The restaurant in this hotel served us the best meal on our trip. Definitely recommend. The hotel is clean, great sized room for a weekend. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel, however if you're happy to walk into areas such as Temple Bar etc it is not far. Local pubs in the area are also cheaper and with fun atmosphere. Only few things to mention that wasn't ideal is that there was not a vent in the window or way to open anything, so even with the Aircon it felt a tad stuffy overnights. We were also missing soaps in the shower, but this was topped up after the next day. If you've booked a package with drinks or food included, make sure you receive proof and ask for your voucher at check in as we didn't receive anything but the restaurant / bar staff were happy to honour it when we showed them our emails. Only minor occurances, that didn't really affect any of our stay at all. Will definitely recommend for a city break in a modern, clean and quiet hotel with comfortable bed and large bathroom.

Fabulous restaurant and very handy for bus or walk into town

Clean, basic room. Enough for what we required. Hotel staff where fantastic and worked really hard, especially Aine who looked after us really well and was really friendly from the start. The hotel bar is really nice and relaxing area and the breakfast was superb value for money. Will definitely visit dublin one again. Thank you

This hotel is clean, quiet and conveniently located for public transport but has no parking for private cars. A nearby car park was available but inflexible in that every entry/exit was charged- expensive if you come and go during your stay. On-street parking is limited to 3 hours at two euros per hour. Room and en-suite were modern, clean and everything worked well. Accommodation is adequate but minimal e.g. no wardrobe, drawers, chair or bedside table in the room. Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Prices are competitive and value for money. The Brunch menu was very good but didn’t seem to have a fruit option. The Irish breakfast was great.

No hotel parking and on street parking only allowed for 3 hours at a time.

The parking for the hotel is almost a half mile away across a busy road and attached to the hospital. They don't tell you this until you book and then they don't even give you an exact location in the email they send. We had to luckily find a spot right in front and run in and ask where the parking is. If the parking is full at the hospital, you are SOL unless you wait in line for a spot to open and then drive around trying to find one. Then haul your luggage a half mile. The hotel itself is great, it is super clean with friendly staff, but that parking situation sucks.

Reception was not too friendly and helpful. Were told of courtesy parking, thinking that it was free, but the courtesy parking was not free and far from hotel.

Rooms are small but clean. Parking was difficult, didnt know we had to park in parking garage that was a 5-6 min walk away.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to lots of shops, cafés restaurants all within walking distance (10mins or less) the staff are all amazing, super friendly, helpful and up for a laugh, the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, the cocktails are food in the restaurant are delicious, fresh and unique

The building and rooms were very modern. My only gripe about the room is that it was a bit too small for two people, granted that is what you get when you buyer a cheaper room. However, it felt as if there was very little room to move about. Additionally, we could not get comfortable enough because the room was hot and the windows didn't open. Side note: the food at the breakfast bar slaps though.

If you are visiting for Dublin centre it is too far out. There were a few streets around the hotel that we were hassled. Shower was also not clean. Although we expected it the rooms are very small it is to be advised that it is a bed with a desk very close to it and feels a bit cramped. The breakfast was good with a good range to chose from.

Room was lovely, just a bit a of stink smell in bathroom of like stale water or something. Breakfast was lovely and we had dinner the first night and that was lovely and the staff were all lovely.

Really good value for Dublin. The breakfasts were fantastic. The rooms were nicely decorated, but a little small.

A lovely hotel with a great vibe. We received a warm welcome on arrival and this warmth continued with other team members we met during our stay. The rooms are modern, functional and clean - what you would expect from a new hotel. There is nothing dated in this building. We will stay here again!

Unfortunately not worth the money. The housekeeping was very poor and my room was still dirty upon arrival. Hair all over the bathroom floor, shower floor filthy and complimentary water open and half empty. Would not recommend.

Property was lovely. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and even though I was on the first floor, I could not hear any noise going on outside my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice clean room lovely staff great breakfast

Really comfy bed with two pillows (far too few hotels offer only one pillow) and good tv service. Great bathroom with conditioner in the shower and nice toiletries. The reason for the 3* is there was a bright light shining in the window all night, even with the blind down it kept us both awake, the heating could only be put down to 19’c and you can’t open the window, so it was unpleasantly stuffy so a crappy night of sleep.

Friendly staff, but the room was tiny, also there was nowhere to sit in the room. Not even a chair at the desk. Double bed was wedged up against the wall, so awkward for two people sharing the bed.

Modern trendy design and within walking distance of the city centre which was nice, but wouldn’t recommend this for people not familiar with the city as it’s not in the best neighbourhood. My room was located on the ground floor near the reception so there was a lot of overnight noise from people coming and going. Room was also very small and cavernous with a generator located right outside the window so no natural light could get in, making the window almost pointless. A few things such as the shower head and the desk lamp were not working/broken.

Standard double room was too small to be confortable. Bed squashed against one wall. Small desk / work space but no chair to sit on.

Nice, clean place - Extremely friendly staff! But be prepared- regular rooms are TINY! It’s also pretty noisy from the street and walls are very thin.

Property is in an excellent location! The room was a bit stuffy and you couldn’t get a window open for fresh air. Most people were leaving their doors open for air circulation. Was a bit smelly in the hallways.

Unfortunately the bed in the family room(s) is way too small (abot 140cm) for two people. Also it is not possible to open the window to let in some fresh ait. Additionally, there is about no room to place any stuff in the bathroom. Some hooks or similar would already be okay, but there was just one(!) for a towel. Choice for breakfast is limited, but okay if the quality would be sufficient (comparing to a local BnB towards the aiport). The rating would've been worse, but the really helpful and nice staff recovered this :) All the points aside, I don't regret staying in this Hotel and would recommend it anyways for a short Trip to Dublin, considering the Price.

Subject: Invoice Issue and Follow-up – Stay at Dublin One Hotel (May 23–29, 2025) Dear Dublin One Hotel Management, We stayed at your hotel for 6 nights between May 23 and May 29, 2025, in two rooms with a total of four guests. On the day before our check-out, we informed the reception that we would need a receipt for our stay. The staff confirmed that this would be provided. However, when we requested the receipt on the morning of May 29, we were told that it could only be issued under one person’s name per room, and that no second receipt could be provided for the other guest in the same room. We asked whether it was possible to: Issue separate receipts for each guest staying in the room, or Issue one receipt that includes both names. Unfortunately, both options were refused. Moreover, the receipt that was issued was not signed, and when we asked for assistance or clarification, the staff showed no willingness to help. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. We believe that issuing proper documentation for a paid hotel stay is a basic and reasonable request. We do not wish to stay at a hotel again where customer support is denied in this way, and we do not recommend your hotel to others based on this experience. This morning (June 8, 2025), I contacted your hotel again and once more requested that separate, signed invoices be issued in the names of each guest. We kindly request your cooperation in issuing the necessary invoices as soon as possib

The property was lovely and the rooms clean, but the staff sets this hotel apart from the rest. We will return just to see them again.

The staff are amazing and go out there way to help. The women at checkin managed to arrange a room for us early as we arrived in Dublin at 7am and checkin is usually not until 3. Good atmosphere. There are bikes outside that you rent for 3 euros to get to the city center in 5 mins so worth going to this hotel

The front staff was excellent! Ruth Elise was exceptional in her professionalism, kindness, and support when I had a problem. She was the reason our stay was so wonderful! She took the time to help us and continued with us until it was resolved.

Not very convenient to the center of Dublin. Staff was unhelpful and we witnessed many unpleasant reactions where other guests were visibly displeased with service-both at the concierge area and in the restaurant.

Staff were very hospitable, excellent customer service, made the stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable as they were there to help.

My husband and I stayed at Dublin One for the Vikings vs Steelers football game, Sept. 28, checking out on Sept. 29. We’re American and flew in from Manchester UK from visiting family. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Aine who was surrounded by mounds of luggage from other visitors also there for the game. Aine was so professional and kind. I booked the wrong room type, and Aine kindly changed it to the room I meant to book. This worked out perfectly as the room was ready and we were able to drop off our luggage in the room, which was one less piece of luggage for Aine and her staff to carry to rooms. We left the next morning to catch our flight back to Manchester, after arriving back, my husband realized he left his wallet at Dublin One. I called immediately and fortunately Aine answered the phone and she remembered us. I explained what happened and gave her my contact info. Fortunately and miraculously Aine found the wallet!!! Aine ensured she would mail/post it to us to our next destination. The wallet arrived at our next destination and I contacted Aine to let her know. Never before have we experienced the above and beyond service that Aine performed! She is an essential and exceptional professional of Dublin One! Without Aine, our trip to Dublin would have been disastrous. Many thanks again to you Aine!! When we travel to Dublin again, we’ll be sure to at least have a glass of wine! Best to you always! Lovely hotel in a great location. The restaurant was great too - nice and chill. The chicken and chorizo linguini is really tasty, the perfect amount of spice. David in reception has been a great help - he is very welcoming and very accommodating. I would certainly stay again and would recommend also. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location if you are wanting to watch a match at Croke park.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it is one of the best hotels i stayed during my one month holiday in UK. The staff provided me with all the infomations about the room, it's facilities, etc. so you know what you are getting. The room is equipped with 2 big and hand towels, matt, hair dryer, coffee, tea, sugar, and water. There is also a safe box. The bed is really comfortable and clean. There was a noise outside the hotel when i checked in and was concern about it but it seemed that it was only for a while as it did not happen again during my stay so i slept peacefully. As for ths location, it is less than 25 minutes walk from O' Conell Street. There is also a less than 2 minute walk to bus stop that will take you to O' Conell Street but it operates from 7.30 am so if you have an early departure tour in O' Conell you have to walk or take a cab. Another bus stop opposite this can take you to Dublin Airport in less than 30 minutes depending on the traffic for less than 3 euro so it's convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location to attend an event at Croke Park. Bus transportation near by to reach Temple Bar area. Staff was very helpful with everything, along with great breakfast included. Rooms are a little on small side - good for weekend or short getaway.

Hotel is great and staff are very friendly however the hotel is located about 20min walk outside of centre and is a slightly dirty area.

Great location for taking a bus to downtown

My stay it was really wonderful, and it was really accessible to the city center. All the staff was wonderfully welcoming.

The location was perfect for us and the bed was the best out of all the hotels. Yes, the rooms are small but we don't go to hotels to spend a lot of time in the rooms and it was adequate space for two people each with a roller bag and backpack. I wish they had labeled the bag that had the hair dryer but maybe more observant guests don't need such things. It's well designed so it's like staying in a chic walk-in closet with high ceilings. The biggest drawback for me was the shower that seemed to have a little mildew in the bottom (or just a little staining) and got a little stinky after 2 nights use, though we didn't have anyone clean the room during our brief stay so I'm sure that can be easily remedied. We made use of the bar and restaurant as everything was delicious and reasonably priced (for reference, we're from Richmond, VA and inflation has gotten very real recently). One more waiter or bar tender on the floor might be useful as we and several other guests had to get up to ask for our checks or had to pay out at the bar. We only visited for breakfast/brunch so this may not be an issue on every shift. Even with the small kinks, we loved our stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends and family who are currently planning their own trips. The location is great for walking or riding the bus (there's a stop out front with one or two lines direct to the airport) and the front desk can easily arrange a cab, if you need.

Hotel and staff was brilliant. Breakfast was exceptional when it was delivered, from party of 5 first morning, one had to wait for her breakfast over 40min, next morning 4 was promptly delivered as ordered, last one ordered 10min after and had to wait nearly and hour for One smash. Coffee refills was very slow. Only because of this I give only 4*

Lovely hotel located 20-30 minutes walking distance away from major attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful and the breakfast selection was great. Staff were friendly. There are some good food options nearby as well. I would stay here again!

The hotel was clean, room comfortable and the hotel staff were amazing. The restaurant was a different story. Took to long to get our food (an hour is way to long). We paid for our breakfast in advanced and then they acted like we were dishonest even though our names were on their list. The waitresses just walked around fiddling their their thumbs instead of checking on their customer. We started eating at other restaurants in Dubin instead.

Really lovely hotel, room was on the smaller side but it suited my partner and I fine, very comfortable but the only issue we ran into was that it claimed on the website and on here that a buffet style breakfast was available, however it was a set menu at breakfast. The food was great but just wasnt quite what we were expecting.

Long queue for breakfast and had to wait for the hot food to be replaced other than that was a good place to stay close to the centre of dublin
