This is a very nice basic family owned property. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice but nothing fancy. Basic amenities with a small microwave and small fridge. Bed had just a small spring platform and was a little thin but still had a good nights sleep. Parking was well lit and plentiful. No breakfast but there was fresh coffee available in the office. Just a very nice place for an affordable price. I will stay there again.

The room was neat and clean. It had two bath towels, one hand towel. The bed was too hard for my liking. The street noise is very noticeable and a lot. No coffee, no water. But it does offer long-term parking at a reasonable rate. The hotel is less than three miles from the port. This was a quick stop in Long Beach. We're on our way to a 7-Day Cruise.

The entire motel looks refurbished & cleaner than most exterior entrance type motel. The area is convenient to airport & cruise terminals, but doesn't seem like a place I'd walk around at night. Has a cube fridge & microwave, but no coffee maker or coffee / tea.

This motel was a decent priced, no frills motel. It has all you would want or expect for the price range. It’s very clean, nice and easy check in, parking space that’s not extra charge. It is close enough to many destinations without having to pay the high price hotel prices. It serves it purpose and I would recommend it to anyone not wanting to pay high end prices but looking for a clean, good location spot to stay. I’ve read some complain about location but I didn’t feel unsafe at all. It’s Long Beach and no matter where you are, it’s all the same, that just goes with the city life. I will would definitely stay here again.

This is an older property who has nicely updated their rooms. The outside looks older but the room was clean, modern & roomy. Included was a TV, hairdryer but no coffeemaker. The bed was a little to firm for our liking but it was otherwise clean and inviting. As another reviewer stated, it is on a busy street corner and the halls are outdoors so it can be a little noisy. We had to carry our bags up stairs to the second floor so I don't believe there is an elevator. This was a nice, reasonably priced stay for the night. There is a couple of decent restaurants within a short walking distance. Motel is located about halfway between the LB airport & the cruise port. No shuttle but Lyft from the LB airport was only about $20.

Dirty room. Found pubic hair in bathroom floor and in shower. No soap, luckily we had our own to use but it would have been nice to have a small bar to wash your hands with. We should have spent an extra $30 and stayed at a nicer hotel but we just needed to stay overnight before boarding our cruise in the morning.

This is a small motel near the ocean, so the location is good. The office man wasn’t friendly and wasn’t a people person. The hotel looked newly remodeled. The room was small, but clean and in new condition. The TV was very good with Direct TV. The water pressure was excellent. There was a microwave and small refrigerator. A decent place overall for the price. My only complaint is the bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: Clean, decent place for a short stay. (Especially at an affordable price!) The young guy working front desk was very nice too. Cons: Location! :( It’s located on the corner of a very busy area..so good luck getting any sleep. Sirens, car horns, loud music etc… And, an 11:00 am checkout is a bit unreasonable. Most are at Noon!

It was very clean and modern. It was quiet, though traffic noise. But I live on a busy street so I’m used to that. It was a great location. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. It was very comfortable. My only complaint was the water pressure.

Great location close to nightlife and dining. Lots of homeless people yelling on the street late at night but the parking lot feels safe. Walls are thin so you can hear conversations next door. That’s just part of it being an older building

Room was super minimal, which I like. The walls were thin and I could hear the conversation the room next to me was having, had to sleep with the TV on. The manager at the desk was super friendly and helpful. Nice little hotel overall

The room itself was clean and reasonably priced for the area. It looked to have been recently renovated. The area seemed safe enough but wasn’t as nice as other areas of Long Beach. I was there for a conference so I want looking for facilities like a pool, etc. it was about 20 minutes by foot to the conference center and there were food options along the way. I needed earplugs to sleep due to road noise but the room was comfortable otherwise.

The area felt very unsafe. Street racing, sirens, and helicopters could be heard all night. Homeless people were camped on the side of the building. A police incident was happening outside of our hotel room in the middle of the night - I could hear incoherent hollering, and the police responding with "put your hands up! turn around!". There was frequently a strong smell of marijuana smoke entering our room thru the AC system. We got nearly zero sleep. I will never stay here again.

First of all - check-in was a breeze. Too often it takes forever. Not the case here at all, we had our room key within 2 minutes. The room was remodeled, very nice, large and clean. Everything worked as it should. Parking is a breeze, and the beach is within a 5 minute walk, as well as restaurants and bars. Great location and a great motel.

The facility was clean but plain with few amenities, ie soap, shampoo, towels. The biggest thing was that coffee was not offered until 9 am and that was it, nothingelsewasoffered. I had to leave by 7 am each morning. Also, the "few" restaurants (1) also didn\'t open until 9 am and was only for breakfast and lunch. I couldn\'t afford the hotels down by the convention center so this worked. It was a1/2 mile to the center witch was a long way for my battery wheelchair and the streets had a lot of street people sleeping on the sidewalk in the late evenings when I traveled back to the motel.

It is so stressful checking these reviews and knowing whether to believe them or the people exaggerate. So here's the real review. I'm from Norcal and I'm picky. We got there and to be honest it looked like a dump from the outside. The staff was super cool though and let us check in 4hrs early with no charge! The room was very nice and smelled like bleach which was good and the floors were damp from being cleaned so that was awesome, I knew it had been cleaned well. Looks way better on the inside, room was nice and modern looking. Clean and comfy, I always bring my own towels so I do recommend that and top blanket was super thin but we had our own blankets. Pillows and sheets were cool. Location was great, we could walk to the beach, walk to stores, everything was close by. Neighborhood is kinda ghetto at night but we were used to that so no big deal. Lots of sirens like at home. We are adults and left the kids at home. If I had my kids with me, I wouldn't let them leave the room alone. Anyway, we had a great experience and staff was awesome and friendly, place was clean, easy parking, close to everything, decent price so it was a great time!

This is your very basic motel. Very clean, but no frills. Perfect for when you just need a clean place to sleep at night. Close to downtown and easy walking distance to restaurants. There's a good breakfast place, Zuzu's Petals, right around the corner.

Everything was very nice and clean! Location was close to restaurants and only 10 ish minute from the cruise port. Never felt unsafe at any time and will stay here again before leaving out for my cruises!
