The bar served excellent drinks and the staff was friendly. They do have a breakfast buffet option and it’s very delicious. I’m giving 3 stars because the bathroom does not have any ventilation whatsoever and the toilets do not have pressure to flush adequately.

The hotel is very nice and affordable. The pool is great along with the jacuzzi, staff is nice and the bar is great! The only issue is the bathroom in the room it is too small and the water spills put so we had a mess in the floor every time we showered.

Staff at front desk are very polite! Amazing service from the front desk and the shuttle ride was amazing! The guys taking us to the bridge to cross to Texas, are amazing!! They went out of their way to make sure I got as close as possible to my destination!! Thank you guys!! The only bad service is the restaurant people!!! Everyday, they were making me feel like I had no money or they didn’t care if we eat there or not!! However, at the time to pay I had to look for someone to make sure I pay for my meal and they were still asking for tips?? What?? Sorry but this will be so pleasant if you had someone training well your restaurant staff. Other than the restaurant staff. The rest of the service was amazing!! The gym and the party area is great!

I did not like that that the building had a motel feeling, since you had to go outside the street to enter your room. It was a wear setup. Coffee maker didn't not work. What i lke: the service was okay nothing to write home about. The bed and shower were clean.

The whole place is renovated! But the AC units not! Each unit is easy from 25,30 years ago. Means are pretty effective but also extremely noisy… If you have problems to sleep avoid the property. Otherwise os pretty good 8/10

El check in fue rápido, el lobby e instalaciones principales estaban limpias y ordenadas. El cuarto tiene un buen tamaño y espacio, la cama, ropa de cama en buenas condiciones. No hubo problema con la presión del agua El a/c es un poco ruidoso ya que son algo antiguos pero no tanto para no poder dormir. Servicio al cuarto, comida de buena calidad ( sorprendente ) Alberca limpia y a pesar que estaba algo llena, había lugar donde poder estar. Restaurante bufete en la mañana, chiquito pero la cocinera te podría preparar lo que gustes ! Buen servicio en general

Horrible, traumatizing. Had 6 people outside our room at 3 in the morning. They were given a key to our room, they opened our door. The receptionist on Night Shift didn’t even apologize for what they had done. Questioned me in the middle of the night after a massive scare the name of person who checked me in and my name as if he couldn’t find that information on the computer. Made me question if this was a set up and trust ability of the staff and hotel.

La atención en el check in pésima, en expedía publican una tarifa más impuestos y al final reservas y pones en garantí una tarjeta por el total con impuestos y al llegar al hotel gamma, Juarez, te cobran además otros inpuestos, por parte del hotel…. Cobro inesperado y doble impuesto ??? Oferta engañosa por parte de expedía y cobro ilegal e inesperado por parte del hotel, que con ese extra, te sube la tarifa 10 dlls más y mejor reservas en otro hotel mejor y en otra palatafor A, despegar o booking, ahí nunca pasa eso, lo que ofertan y te señalan impuestos, es lo que pagas .

Me intentaron hacer un cobro en mi tarjeta, además de que me bloquearon las puertas de mi habitación porque “no había pagado”, pero, yo hice una transferencia en la mañana y al hacer mi check in le enseñé a la señorita mi recibo y el correo enviado, fui en la madrugada a pagar una persona extra y el chico de la noche me comentó que yo no había pagado, aclaro la situación, pagó la persona extra y al volver a las habitaciones, oh sorpresa, las dos habitaciones bloqueadas y cuando voy a recepción me comentan que se me bloquearon porque no había pagado, dicen que el check in es a las 3 pm pero yo aún llegando a las 4 no tenían las dos habitaciones listas.

Stayed here for three nights. Have not been in such a bad place as this one. Check in was great; facility looked amazing when coming in, but when we got to are room it was a nightmare. The room was not clean. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and it also looked cracked. Coffee maker was very dirty. During check in they mentioned to us they had a shuttle, that it could take us anywhere. We asked three times throughout are whole stay if they could take us places. Never happened. It was always “busy”. We ended up calling a taxi every single time. Not to mention there dryer did not work, only the washer (what good does that do!) Hot tub was out of service, telephone in room did not work. Missing light bulbs in the room! Also, be advised that the keys would not work! We would have to go to front desk every time for them to activate it. Change needs to happen. I hope someone takes the time to do so. Never will I stay here again. Or recommend this property to anyone!

El recepcionista del turno de noche, pésimo! Le pedimos que nos despertara a las 4:45am..porque íbamos al maratón de juarez! Pero no lo hizo,o no quiso! Pésimo! Se le recalcó varias veces! Caso omiso! Y el lavabo del baño,se batalla para que desagüe! Habitación 220..lo demás bien!

The bar served excellent drinks and the staff was friendly. They do have a breakfast buffet option and it’s very delicious. I’m giving 3 stars because the bathroom does not have any ventilation whatsoever and the toilets do not have pressure to flush adequately.

Staff at front desk are very polite! Amazing service from the front desk and the shuttle ride was amazing! The guys taking us to the bridge to cross to Texas, are amazing!! They went out of their way to make sure I got as close as possible to my destination!! Thank you guys!! The only bad service is the restaurant people!!! Everyday, they were making me feel like I had no money or they didn’t care if we eat there or not!! However, at the time to pay I had to look for someone to make sure I pay for my meal and they were still asking for tips?? What?? Sorry but this will be so pleasant if you had someone training well your restaurant staff. Other than the restaurant staff. The rest of the service was amazing!! The gym and the party area is great!

El check in fue rápido, el lobby e instalaciones principales estaban limpias y ordenadas. El cuarto tiene un buen tamaño y espacio, la cama, ropa de cama en buenas condiciones. No hubo problema con la presión del agua El a/c es un poco ruidoso ya que son algo antiguos pero no tanto para no poder dormir. Servicio al cuarto, comida de buena calidad ( sorprendente ) Alberca limpia y a pesar que estaba algo llena, había lugar donde poder estar. Restaurante bufete en la mañana, chiquito pero la cocinera te podría preparar lo que gustes ! Buen servicio en general

I have stayed at almost all of the hotels in Juarez and this one is definitely number one so far. I haven't checked out the $300 a night hotels but every hotel in the same price range is not even close to as nice as the Gamma. The staff was very helpful and the food honestly was amazing. Everyone was very nice and personable I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel over any other hotel in this price range.
