Great place for the price. Parking lot is small, luckily they do have additional off site parking near by. Overall great accommodations, clean and comfortable. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Chincoteague Inn for the 100th Annual Pony Swim! The renovated rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The location works well, especially since the Pony Express Trolley stops right out front. We were also able to walk back from the Carnival Grounds in the evening with a stop at the Island Creamery (a must) which is right around the corner from the Inn. Areas for improvement: wish there was an outside shower at the pool to rinse off. Also the refrigerator in room 301 definitely needs to be replaced—it worked but there was mold around the seams…ick. We would stay again without hesitation.

The air conditioner was noisy and blowing us while on the bed. The outter door was had was not installed straight and had a huge gap at the top letting in warm air and out cold air. The pool was clean but is located in front of the building on a main road. The loaction is great. The Inn was very clean.

Room was not clean. Hair in sink and bathtub. Question if clean sheets were used between guests because there was sand in one of the beds. Room not visited by house keeping second day nor towels delivered. Had to request linen. No shower head just a pipe. Generally just an unkept hotel.

Old furniture, tear in chair, musty smell, not good for my allergies. Bathroom to small. No clock. Would not return or recommend. Long ride to get here. So disappointed. No coffee maker. Not worth the price. Thank god its only for one night

I stayed at their property years ago when I first came to visit and decided to stay there again they did a remodel and I loved the update to the hotel. Everything was clean and quiet. Hopefully when I come back next time, I can stay there again.

The room was nice. and updated. I dropped water on the floor and wiped it up with a toweland the towel was black and so were my husbands socks. Other than that it was a great room.

The room was clean and the towels and linens clean as well. I felt some residue under my feet walking barefoot when I first entered. The shower was not working but the owner came upstairs to fix it. I would have like my own coffee pot in the room instead of going downstairs to get coffee.

True gem! The hotel is older but you would never know it by the cleanliness. The staff who maintained the rooms is beyond top notch. In times where everywhere is under staffed this hotel is run smoothly. My only suggestion is the deck needs a new refinish. We will be back!

Clean rooms, bright and updated bath fixtures, comfy beds, HVAC fine. Staff was helpful and professional. The room seems to have been updated recently and some details weren't completed. Bathroom door didn't fit properly, access to fridge was blocked by the same door...fridge and m/w were located in the bathroom area altho separated by a half wall. Odd. Overall though, we'd come back.

Got 2 rooms for a family getaway. Staff was very nice! Close to everything. Could use a litte updating. Refrigerator and microwave were in the bathroom which isnt convenient and a little odd. Bathrooms were clean..overall happy with our stay.

For what the hotel is it’s okay. Clean bed. No bed bugs. The door was poorly installed. Lots of air gaps for bugs and general sound to seep through. It’s on the main strip so there’s plenty to do around. Not bad for a night or two

What has come to be so rare in lodging these days is lighting. This room is very well equipped with lighting of good quality. The bed/bedding are extraordinary. There's plenty of space for 2 people. Downsides? The WIFI is very slow. When I first arrived, I found a scrum of dust and rings from wet glasses on the night stands and coffee table. The place is really clean, otherwise. I think this may have just been an oversight. Also, I hate lodgings that don't have windows that actually open for ventilation. Excellent location. Excellent value.

Not a luxury hotel, but no major complaints about anything. I would have no problem staying there again. The internet wasn’t real strong and the tv would go in and out, the satellite probably needs adjusting. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and had internet issues.

After a long trip, I needed to use the bathroom at the reception, and there is no bathroom at the reception. We waited until we got into a room, with old decor and an old bathroom. We stayed on the second floor and couldn't sleep because of the noise of people walking on the floor above. The hotel was extremely expensive and of poor quality.

The hotel room and property were very nice. It was near several businesses (coffee, Ice Cream, doughnuts, souvenir shops), but not too far from the downtown/National park area. The hotel area, along with the downtown area are generally pedestrian friendly.

Great location, restaurant across the street was excellent. Service was good. Mattress- a little hard. The mirror and vanity/sink are too low (made for people who are very short) also the bathtub had a film of dirt around the edges (someone missed it while cleaning) . Could use updating, but overall a nice stay and good service.

Clean and cool property for beating the summer heat. Great little benefits included such as a microwave, mini fridge, and plastic ware for storing and heating leftovers. Lovely pavilion area for picnicking, grilling, cooking, and refilling coolers with free ice. Also a nice centralized location for easily walking to all the great cafes, eateries, shopping, and entertainment.

We stayed at the Inn for one night with our kids. The hotel is ideally located in the center of Chincoteague. The rooms have been entirely renovated and are really clean and spacious. And pricing remains excellent. Only regret: no breakfast is offered.
