This is a newer hotel near the Chase Center with a lot of amenities and a fabulous rooftop restaurant and bar. Everybody was friendly and valet service was quick and easy upon checkout. You can order coffee and pastries and other items through a coffee shop locally and they deliver it via robot. Really cool! It is a modern and clean place to stay, especially if you’re going to a game at Chase Center or Oracle Park.

Lobby was busy but check in was quick. Room was clean and light and comfortable. Fridge was nice and big, and we were able to request a kettle to make tea. The coffee machine was a little basic for such an upscale hotel, but at least there was a coffee shop as backup. Gym was excellent and the rooftop bar a nice option with good service.

I really like this hotel except for a couple things. 1. Valet during game day - absolute nightmare. Causes traffic down to the ballpark and goodluck getting your car later. The valet truly did their best. The issue is the hotel being right on the corner. 2. The elevator buttons - digital instead of your nomal analog and they rarely worked for us 3. Guests dont get priority at their rooftop spot Cavaña Other than that, my room was superb, the staff were all amazing, i will definitely be back

Great area with a lot close by that you could walk to easily and safely. Stayed here to go to a game at the Chase center and it was a super easy walk. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean with a large bathroom. We did valet parking and the wait was long to get our car back due to some confusion and the valet attendant was very quick to waive one night of parking due to that without us even asking.

I’ve been here 3 times already and it has been consistently clean, lovely, and service is always great. Each room we stayed in felt luxurious, modern, and highly comfortable. Water/Ice refilling stations are usually a short walk down the hall from the room. Hair dryer is top notch, it leaves my hair very silky and shiny. They have a steamer not an iron. It takes a while for tougher materials to dewrinkle like linen and thick cotton but it was pretty fast for a dress with thin material. This time we got the corner room, for my husband’s birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and the room has 3 large windows that faced the city and the bay. There’s a building that seems under cared for so I thought it marred the view a bit but it’s San Francisco and my husband loved it! Their coffee tastes good but they do need more sugar and creamer. Parking is expensive we always park in another garage about 8 min walk away. We use the spot hero app to find good rates. We will certainly be back again.

The staff was so friendly and had a room ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy. There’s a grocery store nearby which is awesome for snacks or waters. Although they do provide water upon arrival which is nice! My go to stay in the city especially for an event at Oracle Park or Chase Center

Great room with neat modern touches that elevate it to a more luxury feel. Very clean, amazing housekeeping and front desk staff. Beautiful property and walking distance to Chase Center and Oracle Stadium - there’s even a market on the corner for groceries. Very easy to get food delivered and uber pickups. Right down the road from the police station so pretty quiet area. Would stay again and probably will.

For the price, I think the LUMA hotel does a nice job and it is certainly tech-forward and feels like that area of SF but it is worth noting a few things for those staying: Notes: - If you are leaving the hotel later in the day or you are a late riser, you can't get room cleaning done after 12pm even if you click the button on the room for service. (I stayed for 3 days and could not get any cleaning done) - It is difficult to get someone to help if there is a problem with the room, in my room there was an extremely noisy refrigerator that was hard to sleep with. No way to unplug it or turn it off if you aren't using it. - The rooms have wall to wall rubber mats instead of carpet, it was fine but just detracted from the experience of a nice hotel. The walls are thin - you won't be going to bed early with neighbors. - The food availability for an area that close quite early is limited and it really needs to be more expansive. Even for breakfast which is amusing as it is delivered by a insulated robot cooler, it is basically the breakfast you would get working in SOMA on your morning commute in SF but instead of $20, it is $55. There is a great grocery store G and Ike's sandwiches on the block. - The rooftop experience is too small even for what seemed like people staying in the hotel let alone anyone else in SF, you do need reservations to eat comfortably and if you are a solo traveler you cannot reserve. I went up to check it out multiple nights and just left.

We enjoyed our corner room. The blackout blinds were excellent for sleeping and privacy! The flooring was unique. It would be helpful to have a full length mirror in the room. Train noise was noticeable but not annoying.

We love coming to Luma! Valet is difficult and we were told not to park out front but the line was coming from a street we did not come from so there was no choice. Maybe staff a little more from 2-3, or stagger check in times? It was the same last time too. But we still love it here!

The location is excellent, the elevator system was super convenient, the service was top notch, and the room had solid amenities and was well maintained. The only problem we had was the noise from the elevator area; it wasn’t suppressed all that well.

It was a very nice stay. Staff is really nice and helpful. Rooms are small with no closet but very clean with a huge TV. I would have liked a place to eat breakfast. Unfortunately the coffee place had great coffee but was out of food items by 9am. Being they are open until 3pm I would have thought more options would arrive but that was it for the day. I would recommend but come prepared.

Service was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. Everyone we came in contact with was polite, friendly and respectful. If I had any negative thing to say was a cavaña in which we ordering drinks and trying to pay with a $20 you’re told they have no change expecting a $4 tip for a $16 dollar tip. Other than that 5 stars

Excellent hotel. The place to stay if visiting Oracle Park. Staff were amazing and took the time to recommend several local places to eat amongst other personal touches, I believe Chris & Mitch provided high quality service to me directly but the entire team was pro. 10/10 would recommend & will be back again!

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Nice to have a foot bar in the shower. There were no plastic bags in the garbages. Loved the floor material. Super clean space. Excellent location near 2 stadiums.

Arrived at Luma Hotel in San Francisco. Conveniently situated 5 minutes walk to Oracle Park (the home of San Francisco Giants), and 10 minutes walk to Chase Center (the home of Golden State Warriors). This new and modern hotel opened in 2022. It is very hip and high tech. It even has a coffee robo delivery 😱 Front desk staff, William is very friendly, too 😃 Will definitely come back!
