Amazing hotel located just a two-minute walk away from the Alcazar and Cathedral. We got a room whose window opened up to the Alcazar's gardens with live peacocks everywhere. The service along with the complementary evening tea and snacks were top notch and there were tons of dining options just a quick walk away. Our two days in Seville became even more memorable due to this fantastic stay!

The hotel was central with a short walk to the centre, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The room was clean fresh and very nice, the bed was huge and very comfortable with air con as well. The option of a complimentary afternoon tea with cake and savoury treats was a lovely unexpected extra. Thank you for helping to make our stay fabulous! Karen & Stephen Carter

Dejligt lille boutique hotel med kun 18 værelser placeret centralt i den historiske del af Sevilla men i stille omgivelser. Personalet i receptionen taler flydende engelsk og alle er meget imødekommende. Morgenmaden er super. Der er ikke restaurant i hotellet men der er masser af restauranter lige uden for døren.

The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the tram and a 24-hour taxi stand. My room had an excellent terrace. The staff's attention was very good, and the recommendations and tips from one of the staff members, Alegria, were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although we didn't choose it every morning since we often left early. However, the day we did try it, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. I also really enjoyed the snacks served at 4 PM in the reception area. As a VIP member of Expedia, the inclusion of sparkling wine was a very welcomed touch, and we enjoyed it on Christmas night. This hotel will definitely be on my list for future visits to Seville.

A great stay in a perfect location. It's a little difficult to drive to and from, being in the center of old Seville. But the facility was clean, comfortable and had great amenities including a late afternoon tea. Easy to walk all over Seville from this location. Lovely and helpful staff (Adrian was great!).

The hotel was perfectly located in a heart of the Seville. Room was very nice and clean and stuff friendly. It was near impossible to drive to the location to drop of luggage - I would not recommend trying it. Parking in a city center parking lot and walking with a luggage for 5 minutes is much better option. Breakfast was ok, but much more expensive then in near by cafes.

Noise from outside the room and floors above was loud at all hours. Ants were in the room coming from the courtyard. Was not pleased with the stay. I booked it as it said it was a four star hotel, definitely was not what I expected. Very disappointed. Great location, but that was the only plus. Would not stay again.

A fabulous hotel. The room and public areas were exquisite, the staff very helpful and polite and the location was perfect - very quiet yet a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar.

Hotel is very well located close to Alcazar and Catedral. Everything in Seville is easy walking. Only issue wirh hotel is we had a good ground floor room but couldn't open the windows as lots of little midges and ants due to moisture and plants directly outside. I think the Hotel is aware of problem. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed and bathroom all top rate.

The hotel is brilliant. Location is amazing. Our room overlooked the Al Cazar gardens. The reception was friendly and loved the little treats provided. The only downside was that he housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. We travelled during the holiday period so I guess the staff were really busy as housekeeping did not replace the gels in the bathroom or the coffee and milk. Plates were not collected from the room. We visit Seville every year and will definitely stay again inspire of the minor housekeeping issues.

What a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was refreshingly different from the typical continental buffet. Very enjoyable with sufficient choices. The bedroom and ensuite were both spacious and clean. Fantastic location for the main attractions, shops and restaurants.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Outstanding !!!

We stayed in room 18 and also saw our friend's room #13. 18 is a smaller room but has an awesome outdoor patio and tub looking out to the royal garden, which was great for relaxing in the afternoon before heading out for the evening! Room 13 has high ceilings and a small balcony to the garden. The hotel felt like an oasis from the hot days, and we wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Loved the historic building style and vibe of the hotel. Very quiet but located in the center, next to main attractions. View from the window was fantastic. It faced the garden with peacocks. Very clean. Nice decor. Only downside the room had a very small size.

We really loved staying here and loved room 13. The balcony with the parrots in the morning are really interesting. Only challenge was the hotel is on central heat and air so we could not turn on the AC at night. Only the heat was coming in. Spent a lot of time with the balcony door open to get cooler air.

Amazing staff - so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for any of the reception staff. Great location right by the Catedral and Giralda (3 minutes walk). Room was comfortable and spacious and cleaned every day. My only negatives are the tiled flooring on the landing area (is it a listed building?) which means noise travels freely when other guests check out in the early morning. My room overlooked the street where the entrance/exit is situated so you hear everything outside - every taxi pulling up and associated noise. Again, it does interrupt sleep even if can't be helped. Overall, a pleasant stay but next time I'd ask for a rear facing room.

Loved this small hotel, which had excellent staff, that were very knowledgeable and accommodating, it was clean, very central to cathedral and Alcazar Palace, lots of excellent tapas bars within a short walk. The only down side for me was the bed is really hard and I do love a softer bed, we did ask at reception and they did try to put something softer on the bed, but it made little difference

A quaint quiet hotel near the cathedral and Royal Alcazar . Our room patio had a view of the royal gardens with peacocks! Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. Would stay again!

They were very helpful and friendly! We requested transportation to and from the hotel with the reception desk. They were also very friendly and made contact with us well in advance of our stay to ensure our stay was great. One of the things we appreciated the most is when we checked out early in the morning, the gentleman at the desk offered us coffee while we we waited for the taxi arrived. They also provided a lot of information regarding places to see and restaurants to eat.

Legado Alcázar Hotel was absolutely perfect — a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet alley near the Alcázar Gardens. It offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets of Seville while still being conveniently located for exploring the city. My partner and I arrived in the late morning and were warmly welcomed by Alegría and the rest of the hotel staff. She had all of our information ready, and our room was prepared early so we could check in right away. She also provided us with a city map and helpfully highlighted key attractions to make the most of our visit. Each day began with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast, always served with a genuine smile. On the day of our departure, the team went above and beyond by preparing a breakfast-to-go box so we wouldn’t leave hungry before our flight. The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the tram and a 24-hour taxi stand. My room had an excellent terrace. The staff's attention was very good, and the recommendations and tips from one of the staff members, Alegria, were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although we didn't choose it every morning since we often left early. However, the day we did try it, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. I also really enjoyed the snacks served at 4 PM in the reception area. As a VIP member of Expedia, the inclusion of sparkling wine was a very welcomed touch, and we enjoyed it on Christmas night. This hotel will definitely be on my list for future visits to Seville.

Complete mess over breakfasts. pre-paid with booking, only to be told by hotel at check-in that they had a problem with Expedia-group bookings, and that they would bill us for breakfast and we should seek reimbursement from booking agency. Get home, and after emails no reimbursement will be offered. Otherwise, good location, balcony overlooking Alcazar garden amazing.

Wonderful property with tons of character and ideally located within the heart of Seville. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and loved how the property offered all the modern amenities you’d want, but also incorporated the historic history of the area. Our room was on the first floor and had an exclusive view of ruins and and old well below our room. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do throughout our stay. They also have complimentary water and tea time in the lobby. The staff is wonderful as well, they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. Definitely recommend!

This was an incredibly perfect hotel for what we needed. Amazing service from all the staff but especially Paula! We were able to check in early upon arrival and stow our baggage until late afternoon on the way out. Location was excellent. Such a warm friendly place to stay and the breakfast was amazing! The hotel is located in the heart of Sevilla's Santa Cruz district. A stone's throw away from the Alcazar and the Cathedral of Seville. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are full of charm and history. Our room and a glass floor, with a view of the ancient Roman ruins underground! I was there for the marathon, and the staff left me a very thoughtful welcome basket with marathon goodies. The Legado Alcázar is an excellent boutique hotel. Located just steps from many of the major sites in Seville, but also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had views of the royal gardens. The room was outstanding and the service and staff are great. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful property in one of, if not, the best location you could probably think of. You are a 4 minute walk from the alcazar and cathedral, while also only being a 15 min walk from the plaza de España and La setas. Could not possibly think of a better location if you are planning a trip to Sevilla. Customer service was also excellent at this location, who even offered to help us order an Uber to the hotel. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend if you can get a spot here.

Intimate hotel in a great location. We were worried it might be noisy but it is tucked down a side street and very quiet. Walkable to most things and tram stop nearby. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel located just a two-minute walk away from the Alcazar and Cathedral. We got a room whose window opened up to the Alcazar's gardens with live peacocks everywhere. The service along with the complementary evening tea and snacks were top notch and there were tons of dining options just a quick walk away. Our two days in Seville became even more memorable due to this fantastic stay!

The room was clean fresh and very nice, the bed was huge and very comfortable with air con as well. Dejligt lille boutique hotel med kun 18 værelser placeret centralt i den historiske del af Sevilla men i stille omgivelser. Personalet i receptionen taler flydende engelsk og alle er meget imødekommende. Morgenmaden er super. Der er ikke restaurant i hotellet men der er masser af restauranter lige uden for døren.

Our standard room was small but fully equiped however another chair would make it perfect so that 2 people can enjoy coffee or beverage without one sitting on the bed. Nacho the desk clerk was professional & always went above & beyond to make our stay extra special. Breakfast although good is too expensive at £20 per person. We will return & recommend strongly. Perfect walkable location with no need for a car or public transportation.

Very very nice and friendly staff who takes care of you like family:) we loved the breakfast esp the homemade porridge, even though a selection of a few items the overall breakfast experience was so so special! Like grandma’s kitchen:) The stay was very comfortable. The location is the best coz it’s just a few yards away from the palace and Cathedral! Had the most relaxing time with lazy lunches and dinners at nearby streets lined up with restaurants!

What a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was refreshingly different from the typical continental buffet. Very enjoyable with sufficient choices. Such a special little hotel! The front desk staff is just outstanding. The level of hospitality is very high. The afternoon tea was lovely. Our shower was not at all clean—wads of the previous guest’s hair were on the shower wall and floor. We only had one towel but the staff quickly addressed that. We appreciated the lemon water and lemonade at the front desk. This hotel is in a terrific location in Seville. Parking is nearby but not on property.
