This property was nice. The room was perfect for what I needed. I didn’t like however the breakfast when we got there everything was gone practically and you could hear the worker working in the back but he took his time in refilling everything. Didn’t eat there the next day because didn’t want to show up and everything you needed be empty. The pool was nice but small and the towels were ridiculously small as well. Floor was very slippery kept seeing kids fall all the time. Took them forever to get more towels in there.

The Home 2 differs from others I stayed at. For the price of the room the cleanliness of room, facilities and breakfast choices were poor. You have a few hundred people staying each night could you add at least three other waffle irons? Also the elevators are slow and buttons don’t work well unless you press in hard on them. Our room the bathroom toilet paper has two rolls which one was literally one spin and completed. The other roll was 1/4 left of paper to use. The sink faucet twisted sideways and wall paper has damage like some one scratched crosses on them or fading is occurring. Windows out side were dirty and the remote control to tv was sticky. Used the kitchen sink to make wash water wipe down tv remote and table lamp area. Next time hope to have a cleaner room and more breakfast choices. Staff was friendly.

My family enjoyed this hotel very much. The room had a nice layout, the beds were comfy enough, the breakfast was one of the beat we've ever had, and we also liked the exercise room. Good stay!

Very comfortable place to say. Unfortunately a non-EV parked in front of the EV charger that we were hoping to use to continue our trip the next day. This car had lots of other choices for parking.

Great time at the property but had one small thing. I came down to wait for my Lyft ride, about 9:30am. Walking from the front desk to the entrance I went to sit at the tables to the left, along the windows. They were all dirty. Each one had some kind of food product smeared on it. Not a lot but enough to notice from a distance. I came to the hotel at approximately 2:30pm and the tables were still dirty. At approximately 6:00pm I went downstairs for another Lyft ride. I checked the tables and they were still dirty. They were clean the next morning.

Spacious room, lots of great features, barn door on the bathroom,while a cool few feature was impractical. We were really liking it until we pulled back the comforter on one bed and there was a foul smelling, brown streak. Bedding obviously hadn’t been changed. Called the front desk attendant who was very nice and brought up clean bedding, but I had to remove the soiled bedding and replace it myself. No manager available then or the next morning to speak with. Expedia also contacted the property and unable to speak with a manager.

Very well run. Staff friendly and you can feel a good vibe. They were helpful and not overly polite. Places are clean and they did a good job keeping it clean. At times elevators were a bit dirty but only during times of heavy traffic. In all fairness I think they did a very good job. Breakfast was good.

I was going to get ice for my wife and in our ice bucket was a bag of feces. I immediately found a cleaning personnel by the name of Francesca and showed her what I have found.Yes a bag full of poop in the ice bucket they did not bother to check before the next check in. I’m assuming dog poop since the hotel is dog friendly which I am all for but they did not bother to clean the room properly not only is the hotel at fault for missing this but the person who stayed in the room before. I hope to hear from a manager soon since non were available all weekend.

I had a lovely stay, room was very clean, comfort level was high, was able to rest comfortably without any disturbances and enjoyed the atmosphere. Breakfast was great! Enjoyed my stay so much will consider staying again! Location was also close to so many fun coffee shops and essentials.

This is a nice, clean hotel. The rooms are set up more like suites with a mini kitchen and living room area. So much nicer than staying in a regular hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. The breakfast selection is pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again

Spacious great air conditioning, curtain divider between bed and sofa bed area, convenient kitchenette, nice bedding and linens, comfortable, Kind of tricky area for getting on and off the Interstate.Air conditioner setting was on 52 degrees when we arrived which was too cold so we adjusted it.

We always stay in a king suite. One side of the bed doesn’t have a nightstand or a plug to plug in your phone etc. Very strange. Only 3 pillows on the bed so it’s always “rock, paper, scissors” who gets to use 2 pillows. Otherwise the stay is always great. Staff is always super nice.

Half of my room did not have electricity. One associate stated he could not operate his television, either. For Albuquerque, I paid a high rate and I am not sure why. Search for other options.

Safe place to stay. Room was nice and clean with the exception of shower which should be upgraded on shower head (very poor). The sliding door also was noisy and kept getting off track.

Worst-designed room I've ever seen. Despite the room's being enormous, the bed was shoved up to within 12 inches of the air conditioner, for maximum noise and discomfort from fan. No night table or lamp on that side of the bed. Room had a sofa, but the lamp there was too dim to read by. Curtain cords hard to reach in narrow space between window and closet. No openable windows. Ugly color design.

I was told at check in “you are not guaranteed the room you booked.” I booked a two bed room, with a sofa bed for my family of 5. They gave us a room with one bed. The manager was no help in finding a solution. Blamed it on Expedia. We had no choice but to sleep in the room they gave us. Unfriendly staff. I will not ever be returning. It was a huge inconvenience.

The girl with the green hair was incredibly rude at check in because i asked about the pet fee. Later She was flirting with a man for 20 minutes while I stood there waiting to ask a question. She called my room at 8:30PM for no reason and woke us. She put a $25 extra charge on my fees for no reason. I won't stay there again.

Doug did a great job of checking me in and the following up with a phone call to make sure everything was alright. I had run out of Kleenex tissues and he sent someone up right away with two additional boxes.

Hotel staff was nice room was clean. They charged for things other locations didn’t charge, like a fee for my service dog & water. I didn’t have them energy to fight them on this charge because of what you’ll read next. Worst part is our vehicle was broken into while we were there! Despite being parked by an entrance and cameras on it and the property having signs stating the property had security patrolling. Police wouldn’t come take a report so we had to use computers inside and file a report ourselves. The staff was nice and helpful with this aspect. Can’t really say much negative about the inside hotel or the staff but the environment and our stuff being stolen really ruined the whole experience. We are moving across states so it was a large amount of stuff stolen. The outside of the hotel isn’t that great either. There was lots of pet waste but that’s people who stay there being gross. The area is also very questionable now considering There was more noises heard throughout our stay as well, seems like other locations have been quieter but again could be because of those staying there. We also left behind stuff because of being frazzled after everything and the staff claimed to not have found any of it. So that’s disappointing too especially when we know exactly where it was in the room. Hoping to be able to get our stuff back that was left.

Construction caused a problem with parking in hotel areas. My husband had to move our car so it wouldn't be ticketed. When asked if where he was parked was okay. The guy just said sure🙄 Located close to the highways for easy access. We arrived in the middle of the night so there were some homeless around that area.

Great place to stay for an overnight in Albuquerque. The area seemed safe, and there were many stores and restaurants within a short drive. The hotel had a nice game room for guests. Rooms were typical Home2 Suites rooms (which is to say, excellent). Everything was clean. Easy check in/out.

Comfy studio suite with a king bed. Check in was quick and easy. The location was perfect for our needs for work. Close to the airport but not too close. Roughly 10 min. It worked out perfect. Breakfast was not too bad, however, felt it could be a little better with more variety. That said, we were pleased and I would definitely stay here again

Hated the handicap shower. Curtain too short. Had to wipe off the bathroom floor 4 feet out from the edge of the shower. Slipped and nearly fell. No hot water in the sink. No variety in breakast. No breakfast meats.
