Its a nice hotel. I stayed there 15 years ago and it was just being refurbished then but they have refurbed again and its clean, tidy, comdortable and a reasonable price considering it is Zurich and reasonably central. Good tram service and cab service to the lake etc, parking is easy enough as just over the road and a 2 minute walk. Breakfast is good, scrambled eggs are very goodand a nice bit of bread etc. Will book again if forced back to Zurich.

Hotel nicht allzuweit weg vom Bahnhof Oerlikon, zentral gelegen mit Shopping- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Tür. Auch Eventlocations wie z.B. Theater 11 sind in Gehweite. Zimmer und Badezimmer schienen relativ frisch renoviert, auf jeden Fall war alles sauber, praktisch und geräumig. Das Parkhaus Flora kann für CHF 20.- pro Tag benutzt werden.

Nahe ÖV (Bahn, Bus und Tram) und von den Eventlocations (Theater 11, Hallenstadion). Freundliches Personal.. Leider war bei diesem Aufenthalt der Fahrstuhl defekt, aber das Hotel hat alles versucht die Störung rasch zu beheben und für uns war es auch kein Problem die Treppe zu benützen. Und es war nicht unsere erster Aufenthalt und wir auch nicht der letzte gewesen sein.

great location directly on the tram line to the centre which is about a 15 minute ride. i was driving and parking is very expensive around switzerland - generally hotels do not provide parking but provide access to a close car park at a reduced rate. Rate was better than other hotels. car park was close. only issue is that once you put the car back in for the day you cannot take it out again without extra charge. this however was ok given the tram right out the front to get to the centre of zurich very easily. room was clean, secure and comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't recommend at all. I am still fuming when I remember the incident. My family have holidayed in Asia, USA, Europe and this is the first time we encountered such unpleasant experience. Unbelievably horrible. Atrocious I think. Because without basis, I felt we we're being singled out. So take your money somewhere else lest what happened to us might happen to you too. Upon checked out time, the elevator is not working, housekeeper says it's under maintenance, saw 3 more guest checked out that time and everyone was carrying their heavy suitcases down the flight of stairs, without assistance from the hotel.Totally not a nice experience at all.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gute, ruhige Zimmer. Waren mehrfach wegen Veranstaltungen in der Halle 622 dort. Halle ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche Essgelegenheiten und Bars. Parkplätze am Haus, noch besser im Parkhaus nebenan. Wie immer sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Danke

Personal (und wirklich alle) sehr freundlich. Hotel ist iin einem Topzustand und sauber. Zudem für Events in Oerlikon (Hallenstadion/Theater11) sehr zentral (Fussdistanz 5-10 Minuten) und auch der öffentliche Verkehr ist direkt vor dem Haus. Gerne wieder.

Zentral in Zürich Oerlikon gelegenes Hotel, schneller Check-in, top Sauberkeit, Frühstück war auch in Ordnung und hat für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer war zu Straße raus, Straßenbahnlärm hat mich aber nicht beim schlafen gestört. Sehr bequeme Betten. Gern wieder.

It was ok stay, very central, transportation is great direct from the airport. We did'nt purchase breakfast because there is a lot of place to eat outside, small room & ofcourse expensive for 2 nights. Construction outsude but it did not bother out stay we slept good.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt bei unserem Zimmer war, dass der Strassenverkehr trotz geschlossenem Fenster in der Nacht gut hörbar war.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly and let us early check in as room was available. They helped us with tram routes and schedules etc. Very convenient location near tram stops and shopping. Vibrant place with nice restaurants. 15 mins tram ride from Zurich HB station. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Cristian at the desk was amazing , he gave us s map and explain important facts sbout the city and how to get around. The room was extremely small and had only shower gel and nothing else. Coffee not so good but breakfast and service was great.

Clean and quiet hotel. Great location, near the airport but also close to some excellent restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast buffet and even the coffee from the coffee machine was excellent. The only minor ding is the person at the concierge on our first night seemed to be tired or bored. The other concierge person the next day was friendly though. The photo on the hotels.com listing seems not accurate, since the bed we got was very spacious and was a queen size at the least.
