Perfect location and beautiful grounds. The service was excellent. The pool was enjoyable and there was always plenty of clean towels! The lack of food options on the property and small bathroom size were the only things that were negatives. Would definitely recommend and will stay again! .

Although we have visited the Vineyard for decades, this was our first stay at the Harborside Inn. Our room faced the courtyard, pool and Marina. Wonderful views and the location right at the base of the town of Edgartown is excellent. The only challenge for some may be parking. The hotel does provide free parking at a lot that is 1/2 mile straight down the road. So for those with a handicap and bringing a car, or during say, a downpour, that could be a challenge. There are two loading/unloading only spaces at the entrance to the hotel. Being in Edgartown however, having a lot to park in is a must. So we were thankful for that. Beautiful, well maintained property. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. We loved the location and being on the water. We enjoyed the outside deck outside the lobby, along with the daily planned event each day. Our first night we loved sitting on the deck listening to music for two hours. The guitar player/singer was phenomenal. We watched a movie at the pool the second night. They even provided popcorn. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room we had was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place.

This stay was unique. The room and the balcony view were wonderful. The bathroom & shower was a bit small, but nicely tiled. The bed was comfortable but squeeked on one side getting in and out. Windows opened for fresh air, balcony was covered so rain didn't get in. TV was a nice size. Refrigerator was ample. 24hr tea and coffee at the main reception as well as loaner umbrellas. Convenient to shops & dining and walkable. Parking was a bit of a challenge as it was .3 tenths of a mile away. No help like someone to take is down or back once parked. just had to hoof it like everyone else staying there. Got our steps in. 30 stairs to the top where our room was. Ice machine on the first floor. 30 steps down. No elevators, but bell hop helped at check-in. No food available. But you're in Edgartown, on the harbor, watching the ontime go back and forth to Chappy. Can see the light house. It was very scerene and lovely.

The only property with a swimming pool in the center downtown Edgertown hotels. Nice property & very elegant decorated. Staff is friendly. Nice clean room. We found out the entire inn is a time share property. Our bathroom is very small. Our room is on the 2nd floor. No elevator. The digital cable modem was not working during our two nights stay. The biggest inconvenience is the parking lot is almost 10 blocks away. It is bad to come back at night to the inn. The swimming pool is too small to accommodate all the guests and residents. Feel very tight quarter.

The Harborside Inn is very conveniently located in the heart of Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard. You can walk to all shops and restaurants, to the lighthouse and its beach and to the Chappy ferry. The hotel has a pool which is a bonus. The only drawback is the hotel’s parking lot is a 10 min walk away.

Nice hotel. Very clean, comfortable and in a great area right on the water downtown. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only thing I will say is the morning coffee was weak/watery. The rooms were small, but perfectly comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

This property is so clean. Which is very important to me. The walkability is excellent. The beds are very comfortable as well. I wish they had a few more pillow options. Also the plantation shutters and blinds did not keep the room dark so be prepared to wake up super early or bring a sleep mask. Other than that, I would be happy to stay here again.

The room we were put in could not have been tighter. There was only about 12” of space between he foot of the bed and the wall. Had to turn sideways to get to other side of the room. Had to straddle the toilet to close the bathroom door or even get to the switch for the fan. No place to put three oversized decorative pillows. Had to jam them into the closet. Could hear the footsteps of the room above. Also could hear the water rushing down eveytime they flushed the toilet.

Although we have visited the Vineyard for decades, this was our first stay at the Harborside Inn. Our room faced the courtyard, pool and Marina. The room we were given was extremely small. Bathroom was so small that you could not have the bathroom entrance door and the shower door open at the same time Parking for the hotel was several blocks away. Very few amenities and room was way to small for the price charged. Staff were friendly.

We loved our stay here in mid June 2023. The property is very well kept, better than I anticipated. Beautiful views of the harbor, best location in Edgartown by far. Dozens of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a room that backed up to main street on the window side of the room where a pub is located. The pub was quite rowdy late into the night and sleeping was not going well. We requested to switch to a different room location, which the GM allowed to happen with no up-charge even though we were moved to a better room. It meant a lot and was one example of why we will return.

While we can't say that we booked the presidential suite going in, the hotel, which at best was half full, must have made the decision that they were going to assign their worst rooms first. I doubt that we would ever stay there again.

Hotel staff was wonderful. Only issues where the parking is 1/4 mile away. This place could get 5 stars from many If it would provide valet. Would think the staff would check the dehumidifiers in the room to dump out the water when they are getting full but instead was woken up at 2am to a beeping sound to empty it.
