Our executive room was very spacious. The front desk was so nice and accommodating. They delivered an iron 3 minutes after call. My room has a huge soaking tub and a very shower. Location was quiet and relaxing. I worked out in the gym overlooking the out door pool. Can’t say enough great things about it.

Great modern apart hotel with all amenities you need for a short trip. Location is a bit off - specially if you’re tourist as most activities take place around the Old Quarter are which is 30mins by cab. Though sauna and steam rooms are small, they are open 24/7. Mart is located just across the street and there is a nice local market just 5mins walk away. Rooms are very spacious and well cleaned. The room service and housekeeping staff are really nice. Overall we had a great stay.

Lovely and clean room, well equipped. The washing machine was convenient. Had lunch at the restaurant when we arrived and Ricardo was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was great, they change the Asian dishes on a daily basis, which was great. Only small issue is there's only one coffee machine and even though there was a jug of coffee on the side, can get pretty crowded during busy times. Location was a bit far from the centre but it was what we wanted. Going to the old quarter was easy and cheap with Grab. There's also a mini mart across the street if you need to buy basic necessities. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Only niggling thing is they only give one key card and despite asking for another one, told it's standard to only issue one. Means that my husband and I have to pretty much stick together, which was inconvenient especially since we need it to operate the lift as well. So when we just came back from a day out and he wanted to have a smoke first, either i'd have to hang around with him or he had to take me upstairs first before going back down. All in all, still good and would definitely stay there again if we ever visit the city again in the future.

Beautiful hotel/apartment We had a room on higher floor and it was beautiful. Our room was equipped with kitchenette and little washing machine. Daily cleaning was immaculate. Hotel is located outside of major touristy areas but short drive with Grab. Breakfast was good with decent numbers of options

I was greeted very friendly at the reception, the check in was very quick and easy. Well organised. Generally very friendly and helpful staff. The location is not so convenient for trips into the city or for the other sights. But everything is doable. When I come back to Hanoi, I will book this hotel again.

過去1年間で4回利用しました。直近は2024年6月に1ヵ月間滞在しました。スタッフの接客が良く、心地よく過ごせます。フロント、部屋清掃、セキュリティの方々がとても良い笑顔。設備もきれいで、部屋からの眺めも良いです。道を挟んでハノイ最大の公園もあり、週末まったりできます。 Winmart（コンビニ）、BIDV（銀行ATM）が徒歩1分以内と近いのが便利。朝食も美味しいです。注文して作ってもらうフォーも美味しいので、食べてみてください。冷蔵庫も大きく、室内に洗濯乾燥機があるのがとても良いです。1FにあるGymに行った後、すぐに洗濯できます。 Linh Lang までGrab carで15分, 70k dong（金額は時間帯に依存します）ぐらいです。旧市街まで30分ぐらいです。今後の改善のお願いですが、shoehorn が部屋にあれば最高です。

Nice and comfortable room. Room is clean and bed is big. Very quiet location. Nearer to airport than central city. 20 minutes from the hotel to Hanoi town centre by taxi. Nearby have new Lotte World shopping mall. Less than 10 minutes by taxi. Many restaurants and shops. Very nice place.

出張で利用しました。今回は3週間の滞在です。何回も利用してますが、改めて評価を書きます。日本人の感想です。・広くて清潔。デラックスルームがお勧め・スタッフのコミュニケーションが良い・シャワーヘッドが動かせる。私は好きではないのですが、たまに壁に固定のシャワーヘッドのホテルありますよね。Fraser residence Hanoiは動かせるので良いです。・ジムもトレーニングマシーンに不満なし。たまに部屋が暑い時がありますね・部屋に洗濯乾燥機とキッチン、大きい冷蔵庫があるのが良いです。・朝ごはんのメニューは毎日変化します。長い期間滞在すると少し飽きますが、仕方ないかな。・セキュリティもしっかりしてます
