Satisfactory accommodation, clean, quiet, adequate parking. Sometimes congested driveway near front door (under the overhang) especially when raining. People had to unload/load their own baggage. Their car obstructed the access egress of other vehicles. There were baggage trolleys in the foyer for customers to use, but no personnel such as baggage assistant or concierge. Apparently only one person working the check-in desk.

Hilton Garden Inn is my go to for Falls Church . Serra , Aylin , Esmea and John were wonderful to our family. House keeping as well . Family time is always important to us and this hotel is close to our family members and to fios shopping and parks. My Grandson loves the pool it gives us a space to reconnect !

Just a brief personal trip to Northern Virgina. This hotel has always been very good. Still is. Just a little surprised they now charge for parking but not a deal breaker for future trips.

Location was good, breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, there is a sewage smell from the parking elevator entrance to the reception desk. The jacuzzi railing is broken at the base at the bottom of the jacuzzi and someone is gonna slip or cut their feet. Coffee sucked!

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel was clean, well maintained and quiet. Front desk service was very friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Parking was easy and free. Many hotels in the greater DC area charge for parking. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Falls Church.

Also thought there was free breakfast, but it was not free, $15 per person for what appeared to be standard hotel breakfast.

Hotel was clean, bright, friendly. Great people. But the beds were hard as rocks. I slept in a chair the first two nights, then stayed somewhere else the third night. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the purpose is a great and comfortable nights sleep I could NOT rest on the rock hard beds, even with ibuprofen!

Our stay was good. Recommend for overnight. Wish the water pressure in shower was better. Also they don't offer king rooms with street views. But overall the stay was fine.

The experience was very bad. The bed was a king size and it was extremely noisy, it was not possible to turn around even though the bed made a noise. The pillows were deformed and urgently need to be replaced.

I Booked two suite 4days, the cleaning needs request, we do not know, when we ask the front desk, they said will clean next day, I did not agree, the front desk manager roar if you donot like it, you can move out, the manager has very bad attitude. They hace six floors, only No. five ice machine work, the room condition is very old.

I check in on the afternoon of 8/1/24 with my family and my pet dog, I knew they have a pet fee and incidental deposit which I don’t mind since it’s my second time to stay here. I walk my dog almost the whole day of 8/1 and 8/2 back and forth in the lobby everything is normal. On 8/2 around 11:20pm the Asian guy receptionist stop us in the lobby asking and yelling at us what we’re doing in the hotel, I felt so horrible that he thinks I’m squatting with my family in the lobby. I showed him my room keys and my name and told him my room number, and ask him why all of a sudden he stop my family only, while the other guests and their dogs before and behind us at that time can come and go freely he never stop them. This is discrimination and I don’t tolerate it. He never apologize, I ask for the manager business card he said they don’t have a manager, a new manager will come on Monday . I felt so ashamed and discriminated on how the Asian guy treated us.

M y go to place in FCC . Aylin and Serra as well as all the staff are friendly and kind . Hotel itself is very clean and I feel safe staying there weather I am with family or by myself. Walkable to parks , restaurant , and the metro .

First things first, when you walk into the lobby, it's very welcoming. Water, coffee & tea sit on tables with fresh fruit––the room size is fantastic and there's a little mini-store beside the check-in desk. Also, it's very easy to get into downtown DC. BUT I didn't have a great stay here. My shower was broken, there was a loud sound every other hour through the night which kept waking me up... I've never complained at hotels before but I reluctantly had to so I could have a shower. What happened was an awkward conversation with the front staff that resulted in: I can't let you switch rooms, I can send an engineer to fix the shower but basically during the next day. The clerk got really defensive. He left to get a manager?? I thought, oh man am I ruining this guy's day? Anyway, the manager was nice, switched my rooms. New room, working shower, yay! Later, I came back at 12:45 am and the front doors to the lobby were locked! You had to go around somewhere through the outdoor parking lot or call the front desk?!?! This made me feel unsafe. I'm not from the area and having to call to get into your hotel at that time of night as a solo traveling woman in a big city is kinda scary. Anyway, after getting into the hotel and falling asleep, I got 3 wake-up calls at 4:30, 4:45, and 5:00 am, which I definitely did not schedule. So that was wild. Housekeeping never came to my room for the entire trip. Really disappointing here, and for the price, I wouldn't recommend.

Very convenient hotel, in great shape, large rooms, nice free toiletries, very clean, with easy free parking out back. My only complaint is the breakfast is an extra charge, and the day I went the fruit salad was visibly not fresh, so I asked them to put out new fruit which they did. Everything else was great.

This was close to a family event. What I didn’t like was the fact you don’t offer a FREE continental breakfast. I’ve never had to pay extra to eat breakfast at any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Will no longer book at Hilton

Have stayed here several times before because of the location. Always pleased. This time we had very little water pressure in the sink and both coffee pots in lobby were empty at around 9 a.m. when we came down. Refills in restaurant were also frustrating. Employees were all very nice.
