my room was very clean, well appointed, quiet, and very small. Not too too small for one person, but with two people i'd imagine it'd be a problem. I was bummed that the renowned hotel roof bar was closed for a private event. I wish they'd told me that when i checked in... i still would've stayed there, but i wouldn't have had a friend meet me there to have a drink. Little restaurant was good.... very nice breakfast and I got a $10 off coupon to dine there. I'll stay there again someday.

We stated this hotel to do the Five Boro Bike Ride. Location is perfect- right by the starting line. We also had a patio, which was perfect for storing our bikes. My only complaint was the towels. They were super cheap - really thin, and only two per room- kind of thing I would expect at a discount hotel, not an Indigo. Otherwise, the staff was great and very accommodating.

Check in okay and room clean. Service a bit slow at breakfast

Rooms are very small with no closet and shower accessibility is limited. Good food and drinks at the bar/restaurant.
