The shower is not in perfect condition. The drainage hole is not working well . The water takes time to drain and it accumulates. Even when the door is closed , the water flows outside and the floor gets wet that I needed to put 2 towels down to absorb the water . Also , the duvet is very hard to press for water to come out . Otherwise, the room is fine and clean .

Dont expect top-notch 5* hotel…which is clear if you consider the price. But what stands out in this hotel is the staff. All super friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made our stay amazingly pleasant and due to this I strongly recommended the hotel. The value for money is amazing.

Good hotel … not quite 5 star in my opinion, very disappointed to be charged £5.70 for a glass of milk to make a cuppa. Staff were generally helpful, the rooms large and clean. Shower not to great and breakfast was extensive but felt a bit crowded. Would not stay here again as for me a bit shy of 5 star
