Très déçu, car on m’a donné une chambre avec lequel la télé ne fonctionnait pas la télécommande cassée chambre 405 et en plus j’ai payé pour deux petits déjeuners auquel j’ai pas pu prendre et je n’ai pas été remboursé Sans compter que la piscine il faut payer en plus pour en profiter, c’est 10 € par personne et ça on ne le dit pas au moment de la réservation c’est une fois qu’on paye, on nous envoie un lien pour nous dire que la piscine est payant

Hotel had easy check in, nice staff, the pool /jacuzzi area was nice and it was convenient to the airport

We did enjoy our stay here except for a few unfortunate details. We loved the health and wellbeing center except that the hamman and steam rooms were out of order. The room was very nice except one bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We just used the other one and kept the door closed. But nearby was a beautiful park and tourism office and a great little town with many wonderful small shops and restaurants. Beautiful! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. L’hôtel était top. La piscine agréable et le sauna très bien. L’appart bien équipé, deux salles de bains, les serviettes et la literie étaient au top. Le nettoyage quotidien. Seul hic c’est le parking gratuit trop petit. Mais le personnel est agréable, professionnel.

This is a nice hotel with helpful friendly staff and nice rooms for the most part. One of our bathrooms had a mildew smell that got progressively worse. We had two bathrooms so we only used one and kept the door closed. I should have complained but we were very busy. The wellness area was a welcome rest with pool and sauna abut unfortunately both the hamam and steam rooms and shower in that area were all out of order, as was the dryer for laundry. But we enjoyed our stay anyhow. Great walking paths and park with the Tourism Office and town with many small shops and restaurants.

Nous avons été très fâché parce qu'il y avait des frais supplémentaires pour l'accès à la piscine, ça ne se fait pas. Vous offrez le service ou pas. Nous avions choisi cette hôtel, meme si elle était plus chère, pour la piscine. Nous sommes allez au resto de l'hôtel manger un soupe, c'était excellent. Le propreté de la chambre impécable. Les corridors et ascenceurs pas super propres. Services par le personnel parfait.

J’ai adoré le séjour l’hôtel était bien propre et confortable la seule chose qui m’a un peu dérangé c’est de payer la piscine il faut bien le marquer sur l’annonce. À part ça l’hôtel est très bien

Chambre familiale avec kitchenette tres pratique. Calme et bien insonorisé. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bemol la salle de bain n'était pas tres propre (cheveux dans la baignoire et poussières).

Tres décu de mon sejour dans cet etablissement 4 étoiles. L'état de propreté des étages, des couloirs ainsi que des chambres n'est pas a la hauteur des 4 étoiles de l'établissement. A l'ouverture de ma chambre, presence d'un mego sur le sol, la douche presente des traces de calcaires et de moisissure, la cuvette des toilettes pas propres,presence de cheveux au sol. Le chemin de lit mis de travers, non lisse, l'habillage du sommier a du etre mis rapidement. A se demander si la chambre n'avait pas refaites au dernier moment.

Dégoûté de mon séjour. Moment qui devait être sympa en famille. Chambres vieillissantes acev pas male d'éléments cassés. Le pire c'est que mon fils est rentré avec des piqûres de punaises de lit! Hôtel injoignable par téléphone. Je suis obligé de toute laver chez moi et grosse stress d'une contagion. Plus jamais je ne retourne dans cet hôtel

Room was dirty, surfaces and walls appeared to not have been wiped down. Dust in bathroom vents. Charged 50 euros for a late checkout when that was not disclosed upon checking in or when we called for a late checkout.

Énormément déçue !! Je suis venue une nuit deux enfants et moi. Il devait avoir le canapé lit meme pas préparer. Aucune housse matelas a nue tâcher bien évidemment.. chambre clairement dégueulasse. Une caution de 250 e demander alors que j'avais deja payé ma nuit . Donc pas le choix.. et 4 étoiles non désolé il faut revoir la note de pense !!

Good property overall. Could use a bit of an update and pressure wash the outside. Rooms were good size and clean. I do recommend this hotel for an overnight waiting for a plane

Dans le balcon la porte en verre qui sépare les deux chambres était cassée donc plein de bout de verre partout , plein de poussière sur le sèche serviette, évier bouché dans la salle de bain , impossible de sortir l'eau du pommeau de douche dans baignoire. Cuvette des toilettes deguelasse...

The environment was very clean and the food was good. The location was perfect very close to the airport and a shopping center. Housekeeping made sure everything was clean and well taken care of. Overall, great sense of safety and security.

Chambre spacieuse, mais barre de seuil de la porte des toilettes qui tombe, radiateur SDB rayé de partout, la TV n arrête pas de s éteindre des fois au bout de 5 minutes, des fois 15 ou 30 minutes, et des fois ca se remettait directement sur la même chaine, des fois réinitialisation à zéro... tres embêtant !

공항 접근이 좋아 선택하였습니다. 숙소가 아주 넓고 직원이 아주 친절합니다. 식기류 인덕션 전자렌지 등 취사시설도 있습니다. 동네는 조용하고 아기자기 하며 로컬 식당과 빵집 수퍼 등이 있어 좋았습니다.

Hotel renovierungsbedürftig, Gang sehr dreckiger Teppich, WLAN ständig außer Betrieb, sehr kleine Speisekarte von der es die Hälfte nicht gibt, Frühstück war dafür sehr gut, Spabereich läßt zu wünschen übrig, Sauna defekt, es ist überhaupt sehr viel defekt in diesem Hotel, Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, Vorhänge total voller Flecken und verschmutzt, zu teuer für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

I love this hotel and visit it at least twice a year. Pity it is getting old and no real maintenance.

La habitación era pequeña pero confortable el servicio era bueno pero aun pueden mejorarlo. Tuvimos un problema con el wifi y durante 3 días no existió y nadie resolvió nada

The room was spacious

Great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. We had the family room which was huge, had two separate bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Spotless clean and super comfortable bed. Even had the second bed ready for our daughter which was lovely. We did not need to have to set it up. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Chambre vieillissante. Porte fenetre ferme mal donc du vent rentre. Pour compenser, radiateur electrique à fond sans pouvoir baisser la temperature.

Check in staff were terrible, lady when we checked in Monday 20th October evening time in a pinstriped dress was so rude. The gentleman was actually lovely he couldn’t have done enough for us. Rooms were clean and the suite was massive. Restaurant was nice for dinner staff were pleasant. Missed breakfast by 5 and the fella said he couldn’t take us which is understandable. We had to pay £250 deposit at check in per room which I never realised at the time of booking

Found a big spider in our room and there was general uncleanliness and seemingly some disorganization. Fire alarm went off in the morning and no staff came outside to give us an all clear message.

I have stayed in the hotel for 7nights Himsaya the front desk guy was the first point of contacts and made our stay a pleasant one. He always have a smile and welcoming personality. So as the other receptionists. Good location and nice village with amazing food near the tourism centre Close to Disneyland we will surely visit the hotel again the highlights was the spa. Overall a 10/10 experience

I was on a two night business trip. On the morning of day two I left my room for work and put a do not disturb sign on the door as I did not need the room cleaned. On my return to the hotel in the evening I went to my room and the do not disturb sign was gone and my key card would not work. I went to reception who said I wasn't allowed in the room because I hadn't paid. I had paid city taxes the previous evening together with payment for my room. They tried to charge me the taxes again, however, I managed to show the receptionist a copy of my bank account which clearly showed the city taxes paid for two nights. It turned out I hadn't paid for the second night but that was not my fault but rather the fault of the receptionist who originally checked me into the hotel. After some time I got my key card updated and returned to my room. On entering the room I noticed that the room had indeed been cleaned. I checked the wardrobe to check if my clothes were still there which they were. However, on checking the bathroom I found that all my toiletries and medication were missing. I called back down to reception to advise the staff who asked me to wait while they contacted house keeping. After approximately 15 minutes two ladies arrived and spoke with the receptionist and then left without saying a word. I got 1 bag back which was wet and had been in a bin, the second 1 came later which was full of dirt and rubbish and smelled like garbage. They lied by saying they were not in a bin

The lady at the reception was simply rude , she saw the Quatar crew arriving and in the middle of taking care of me she says «  you gonna have to wait I have the crew to take care of?? I reply once you are done completing my checking . Then she stated screaming from the counter for Yuness a co worker to help her .I had to have the room key reset twice because it wasnt set properly . The shower were dirty with mold, the chairs were stained ( I took lots of pictures) the AC wasn’t working - and the top of the cake I’ve asked for a wake up call and never received it.the lady who checked me in is really rude you need to have a talk with her. At 5am I had to run to the reception because there was no toilet paper ??? And I notified the desk at my arrival that the back of the tv remote control was missing so I don’t get charge for it.

Soit 250€ par personne !!! je n'ose pas imaginer ce que NUXE a du vous régler pour son séminaire. Pour info, en moyenne, nous payons entre 200 et 300€ la journée habituellement. Deuxième point négatif. Vu les conditions climatiques (neige), j'ai anticipé mon trajet et suis arrivé à l'hôtel en début de matinée. Pour récupérer ma chambre, ou une autre, afin de poser mes bagages et me changer, on me demande 50 € ??? Soit une majoration de 50% car je prends ma chambre en fin de matinée alors qu'elle est prête... J'ai un dernier point à vous soumettre. Vers 15h00, nous avons mangé une pizza au niveau du salon du bar. pour s'assurer de la température des pizza après cuisson, le serveur y plonge son doigt. Mis à part ces quelques points très facilement améliorables au niveau du service clients, les chambres sont parfaites, propres, confortables, bien insonorisées.

Hotel staff very very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and fresh. Bathroom perfect shower had good pressure and temp.

Hotel presso l'aeroporto il cui shuttle gratuito deve essere prenotato. forse l'unica pecca, per il resto un hotel rumoroso come tutti in quella zona visto il costante decollo di aerei dall'aeroporto. la struttura e' ben curata, pulita ed attrezzata, purtroppo la piscina e' accessibile solo dopo le 10AM e chiude alle 9PM il che non lascia molto tempo per usufruirla a chi prende l'hotel per lavoro. la colazione e' buona ed ad un prezzo accettabile per i cibi offerti. altrimenti a pochi passi esiste un ottimo panificio pasticceria. tutto sommato un giudizio molto positivo e ritornero' presso la struttura nel caso dovessi trovarmi nuovamente in zona per lavoro.

Rien à redire, l’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport et le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute.

I didn't like that you have to pay to go swimming or that you had to pay for the shuttle van. Those are things that should be included. It also doesn't say that on the details of the property that you have to pay for these things. It does for breakfast 20E which is fine. Also it does not say you have to pay a deposit. The restaurant is expensive as well

The hotel was decent as was the breakfast, the hotel has good parking for cars and really close to the airport. I couldn’t use the bath as the plug was broken (the room has a shower) and strips of plastic covering previous damage peeling off slightly, no doubt I would stay again, if the room was such a problem I would have asked for another but this suited me, short walk into the village where you can get a decent dinner if you didn’t want the hotel food….!

It saya the hotel provides airport transfer, but it's very limited hours. 6-10 am and 5-9 pm if i remember correctly. So it is difficult to get to unless you take an Uber or taxi.

Bon hôtel pour un accès à Roissy pôle. Mais navette payante.

Nice property close to the airport. We stayed here to be ready for our departure. It is far from the city but there are plenty of taxis to take you to tourist attractions.

Very nice Hotel for a stop over in Paris region during our trip. Hotel is very convenient traveling with a dog; Parks nearby and the distance from the airport is very short.

I liked the location. I didn’t like that the woman at the front desk did not send us a wake-up call for the next morning as promised. I also assumed the shuttle would go to both terminal one and terminal two. It only makes one stop and no one informed us about that either.

Old and dirty rooms, terrible food

J'étais venu par le passé avant le changement d'enseigne, je trouve que la qualité a vraiment baissé. La piscine autrefois gratuite est devenue payante 10€ ! Le premier soir il y avait un buffet pour le dîner à 30€, la qualité était vraiment pas terrible et le choix limité, c'était abusé. Clim un peu bruyante, je l'ai signalé et il e l'ont disjoncté. Sinon le reste ça va.

I’d say it’s an ok hotel for one night, but plan on eating elsewhere. We had ordered a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The kids’ beds were not set up and I had to ask 3 times before it was done. The television in the room turned itself off every 15minutes, quite annoying. The shower in the room was constantly dripping. Otherwise fairly clean room. The restaurant’s food was way below average, so was the breakfast, but the service was good. In the ”spa lounge”, the toilets were not working and two showers in two different changing rooms were also out of order. No locks in the changing rooms either which meant that several people came in thinking it was available… The ceiling in the reception was leaking. Again, ok for one night close to the airport, but it needs a good ”refresh”.

Bon accueil. Chambre + Salon + sdb + 2 Wc très spacieux avec bon rapport qualité-prix. Restaurant et petit déjeuner pde bonne qualité. Personnel agréable.

The overall experience was good, however this hotel really needs to work on the quality of their breakfast.
