Fantastisk ophold. Hotellet ligger centralt og i de skønneste omgivelser med Wawel slottet i ‘baghaven’. Smuk udsigt fra Rooftop baren. Personalet er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Virkelig lækker morgenmad. Vi tog bussen fra lufthavnen til hotellet. Tager ca 20 min og bussen holder 200 m fra hotellet. Nemt.

Convenient location for Wawel Castle and a 10 minute walk to the main square. Room was very spacious and I especially liked the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel offered an incentive of a free drink in the bar if you did not need to have your room cleaned - this was such a great idea and I took advantage of this twice during my stay. The rooftop restaurant was also really good and I would recommend trying the risotto. I made a reservation earliee in the afternoon so that I could get a table outside on the terrace as the sun was setting.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre ville avec une belle vue sur le château Le personnel est très agréable et chaleureux Les chambres sont très jolies, très propres et décorées de facon chaleureuse Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire !! Nous n’avons pas testé le sauna ni le bar Le seul bémol est que le site annonce un parking qui est en réalité le parking public et qu’il peut s’avérer difficile de trouver une place, bien que ce parking soit juste en face et peu cher Il y a un autre parking gardé pas loin avec des places mais cher Le personnel nous a aider pour les problèmes de parking mais ce devrait être indiqué clairement dans l’annonce pour éviter les tracas Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce bel hôtel si agréable Merci

The rooftop restaurant and bar was great for drinks, but closed at 10pm. Saturday night even the main bar was shut. Our view was terrible, backing onto the bin storage area. Other than that, was a lovely hotel.

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Bus vom Flughafen hält ums Eck. Die wunderschöne Dachterrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit fantastische Aussichten auf das Schloss und den Fluss. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen und auch das Essen im Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns das perfekte Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip.

Centralt läge med resturang på taket som på kvällen ger en fantastisk utsikt. Sängarna är bekväma och rummen har det man behöver. Det finns även ett gym och bastu på våningen längst ner. Kan vara bland dom bättre hotell jag bott på.

The hotel is spotless throughout, great staff nothing is a problem for them all very polite and courteous. Breakfast was excellent standard and great choice. Rooms are a good size and a good standard for a 4 star hotel. Great location to get to all the main attractions and walkable to the main square. The reception team arranged tours to The salt mines and Auschwitz which came to the hotel to pick us up I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return.

Hotel is in a really nice position. 5 minutes by walk aside the river and you arrive at the castle. In 10 minutes in the old city. Receptionist are very kind and available. Excellent breakfast. Room very big and clean.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice, and the location is excellent, right in the city center, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast needs improvement. The bread was dry and hard, the bacon was undercooked and not properly prepared, and the cakes were not very good. Overall, the breakfast quality did not match the standard of the hotel. Another issue was the noise. My room faced nearby business buildings, and work started early around 6 AM. There were many cars coming and going, which created a lot of noise. Overall, the hotel has a great location and is very clean, but improvements in breakfast quality and better sound insulation would make the stay much better.

The hotel is very nice and is in a good location. The views from the rooftop bar were amazing. I was disappointed in the view from our room as I paid extra to upgrade to a room with a castle view. I have attached a photo of the view from my room which was on the first floor. I do not think I should’ve had to pay extra for this view. The regular rooms were the same size. Some of the service on the rooftop bar was poor also.

So this hotel is a 20 minute walk from the station and by the castle side of the city. It doesnt look much from the street but we booked a superior room overlooking the river and it was spectacular. The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a really comfy bed. I think this room catered for 4 people so we had plenty of room and two large tvs. The hotel was really clean and staff friendly and we used the roof top resturant and the food there was great. Only slight negative was the gym, we like to work out when we go on holiday and one treadmill and a couple of weights (not heavy) is all that was there. Defintely would go back though it was good value for money. Recommended 5 stars.

Hotel is in a good convenient area with a pleasant walk into the main square. The rooms are spacious with Nespresso pods & bottled water replenished daily. A good sized fridge in the room too. The staff were super & the food for breakfast & dinner was very nice.

Fantastisk godt hotel, men når man bestiller castle view superior room kunne man forvente at man kunne gå rundt om sengen uden besvær, der var 25 cm rundt om sengen og mørklægningsgardinet stumpede så det var ikke mørklægning

Der Tag begann mit einem leckeren,vielseitigem Frühstück, das WLAN funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Vom Dachrestaurant ist der Ausblick phantastisch. Es fehlen in den Zimmern die Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Das Hotel wirbt in den Zimmern mit "schallisoliert", ich hgörte im Zimmer zur Straße jede traßenbahn, jedes posende Fahrzeug, erst im Zimmer zum Innenhof war das Durchschlafen möglich.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. A constant scent was sprayed into the room from somewhere and it wasn't exactly subtle. Location and breakfast was good. View was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

I have attached a photo of the view from my room which was on the first floor. I do not think I should’ve had to pay extra for this view. The regular rooms were the same size. Some of the service on the rooftop bar was poor also.
The hotel is very nice and is in a good location. The views from the rooftop bar were amazing. I was disappointed in the view from our room as I paid extra to upgrade to a room with a castle view. The staff at the Hotel Kossak were great, from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, each morning they served a delicious 5-star breakfast, and when we departed at 3am for an early morning flight they insisted to prepare a very large sack breakfast for us to take with us. All the staff speaks English. Recommend the hotel to anyone who likes great service, reasonable prices, safe location, and easy access to the old downtown area. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Krakow next year!

Teria tudo pra ter sido uma ótima estadia, o hotel é ótimo, localização, quarto grande e confortável e café muito variado. Mas aí chega um hóspede com 2 cachorros e deixa os 2 trancados no quarto e os dois ficam latindo por horas!!! Fizemos reclamação, a recepcionista disse que outros hóspedes também estavam reclamando mas eles não conseguiam entrar em contato para que o hóspede voltasse. Entendo que seja simpático ser pet friendly, mas daí causar transtornos para todos os outros hóspedes não da! Tentamos trocar de quarto mas o hotel estava cheio e não foi possível. Como resolver isso? Não sei, mas deveria ser proibido deixar os animais trancados no quarto. Passarei a pensar duas vezes em me hospedar em hotel pet friendly.

Hotel is in a really nice position. 5 minutes by walk aside the river and you arrive at the castle. In 10 minutes in the old city. Receptionist are very kind and available. Excellent breakfast. Room very big and clean.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice, and the location is excellent, right in the city center, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast needs improvement. The bread was dry and hard, the bacon was undercooked and not properly prepared, and the cakes were not very good. Overall, the breakfast quality did not match the standard of the hotel. Another issue was the noise. My room faced nearby business buildings, and work started early around 6 AM. There were many cars coming and going, which created a lot of noise. Hotel preso in offerta con colazione. Ottima collocazione vicino al bellissimo lungofiume e al castello e al centro storico, albergo molto pulito buona la colazione, molto varia, bellissima la terrazza panoramica. Per chi arriva in auto di fronte all'albergo un area di sosta a pagamento. Se devo trovare un limite, gli orari del bar e di accesso alla tetrazza troppo limitati la sera. Comunque lo consiglio.

The rooftop restaurant and bar was great for drinks, but closed at 10pm. Saturday night even the main bar was shut. Our view was terrible, backing onto the bin storage area. Other than that, was a lovely hotel.

Fikk med frokostpose med masse innhold den dagen vi skulle til Auschwitz og ble hentet på hotellet 05.30. Gode senger. Nydelig takterrasse på restauranten i øverste etasje med utsikt over hele bye.

Jedyne co to nieuczciwa obsługa kelnerska w restauracji na górze hotelu (przyjęli vołcher o wartości 75zł na jedzenie i napoje serwowane w restauracji, niestety próżno szukać tej obniżki na rachunku). Po zwróceniu uwagi próbowano wmówić mi, ze to pomyłka. Ciekawy jestem ile razy już ta pomyłka się zdarzyła? Ogólnie hotel na tak, restauracja na nie, pomimo dobrego jedzenia. Uczciwość wiele znaczy!

Great location close to the old town and the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful- we had an early trip booked and they were happy to provide a breakfast bag as we would be missing breakfast. Room was clean and smelled lovely every time we entered it.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kossak. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the edge of Old Town by the river with a short walk into the centre. My room also had a great view of the castle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were well considered with high end touches like a Smeg fridge in the room and Clarins products in the bathroom. Highly recommend and would stop at this hotel again
