La terraza que tiene una vista increíble al cerro de la silla y las montañas de alrededor le da un plus a este lugar. Muy bonito, limpio, seguro y súper cómodo. Excelente opción para descansar.

I loved this hotel because the room was so big!! The cleanliness was excellent!! and the confort inside the room was pretty nice, the interior design and furniture had a feeling of freshness and cleanliness, also it didnt looked like old furniture, the bathroom was so sexy 😳 also the art inside the hotel it’s awesome I could write a whole page stating this, my favorite pieces are the 2 humanoid-guardians on the corners of each floor💖 also this hotel it’s cheap and “small” but has EVERYTHING inside! Pool, gym, rooftop with a fireplace to make some bbq, tables and chairs, and for entertainment a table for ping pong, a big court for basketball or soccer, and if that’s not enough, a little space to play mini golf 😄 also and finally there’s an “Oxxo” store next to the hotel, and that makes the stay pretty convenient 💖

El lugar está en un lugar cercano al Auditorio Citibanamex al cuál fui por un concierto. Recomiendo púes hay transporte público pasando frecuentemente y también es fácil tomar un Didi/Uber. El Hotel cuenta con los servicios esperados. Hay un desayuno básico con yogurt, fruta, cereales, café, pan tostado y pan dulce. Además tienen un Oxxo a lado así que es conveniente para comprar snacks o artículos diversos. El elevador no funciona, el hotel es pequeño así que no se siente tan pesado subir las escaleras pero igual estaría bien contar con esta opción. En general fue una buena experiencia y recomiendo por el precio/comodidad.

This place has litteraly no parking, 4 spaces and thats it, you have to figure out the parking elsewhere off the property! Stay away! Busy and sketchy looking area! To the extent that we decided to book an alternative hotel! Didn’t even consider a partial refund! Cheap rates are NOT worth it!

El personal es muy amable , me quise hospedar en ese hotel porque decía que había gym , y solo tenía dos mancuernas de diferente peso , una caminadora descompuesta y una bicicleta sin aceite.

La cama estaba sucia sabanas con pelos y colcha tambien, esperamos a que saliera agua caliente y no salio despues de 1 minuto asi que toco baño con agua fria que duro no menos de 10 minuto y no salió. La alberca sucia y si "gimnasio" no funcionaba ni la bicicleta fija ni la banda de caminar. Escribí al número de atencion y el horario es de 6 am a 10 pm. El desayuno sencillo es poco para lo que ofrecen, la leche con grumos y el cereal rancio, lo mas o menos fue el melon que estaba simple. Ojala mejoren.

Realmente no vale la pena hospedarse en este lugar Desde que llegas todo se siente mal, las opciones para "desayunar" son escasas; fruta, yogurt, pan para tostar y ya esta. Si tienes suerte encuentras esas opciones, otras tantas ya no hay. Lugar sucio, descuidado, agua caliente no tienes disponible siempre, la alberca está sucia y el "gym" la caminadora está descompuesta, el elevador no sirve. La experiencia fué terrible, hasta una cucaracha nos tocó tener de mascota dentro de la habitación. No lo recomiendo

Terrible experiencia, el calentador de agua no sirvió durante toda mi estancia y según otros huéspedes, ya llevaba días sin funcionar. Los empleados se limitaban a decir que ya habian pasado las quejas y si los dueños no hacían caso, no era su problema. Jamás nos compensaron, ni dieron alguna solución. NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ

*Personal: super amable. Resguardaron maletas antes del check in y del check out. *Ubicación: muy bien, pero para llegar Cintermex utilize transporte en Uber son 40 pesos en promedio. Caminando si son como 25 minutos. * Dan un desayuno continental que te saca de apuros. *Cuarto: no ponen agua, dejan un garrafón afuera de dónde puedes tomar. Mala iluminación en el baño muy tenue. I stayed at room 21 from 5/11-5/14/23 had 100$ go missing that i left on top of a table in my room even though there was no tag hanging “no disturbances” not to clean my room. do not leave any money here. Staff said i had only key but someone went inside when i was gone. location and room itself was ok.

fatal, no tiene elevador y yo soy imposibilitado de una rodilla y decía. que no había habitaciones y me hicieron pagar 400 pesos y mágicamente ya había una habitación abajo, al salir olvidé mi anillo de matrimonio en el buró al ir en taxi hablé para regresar por él y el recepcionista JOB PATIÑO dijo que no había nada en el buró, sigo esperando respuesta del hotel y de hotels.com respecto a esto y eso que soy gold rewerds. me están tratando de la fregada JAMÁS RECOMENDARÍA ESTE FATAL HOTEL y soy súper usuario de este portal HOTELS.com Hace 10/15 años

El Hotel cuenta con los servicios esperados. Hay un desayuno básico con yogurt, fruta, cereales, café, pan tostado y pan dulce. Además tienen un Oxxo a lado así que es conveniente para comprar snacks o artículos diversos. El elevador no funciona, el hotel es pequeño así que no se siente tan pesado subir las escaleras pero igual estaría bien contar con esta opción. En general fue una buena experiencia y recomiendo por el precio/comodidad.

This place has litteraly no parking, 4 spaces and thats it, you have to figure out the parking elsewhere off the property! Stay away! Busy and sketchy looking area! To the extent that we decided to book an alternative hotel! Didn’t even consider a partial refund! Cheap rates are NOT worth it!

Las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas, el personalde limoieza muy atentos. Ofrecen desayuno continental incluido y no hay los insumos ni los utensilios básicos (una pinza, por ejemplo, los huéspedes tomaban los alimentos las manos) para prepararlos. Se solicitó a recepción frutas, mantequilla y pinzas pues no había en la pequeña barra y dijeron qué la persona a cargo era nueva y no resurtia. No obstante, cuando quisieron resurtir no tenían disponible los insumos básicos del desayuno continental-usted disculpe,dijeron. Otra excusa qué expresaron era qué tenían hotel lleno, a lo cual comenté que por lo mismo deberían estar más pendientes para dar un mejor servicio. Sería conveniente qué al personal de recepción se les actualicé con cursos sobre atención y calidad en el servicio. Una sonrisa es la llave qué abre muchas puertas.

La cama estaba sucia sabanas con pelos y colcha tambien, esperamos a que saliera agua caliente y no salio despues de 1 minuto asi que toco baño con agua fria que duro no menos de 10 minuto y no salió. La alberca sucia y si "gimnasio" no funcionaba ni la bicicleta fija ni la banda de caminar. Escribí al número de atencion y el horario es de 6 am a 10 pm. El desayuno sencillo es poco para lo que ofrecen, la leche con grumos y el cereal rancio, lo mas o menos fue el melon que estaba simple. Ojala mejoren.

Realmente no vale la pena hospedarse en este lugar Desde que llegas todo se siente mal, las opciones para "desayunar" son escasas; fruta, yogurt, pan para tostar y ya esta. Si tienes suerte encuentras esas opciones, otras tantas ya no hay. Lugar sucio, descuidado, agua caliente no tienes disponible siempre, la alberca está sucia y el "gym" la caminadora está descompuesta, el elevador no sirve. La experiencia fué terrible, hasta una cucaracha nos tocó tener de mascota dentro de la habitación. No lo recomiendo

We had the basic room there was no window in the room. No wardrobe so had to keep the clothes on the floor/suitcase. Air condition good, Bathroom good.. The breakfast was basic the toaster didn't work. Staff was doing what they could

My husband and I like this hotel a lot. We usually stay here during the weekend. This occasion, we got a superior room on the third floor. The water during my shower could never be regulated. We usually have a nice warm shower, but this stay, the water kept on changing from hot to cold then back to hot again which made it almost impossible to get a shower.

It have never seen such a terrible hotel in my life. The room was like a shoebox with literally no windows. I could hear the noise from the other rooms.The internet did not work. Also I booked the hotel with breakfast included, but I was told that if I wanted breakfast I had to cross the street to anothey place ans pay for the food. The location is also terrible. When I talked to the receptionist he told me that I could not get my money back. I paid for 3 nights and I could not stay in that whole not even one night. Please dont book!!
