Having drunk people laying in the parking lot is not a good idea to have. The front desk lady at check-in, I believe her name was Marlyene, was very rude. She skipped over documents and just told me to sign. When I tried to ask her what I was signing, she got an attitude. The room, was not clean, the shower had hair in it and stains all over it. There were also 3 roaches that we found crawling on the wall which made us say screw sleeping and we checked out at 5 AM.

Maryann at the front desk was awesome! The rooms were just clean enough, though a bit below our generous standards. The shower handle was installed backwards, and the shower itself was not very clean, with extremely low water pressure. The sink’s water pressure was way too high, and splashed everywhere all over the counter, and all over the toiletries I had on the counter. The freezer door in the fridge was broken, and the towel rack in the bathroom was also broken. They were out of hand soap, so we had to go buy some. My husband and I are both stuffed up from a sinus infection, so we didn’t notice till late the first night that the room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, in a non-smoking room. My hair and clothes smelled like smoke the next day. So that part really sucked. The beds were super comfy though! The mattress and pillows were clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. Fresh towels were clean. Requested an extra towel, no problem. Best part, we were able to bring our cat! We had stayed here once a few years ago, without nearly so many cons as this trip. We would definitely try staying here again for the price and location; hopefully the cleanliness goes up by the time we come back.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and accommodating . But the first room we went into smelled like straight cat piss , then the 2nd room was smoking room which is no big deal but the ac did not work correcting it was hot as hell

I don’t even know where to start. First of all the hotel is not a hotel, this is more of a rental property because of all the shady people that are actually living there. The room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were filthy, the bathtub was full of mold, hairballs and dirt covered the floors everywhere. Pulled back the blanket and she sheets were covered in hair and the sheets had old blood stains on them. The pillowcases were covered in hair. I’m surprised there were no bed bugs. The room had no electric and had to call the front desk so they flipped the breaker to turn it on. After check in it was too late to leave. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room. I was almost tempted to sleep in my car instead. The door of the room barely closed so we had the light shining in the room all night. The positive reviews must be from the people living there because nobody in their right mind would say that place is even ok. Steer clear of this place for your own health cause it should be condemned.
