The hotel team has been very kind and generous to us. The hotel has both a great indoor and outdoor pool facilities. We were very happy to stay here. Thank you very much for your great service. Happy to come back.

Older hotel with High ceiling, but it feels dated. Tea cups in the room are not even from the same set. Shampoo bottle is empty. Gym is quite big but with strong body odor that I cannot breathe. I would not come back for sure.

This city hotel was a great choice! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows offering nice views of the city. The lobby had a lovely design, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus of convenient parking makes it even better. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again!

40min taxi ride from the airport - get an Uber not the metered taxi! You’ll thank me later. Had the junior suite for me and my partner, lovely apartment and could see the surrounding area. A few minutes walk and you have the T4 tram line which links to the main attractions (20-25min and your in the main attraction area. Gold market, sultan Ahmet surrounding area). Transport is easy to understand, gets busy and packed. Taxis I recommend getting Uber to avoid getting ripped off. Very frequent taxis available from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, would have been nice if they switched it up. Gym equipment was pretty good too, swimming pool was clean also. Some of the house staff had a language barrier which made it hard to communicate when requesting for things to be delivered to the room. I’m not sure if there was a no smoking policy in the rooms, but people were smoking in their rooms and the smell would filter through the vents. This was unpleasant especially coming from a place people don’t smoke indoors. Apart from that, decent hotel.

The staff is professional and responsive to requests, when they have been informed that the AC is not working in the allocated room, they changed to another functional room. Breakfast is delicious. Swimming pool is very nice!

This is not a Family friendly or couple friendly Hotel. It is simply a business city type hotel. The Reception and the front of house staff are are totally useless. Stayed seven days here but not once I saw any one of them engaging with the guests. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. No assistance with luggage or any other issues. The only person that was any good was the room cleaner. She was excellent and very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. There are far better hotels with very friendly staff in Istanbul. I definitely booked room with breakfast, but on arrival was told no breakfast is booked. So not a good start. They were too keen to sell me tours etc but service that you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel is totally lacking. The pool is very cold . The Spa prices are extortion. Avoid this hotel at all costs . Expedia should take this off their books for sure.

From the front desk, bellman and house keeping outstanding service, I do want to thanks the front desk service about their professionalism especially Mr Borak, he had been very responsive and professional, also bellman stuffing we’re very friendly and welcoming, housekeeping very helpful and efficient, the spa stuffing were very friendly and welcoming. The pool, sauna, steam were always very clean. I do want to thanks the restaurant stuffing, the breakfast were great and workers were amazing and very friendly. Overall it’s fantastic hotel. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

There are strands of hair in the fridge, it is also broken and it was full of water around it. There is no slippers at the room even we made our check-in 2 hours later then expected time. They offer me to clean up the fridge and said the hotel is fully booked and there is no other available room but I can see there are free rooms (even the same room type, no need for upgrade) on the internet. Then they offer a new one after my insist after half an hour later. Not reailable, not clean and the worst five stars experience I have ever had.

A real disappointment. A five-star hotel in terms of hardware, but a real disappointment in terms of the standard of the room and service. We had booked room with "City View" but got room on the first floor. Only heard excuses when we complained about this. "False marketing" The standard of the room was in the 3-star level. It was not clean and it was dusty. The pictures show some other flaws. Total disappointment and frustration with the treatment. They should learn about the five-star concept from scratch.

Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung und das Personal super freundlich. Leider ist die Zimmerreinigung trotz zweifacher Aufforderung nicht auf einem annehmbaren Niveau gekommen. Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Şehir manzaralı oda yerine 1. Katta manzarasız bir odaya yerleştirildik… odada balkon yoktu, klima arızalı idi. Küvet giderinden sürekli ses geldi hatta gece uykudan bile uyandık. Resepsiyonda ki hanımefendiler yüzünüze bakmadan konuşuyorlar, enteresan… beklentimizin altında kaldı…

The Hotel looked good from the pictures but in reality it’s not. Definitely not a five star hotel. No robes, two sugars coffee and two tea only , no milk. Furniture was worn and needed new throughout. Shower awful. Bar prices were far too high, £37 yes pounds for a gin and tonic and a coke. Had to pay a service charge on each drink. Food in the restaurant very overpriced too. Dissatisfied to say the least!

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I booked a junior suite and it was very large & comfortable, felt like an apartment. It is perfect for a longer stay. There was issue with the heat in my room for the first couple days which made me a little upset because I was very cold. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent ( I regret I didn't get his name ) kindly offered me a new room right away. One of the employees came to help me with the luggage and escorted me to my new room. It was so warm and cozy, I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the stay for the next few days. The restaurant on the 17th floor ( The Crown ) was fantastic. The food was so delicious and the view was amazing. The bartender made me a special drink, which was very tasty. You should definitely check it out. It is much better than the restaurant in the lobby area.

When I asked for a room they were charging me double the price which was on expedia until I said I'm reserving through expedia. Then they said that will take longer etc I said I will wait. I had no help with my luggage bringing them in the hotel until I went to reception and paid for rooms and then someone helped me. The view of room on expedia was different to the one given to me. The location had two malls we went to one mall and used taxi took a few minutes.

Fantastisk service och mycket trevlig personal! Jag är så nöjd med bemötandet, alla var hjälpsamma och serviceminded från början till slut. Ett extra stort tack till Maryam, Kubra, Eyüp och Mehmet Can som verkligen gjorde sitt bästa för att hjälpa till. Rekommenderas varmt!

Da wir morgens schon landeten , hatte wir die Hoffnung das wir schon eher einchecken konnten. Leider war das nicht möglich, auch nicht gegen Gebühr. Die Mitarbeiterin ab Empfang war auch demnach nicht sonderlich freundlich. Was uns nach einem ermüdeten Flug nicht so glücklich stimmte. Also gingen wir zum Frühstück, dies war für 15€ pro Person ein großes Trauerspiel. Es gab keinen Kaffee und wenig Auswahl an Gerichten. Wir waren froh das wir für unseren Aufenthalt kein Grühstück gebucht hatten. Wir gingen wieder in die Lobby, wo ein Check in immer noch nicht möglich war. Also lies man uns in der Lobby auf der Couch verweilen und schlafen. Als wir dann um 10 Uhr nochmal nachfragten, war der Check in doch möglich. Wir betraten unser Zimmer und es kam direkt furchtbarer Geruch entgegen. Es roch nach Abflüssen. Wir waren jedoch so übermüdet das wir dies erst einmal Hinnahme. Als wir jedoch vom Geruch wach wurden , haben wir gebeten ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Was auch anstandslos geklappt hat. Wir haben über drei Stunden darauf gewartet, dass unsere Koffer in unserem Zimmer ankommen - vergeblich. Schlussendlich haben wir unsere Koffer unten selber abgeholt. Die Lage des Hotels ist nichts für einen Städtetrip, viel zu dezentral. Nachts ist das Hotel sehr laut. Das Personal ist recht unaufmerksam, sie drängeln sich in den Fahrstuhl wenn man aussteigen möchte.

The stay was amazing, the whole staff were so friendly and supportive, they all always offer Thier help and assistance once you arrive from shopping, and if you carying anything. The hotel location was superb, and convenient. The check in was smooth and quick, thanks to Ibrahim in the front desk for his support and cooperation.

This is not a Family friendly or couple friendly Hotel. It is simply a business city type hotel. The Reception and the front of house staff are are totally useless. Stayed seven days here but not once I saw any one of them engaging with the guests. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. No assistance with luggage or any other issues. The only person that was any good was the room cleaner. She was excellent and very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. There are far better hotels with very friendly staff in Istanbul. I definitely booked room with breakfast, but on arrival was told no breakfast is booked. So not a good start. They were too keen to sell me tours etc but service that you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel is totally lacking. The pool is very cold . The Spa prices are extortion. Avoid this hotel at all costs . Expedia should take this off their books for sure.

From the front desk, bellman and house keeping outstanding service, I do want to thanks the front desk service about their professionalism especially Mr Borak, he had been very responsive and professional, also bellman stuffing we’re very friendly and welcoming, housekeeping very helpful and efficient, the spa stuffing were very friendly and welcoming. The pool, sauna, steam were always very clean. I do want to thanks the restaurant stuffing, the breakfast were great and workers were amazing and very friendly. Overall it’s fantastic hotel. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend staying here. We had another place booked but were very unhappy and booked here the night before hoping it was better. It was amazing, the staff were amazing with helping us get around with transportation and recommending things to do. The room had a fantastic view, very clean and had no problem with it at all. Food from restaurant was also good, my daughter had to take an exam and it had great wifi and was very quiet so she could complete it. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The area of the hotel is very bad so be aware before booking. The staff are not nice and barely know English so they can't help you. We called for simple stuff like plates or water more than 10 times but they did not bring it to us and we had to go and buy them ourselves. Only positive was the good breakfast they have.

This is a 5 star hotel. Very beautiful hotel with great amenities. Overall good value. The only thing is that it is located in a more commercial area. There's small grocery stores nearby and some restaurants (Donair). Easy access to Metro. I would stay there again.

I liked the staff and service, however where the hotel is located is not near any tourist areas and it requires transportation for everything. I noticed the USA currency is strong in Turkey, however due to significant amount of inflation even a can of Soda was $5.00 on premises.

40min taxi ride from the airport - get an Uber not the metered taxi! You’ll thank me later. Had the junior suite for me and my partner, lovely apartment and could see the surrounding area. A few minutes walk and you have the T4 tram line which links to the main attractions (20-25min and your in the main attraction area. Gold market, sultan Ahmet surrounding area). Transport is easy to understand, gets busy and packed. Taxis I recommend getting Uber to avoid getting ripped off. Very frequent taxis available from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, would have been nice if they switched it up. Gym equipment was pretty good too, swimming pool was clean also. Some of the house staff had a language barrier which made it hard to communicate when requesting for things to be delivered to the room. I’m not sure if there was a no smoking policy in the rooms, but people were smoking in their rooms and the smell would filter through the vents. This was unpleasant especially coming from a place people don’t smoke indoors. Apart from that, decent hotel.

The area around isn't the best or friendliest for foreigners, but inside felt a little like a haven. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and staff is nice. However, the hotel is a little stinky, and so although it is very clean and well-kept, perhaps because there isn't good enforcement of smoking areas, it doesn't feel as clean (because of the smells). It's a pretty building, but for the price and photos, it was a little disappointing. The breakfast almost makes up for it though-- great breakfast.

The staff is decent. Facilities are decent. However the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The food is horrible . The staff is untrained - you have to beg to get service. You need to fire all the staff in the restaurant. Let’s get back to the food… the food is an absolute disaster. I paid for a pizza and a salad. Took one bit of the salad - spat it out paid for the food and left !!!!! The manager saw that we didn’t touch the food… he said nothing !!! Food on the streets of Istanbul taste better than the food at the “restaurant “ customer service on the streets of Cappadocia is better than this restaurant. We stayed at a different hotel in Istanbul …. Completely better service and restaurant. I’m shocked that a restaurant like this existes. This restaurant needs to be closed. Because of the restaurant. I will never stay at this hotel … however there is one bright spot -HAMZA is an absolute gem. He’s is the definition of Turkish hospitality.

The Hotel looked good from the pictures but in reality it’s not. Definitely not a five star hotel. No robes, two sugars coffee and two tea only , no milk. Furniture was worn and needed new throughout. Shower awful. Bar prices were far too high, £37 yes pounds for a gin and tonic and a coke. Had to pay a service charge on each drink. Food in the restaurant very overpriced too. Dissatisfied to say the least!

Very professional staff, attentive and kind, making you feel really comfortable being there. Amazing breakfast (not cheap but worth it) sadly we didn't have enough time to really enjoy it. Very professional staff, attentive and kind, making you feel really comfortable being there. Amazing breakfast (not cheap but worth it) sadly we didn't have enough time to really enjoy it. Çıkışta otopark ücreti alınmadı fakat çıkışa kadar emin olamadık. Otel misafirlerinden ücret alınmayacağını umarım. Kaldığımız oda temiz ve rahattı. Ertesi gün oda temizliği ve havlu vs. değişimi olması gerektiği gibiydi. Kahvaltı çeşidi yeterliydi ve hizmet te gayet iyiydi. Havuz ve güneşlenme alanları düzenli ve temizdi. Karşılaştığımız otel personel ve yöneticilerinin tamamı güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Mini bar boştu. Restoran ve bar fiyatları piyasanın oldukça üzerindeydi. Örneğin; restoranda 33 cl efes bira 310+31 TL servis ücretiyle 341 TL.Servis ücreti neden alınır? 50/60 TL olan bira 310 TL satılırken zaten işçilik maaliyetleri de hesaplanıyordur. The area of the hotel is very bad so be aware before booking. The staff are not nice and barely know English so they can't help you. We called for simple stuff like plates or water more than 10 times but they did not bring it to us and we had to go and buy them ourselves. Only positive was the good breakfast they have.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I booked a junior suite and it was very large & comfortable, felt like an apartment. It is perfect for a longer stay. There was issue with the heat in my room for the first couple days which made me a little upset because I was very cold. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent ( I regret I didn't get his name ) kindly offered me a new room right away. One of the employees came to help me with the luggage and escorted me to my new room. It was so warm and cozy, I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the stay for the next few days. The restaurant on the 17th floor ( The Crown ) was fantastic. The food was so delicious and the view was amazing. The bartender made me a special drink, which was very tasty. You should definitely check it out. It is much better than the restaurant in the lobby area.
