We arrived Saturday evening not sure what we would find. We picked this hotel because it was the closest hotel to our Sunday Morning destination. We were surprised to find it was a little out of the way, but pleased that it was a quiet area and very picturesque. When we checked in, we asked if there were places for a meal nearby and were told regrettably no, that we would need to drive to the next exit off the interstate - which we were not wanting to do. The Front Desk Agent said she could make us a Digorno pizza and bring it to the room. That was a pleasant surprise and for a small fee, we accepted. By the way, it was very good! Our room was mostly clean (carpet not vacuumed well, otherwise good) Breakfast was adequate (Loved the waffles!) Two things to remember - 1- eat dinner before going to the hotel. 2 They do not have an elevator so if you have trouble climbing stairs, ask in your reservation for ground floor. We would stay again. Very nice stay.

We chose this location because it had a swimming pool. The swimming pool was 62 degrees. The electronics (TV, radio, lights etc.) had no USB plugs for charging. The vending machines only took $1 bills no cards and everything was several dollars. The breakfast was minimal.

We were driving late and decided to stop for the night. Urbana Inn was available and accepted pets. The price was great and it was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was quick items that were easy to take to go. Highly recommend.

I liked the cleanliness, having a continental breakfast, and the stay was quiet. Being nitpicky, but they need new pillows and rooms need updated. But I will reiterate that the hotel and room was REALLY clean! One other down fall was the pool being closed. Would of been nice to know in advance that the pool was unavailable, that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

Was a great place to stay while visiting with family nearby. We visited the pool area which was clean and a very nice area, even though we never got a chance to swim in it. Was a bit warm in the room when we arrived but was able to get the window air conditioner started and it cooled off rather quickly. Loved the option of the continental breakfast, we took advantage of that all three days, the area that this was served was very nice, clean and spacious along with having a little sitting area next to the tv (very cozy). We normally stay with family when visiting but was unable to this visit...should we need to stay at a hotel when visiting the next time Im sure it will be here.

Urbana has the best Continental breakfast layout than any other hotel at this price point. Orange juice was real and delicious. 5 different cereal choices, little muffins, bread and bagel choices, and quality waffle maker and mix. Fresh fruit. Plenty of seating and table space. Not crowded together, but properly spaced. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location. The only 2 negatives were no jumping in the pool and dirty towels hanging in the bathroom door when we checked in.

The facility was very clean, the breakfast they provided was very good. My problem is that during my stay there. Not once did they replace dirty towels with fresh ones? Nor did they ever come in my room at all to empty the trash. I had requested several times to have clean towels and my trash taken care of and every time they're excused was they were too busy. So the place was beautiful, but that. Excuse me is unacceptable and I'm not sure if I will stay there again because of it.

Somewhat decent hotel but very old. Lobby looked inviting but once in room it was very run down. It appeared very clean but many stains on carpet. It was only one night to sleep so worked. Husband was more freaked out than I was.

Was clean and staff was friendly, however beds were not comfortable in any way. Rooms didn't get cleaned while we were there we had to ask for trash bags and towels so we could try to keep up with it.

When we walked into Urbana sweets and in could tell immediately that it was very clean and fresh smelling even at 7:00 at night. The hotel clerk was so friendly and accommodating he got us checked in quickly inefficiently and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes when we got to our room it also was wonderfully clean it smelled like heaven and we were not afraid to take our shoes off because even the carpet was clean! The only downside to our experience was that the bed was very hard and I'm not saying that that's a bad thing it's just not our preference we prefer a softer bed maybe if they had more padding on it it would have been more pleasant. However we slept well continental breakfast was always very well stocked with plenty to eat and very friendly staff and was just delightful every aspect about this hotel was delightful I will definitely book here again for my next visit and I will definitely tell my friends not only about Expedia but about Urbana Suites and NN.

This place is really quite nice. There's a nice seating area and fireplace as you walk through the front doors. It's out of the way so you don't need to worry about crime or listen to traffic. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. As other comments said, the carpet is a little worn but it seems clean, and the carpet is the least of things we look for in a hotel. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was packaged food but included things we like such as yogurt and donuts. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again.

The staff were helpful but not friendly. The gentleman who checked me in was annoyed or bothered. The room key stopped working multiple times and the lady who helped was abrasive about the situation. I received a lecture about not keeping my key in my pocket with my phone. I had never done that. The key just didn’t work. All she should have done was reset the key and let me go to bed. It was 1 AM.

This was an unexpected pleasure!! We stumbled upon this gem of a hotel at the end of a very long travel day. The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was way more than I expected. Lots of choices!! We enjoyed our stay here so much that we arranged our return home to pass through this town so we could stay at this hotel again and not have to search for a hotel that may not meet our expectations or be less than we this hotel was.

The Front Desk Agent said she could make us a Digorno pizza and bring it to the room. That was a pleasant surprise and for a small fee, we accepted. By the way, it was very good! Our room was mostly clean (carpet not vacuumed well, otherwise good) Breakfast was adequate (Loved the waffles!) Two things to remember - 1- eat dinner before going to the hotel. 2 They do not have an elevator so if you have trouble climbing stairs, ask in your reservation for ground floor. We would stay again. Very nice stay.

Everything was perfect! The location is in a nice quiet area. The road leading to it from the main road, has a dead end road sign that could be misleading to some customers. It is well worth the trip to stay here if you’re traveling through the area and would like a friendly place to stay!

On my 2-3 times a year drive to visit my elderly oarents, this hotel us the perfect stop a little over half way. Staff is always nice. The hotel is at the end of a quiet dead end street so it's quiet.

Really great stay off the interstate. The front desk staff was really friendly & welcoming. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast, including healthy options. Would stay here again!

Really no where to eat so they offer Digiorno pizzas until 10pm so the note said so after a long day we decided we would just go back to the hotel and order one. We got back to the hotel at 9:50 and the clerk would have made us one but the boss said no it was to late. If the sign says til 10pm they should take an order upto 10pm

We chose this location because it had a swimming pool. The swimming pool was 62 degrees. The electronics (TV, radio, lights etc.) had no USB plugs for charging. The vending machines only took $1 bills no cards and everything was several dollars. The breakfast was minimal.

Staff went out of their way to make stay comfortable: offered Digorno Pizza for only $10 from desk, eating supplies, extra towels for pool area immediately on request, room accommodation for our bicycles. Very friendly:)

This was an unexpected pleasure!! We stumbled upon this gem of a hotel at the end of a very long travel day. The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was way more than I expected. Lots of choices!! We enjoyed our stay here so much that we arranged our return home to pass through this town so we could stay at this hotel again and not have to search for a hotel that may not meet our expectations or be less than we this hotel was.

Urbana has the best Continental breakfast layout than any other hotel at this price point. Orange juice was real and delicious. 5 different cereal choices, little muffins, bread and bagel choices, and quality waffle maker and mix. Fresh fruit. Plenty of seating and table space. Not crowded together, but properly spaced. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location. The only 2 negatives were no jumping in the pool and dirty towels hanging in the bathroom door when we checked in.
