Stayed 1 night

The room was dirty: there had been sleeping someone in, before we got the key. We refused this room and there was no other room available, so we had to go to another hotel. We are still waiting on our refund for the room. I can't recommand this hotel to anyone😡

The floor had sticky liquid spills. There were food scraps and other bits of trash on the floor. Towels were stained.

Would not recommend staying here for a while. I’ve stayed at many motels and have low expectations. But this was the first time I had to ask to switch rooms. First one had a bag of trash outside the door and the +30 flies inside room. Unfortunately, the room I was switched to had bed bugs and waking up a day later I’m covered in bites. Their motel also seems to have some longer term guests that play music all night.

If I could give this 0 stars and still give a rating I would. I have stayed here several years but last year we were told the facility had sold and was switching owners. I should have known the standard of the owners/managers as soon as I pulled in but we checked in anyway. The lobby had past due bills on the wall. On the white board behind the counter was a note that the dumpsters were locked and to call Waste Management and a list of rooms that needed the exterminator. There was an old empty fish tank next to the "coffee bar". We checked in anyway and went the room. Multiple shady/colorful characters had made their way outside while we were checking in and were lingering in the parking lot and balcony. We passed 2 doors that had been kicked in, several trash cans that were over flowing with garbage (evidence the dumpsters are probably truly locked), the key hole had been knocked back in the door of the room we were assigned and there were multiple dead bugs inside the room at the threshhold. We immediately went back to the lobby and asked for a full refund. I felt extremely unsafe and would not recommend this place ever again under the current owner or managers.

Stayed 1 night

They didn’t have the room ready at 3pm, had to wait. They didn’t have the blanket washed so I slept without it inspite multiple requests. This is got to be the worst place ever. Hell even third world countries have better service than this. Totally amazed this type of place exists in the U.S.
