You felt secure from the time u pull in the parking lot, walking in they had good alert, nice people making sure nothing was brought in. Fast prompt personel when needed with games. Fully staffed, they always maintain a Great Casino and Excellent Hotel. Ill b back..

I loved the valet parking and dining options inside the casino. The music performances were great. The only thing my gf and I did not enjoy is the pool. Small pool and NO shade at all. The sun felt so hot and there were no umbrellas and the pool seating area chairs were a bit outdated and worn out. Other than that everything else inside the casino was amazing.

The hotel was very spacious, and clean. The room was nice, bed was comfy, and restroom was also spacious. I found the entire hotel including the casino to be very clean, with staff on site throughout the casino cleaning and keeping everything in order. There are bars throughout the entire casino for easy access and lots of food options. I also felt safe with security guards up front at every door entrance and metal detectors. I really enoyed the stay and plan to return soon.

Yes the room was spotless and it was service daily. I especially like the toiletries (soap, lotion, etc.) in separate containers. I hate the ones stuck on the wall which drip all over and can be contaminated by weirdos pouring unknown liquids into those dispensers. The staff were lovely, and the TV worked easily. We'll come again!

Yes, the room was spotless. That’s one thing we noticed. The staff was very courteous from the desk to the workers in the casino. The restaurants were very clean and employees were very friendly and polite. Thank you for a great time!!

I have stayed at this hotel every month for the past 4 years and have always been pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The towels are always white and like new; not dingy.

The water didn’t get hot in the shower and was cold. It was advertised as an executive room with a desert view, and all we could see is all of the hvac equipment on the roof. We were on the 3rd floor. Only one water bottle was supplied. But the bed was very comfy

The staff was great. The room was clean and big.. But I've been there several times and Everytime I've gone the water wasn't hot enough to take a shower or path. That's important to me. I need the water a little hotter. Kickapoo needs to turn the temp up some. Some people can't take cool showers. That's the only thing that upsets me a lot. There's a lot of older people that go there and our bones hurt. We need hotter water for the showers. Kickapoo can turn the temp up some please. And I'm not the only one upset about it. I hear other people talking about it. Other then that I love Kickapoo. Just turn up the heat please.

The hotel was clean and looked like it have been recently remodeled. We arrived after 5 hours on the road and wanted to catch a nap before we played in the casino. The check in counter had four people helping customers and I was the only one in line. It took a few minutes before someone looked up and asked if they could help me. The girl who was attempting to help get us registered was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She gave me an attitude because I had specifically asked for a handicap room and she told me, "you acquired your reservations through a third party and you should have asked them. But since you didn't, we don't have a room for you." It went downhill from there. She would not even look to see if they had one. I spoke to the manager in charge and he wasn't very helpful either, suggesting it would have been better if I had booked the room through them. People here don't make you feel welcomed. Too bad because the casino was nice and clean even though the drinks were $10 for a shot of whatever. Will not go back there again!

Started out good, for the first time we booked 2 nights and it was disappointing, front desk never told us we had to request our room to be cleaned after the first night so it wasn't cleaned at all!! I had to call for towels for the 2 and day, overall our stay was uncomfortable because we weren't informed of what to do.

I didn't like that i could not get a late check out My mom fell and she was in pain, did not go sleep till about 3.we didn't get enough sleep. But the security people were amazing helping me with my mom.

this is a giant slot machine casino. No in-room dining. Just a clean super 8 style motel around a SLOT MACHINE only casino. Apparently, there's another Lucky Eagle casino in Washington State with table games and entertainment. Imagine my surprise when I found out that's NOT the one I booked in Texas. Lesson learned. Also in the middle of nowhere.

The only reason why I couldn’t give this place a 5 star is because they don’t offer free breakfast. As much as they charge they should offer at least free breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was very soft it was a good stay overall.

The hotel is clean, the front desk is nice, the cleaning staff is nice. The casino is big and clean. We have gone to red sky grill twice to give them a chance and every time we go we get terrible service. The waitresses are horrible, they have and attitude and it’s just terrible we will never give them a chance again. They have no idea about customer service. Go to Freddys, IHOP any where else but there. Other than that we had a great time. Listened to Alkanze a trajno group. They did great, great entertainment. Just horrible at red sky grill, I don’t know how much to not recommend this place not because of the food because of the customer service.

Great spot for day gambling. Rooms were clean and AC was cold ❄️🥶❄️. Love the new slot machines. Only thing they need is a 24hr place to get snacks.

I had a great time at this casino-hotel. The check-in was easy, and the staff was very courteous. The place was clean, and the room was really spacious. There are many restaurants to choose from, and the food was great. There are free soda machines around the casino. I would suggest getting a Players Card when you arrive to help accumulate points. I definitely will return.
