This hotel was super clean. There is a restaurant attached to it with outdoor seating a huge salad bar. There is a Kwik Trip right next to the parking lot. The rooms were large and new, bathrooms were very clean, the breakfast area in the morning was also super clean with an assortment of hot food. The beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly Staff, comfortable beds, clean room & facilities. Lots of ports & plug ins for devices throughout. Only improvements would be if the mini fridge had the top shelf for freezing ice packs. (Maybe ours wasn't set cool enough.) Breakfast choices aside from meat were okay, but could use meat options, gravy was the only choice the Saturday we ate in. The exercise room could use another treadmill but ee knew that via the photos. These are all nit picky, minor things. Not complaints just suggestions.

They take advantage of people charging predatory prices because a concert comes into town, their was hair all over the bathroom when we checked in. This is a $100 a night hotel that raised their to $500 because of a concert. The beds are uncomfortable. The receptionist was bothered by check-in as she wanted to just hang out with her boyfriend.

The staff that handled the breakfast was great, efficient, and helpful. The front desk staff was spotty with help, some were very helpful, others were not. Housekeeping 'cleaned' our room but only made the beds (no clean sheets) and left no new shampoo, conditioner, or soap.

Nice quiet motel out of the city, convenient by interstate. Floors dirty, but construction crews staying. Dead bugs under bench in room & stains on couch. Breakfast normal motel fare in very large dining room/ lobby. Very comfortable beds.

On the morning of our checkout, housekeeping incessantly knocked on our door at 9:30am. I went to the door to reply by asking them to come back later but they did not leave. I cracked open the door and asked if the checkout time was still 11am. They said yes, and they were checking to make sure we were “up and leaving soon.” We had the do-not-disturb sign on the door and this definitely was a disruption and unnecessary annoyance to be woken up and inconvenienced over an hour before the checkout time.

My reservation through hotel.com never registered with you and I was charged a second time, even more than the original. Your staff promised a deal (which we never got) and assured me this would be straightened out with hotels.com, which it still isn't. Please refund my money to my card.

This is a great property and everything on the property is brand new. I love the way room set up and phone charge station….etc. my only negative comment is front desk staff work at evening and Night… They need much more training related with customer service and greetings. I am shocked such a great property with poor customer service.

The front desk lady went above and beyond. We stayed due to a family emergency and she very accommodating. I’m very thankful and grateful that she lets us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. During this stressful time staying here made it easier. Thank you!

New property. Does have a Kwik Trip across the street which is convenient. Patio is shared with bar next door which is kids friendly. Kinda loud for a business trip but im sure ok if you have families. I accidentally booked for the wrong night (Fri vs Thurs). I contacted them RIGHT after i booked (within minutes). They were NOT flexible and charged me for the accidental night.

I’m restated here many times. It’s a newer property, so in good overall condition. It’s in the parking lot of a Kwik Trip and there’s a coffee house across the road as well and fast food options. So it’s convenient. There’s a bar restaurant adjacent. The woman who checked me in this time was not friendly whatsoever. She was on the phone when I walked up. I stayed back so she continue and she was kind of gruff , no welcome or anything, She seemed stressed and to be honest I’m like the easiest customer, There’s just no need for it. The hotel is fine for the money though I will say the water pressure is a nightmare! They have a basic breakfast

What a great place to stay! quiet rooms, great restaurant on the property, gas station across the parking lot and three other restaurants within 200 yards. 13 min from airport. Highly recommended.
