Rooms were small-ish, but great. Had everything we needed. Great location. Close to Times Square and shows. Easy to walk to so much. The breakfast was crowded and didn’t have a ton of options. I would recommend going to breakfast very early or skipping it.

We left the hotel in a car so couldn’t turn around. I left my e reader in the bed and knew exactly where it was. We called, and you could tell it was the last priority for the front staff. It would have been a little thing but they didn’t care to go out of their way. It’s easy to be above average but unfortunatly they chose to be very average in the way they helped us

Very pleasantly surprised at how confortable, spacious and clean the hotel is was. I’d always avoided Hampton Hotels in the past due to some comments I saw in the past but I’m so glad I decided to give the hotel a try. Keep up the good work
