Hotel is tired. Old carpet, early 80s tiles in bathroom.room was probaly last decorated in 1990 or earlier. Low water pressure on shower. Pillow had stains on it...see attached. Parking is $20 (plus tax extra) per night, which is ridiculous since its no where near the falls and appears to be a cash grab. I dont believe they even checked if you paid for parking anyway. There are no attractions near it to justify the cost. The night desk staff was wearing a trench coat the whole time (on the 3 nights instayed there) and spent just as much time outside smoking at front entrance as at the desk. The rooms were super noisy as there was a kids hockey team who ran the halls at night. Did not order the breakfast...would not stay there again

We had a nice stay for our granddaughter's birthday. Only one hot tub was open with the second having a sign saying it was being cleaned( for all 3 days). Also the pool is freezing. We'll try a different hotel next time

The only issue we had with this hotel was parking. They charge $20 per night and we weren't able to find a parking spot for about 30 mins until somebody left their parking spot. Also, why charge customer for parking lot? I find it odd!

Me and my husband did an overnight stay here while going to a concert in Toronto. The hotel staff was very friendly, the check-in process was so easy and even though the hotel itself is slightly dated, everything in the hotel was ridiculously clean. The bed and pillows were a 10/10 and so was their restaurant, Doc Magilligan's. We might have stayed longer if we knew they had a state of the art golf simulator in the lobby, but we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Niagara!

Lovely hotel, spotless with a beautiful pool. The breakfast for a small additional fee was really great. The reception was very welcoming. The kids had so much fun in the arcade, play structure, hot tubs and pool. Stay in the courtyard if you can.

Great place to stay for the price although you will have to drive or take the bus down to Clifton Hill or the falls. Very clean, kids loved the courtyard playground, arcade, and pool. Very clean, the only recommendation I would have is for them to clean the windows on the roof and around the courtyard and it would have a more premium feel. Lots of food options in the area, grocery store, dollar store, and drug store. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable but the pillow cases are synthetic hydrophobic material which is not terrible but not the most comfortable. Rooms are clean, tvs are big, bathrooms are small and dated but nice. Parking is worth the $20 a night, there are cameras everywhere in the lot.

This is a great property. There is a pool and hot tub (though one of the hot tubs was out of service). The rooms were comfortable and had a fridge which was a plus, but it was VERY loud. The way the property is designed makes you hear all of the courtyard/pool noise until 11pm. The front desk staff is very helpful and sweet, and the breakfast food was amazing. Parking was $25 so that was more than we expected, especially since we needed to pay for parking down at Clifton Hill. Overall it was a good property and we would likely stay again.

Unfortunately for our family the hotel was overrun with kids being allowed to act as though this was their space while parents sat and socialized ib the courtyard couches. My chuldren were woken throughout the night with kids running soan the hallwats, we couldnt enjoy the pool because hoards of kids were making it dangerous for them by roughhousing and being obnoxious with no intervention from hotel staff. These tournaments while great for your hotel business make the experience for other guests awful. While waiting for breakfast parents sat in the restaurant and enjoyed their coffee as their children ran in and out one pushing my toddler down with parents offering zero intervention (yet a scowl when I said something the second time he shoved through). The fire alarm also went off, unsure if it was pulled in the fooling around or truly went off but made for a very chilly (and scary) end fo the night for my littles. Finally we got into our room (late as we got down to niagara around 630pm and went for dinner before being evacuated just as we were settling in). At which time ( with crying, meltdown and over tired kids ) I noticed the washroom was not very clean - several hairs left on the tile walls and the bathtub. The floors at the edge of the beds (just under) obviously hadn't been vacuumed as there were crumbs under as we moved the bed toward the wall for my daughter's safety when sleeping. We didnt bother to try to switch rooms because the kids were exhausted and just did

Upon checking in at Best Western Carin Croft the parking lot was full and you could tell it was in a more run down area of Niagara Falls. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and welcoming. We booked a double room on the courtyard as we were excited to use the two hot tubs advertised. We always check the room before bringing luggage in and I found my worse nightmare. A musty cigarette smell and one of the beds had no mattress protector and the sheets had bed bug stains. We immediately went down to the front desk and showed them the pictures. Had it not been for the two kind employees at the desk we would have left. They immediately refunded us and moved our room to the “tower side” of the hotel. You could tell the matter was urgent and they were concerned. The new room had some hair behind the headboard and a weird black tar substance on the bedskirt. We took the bedskirt off and put it in a plastic bag, and opted not to bring any luggage in. As we travel often, I have two more stays planned at different Best Western Plus locations. The next morning I wanted to discuss with the hotel manager the inconsistencies I noticed. The hotel manager was a bit rude and not as caring as her employees. She basically tried to say it was the people before us who brought in the bugs even tho I was explaining it was the fact they didn’t have mattress protectors. Save yourself the stress and get some rest somewhere else.

The room was clean and well maintained as was the hotel. The staff are also very nice. My only complaint is with the pool area.The pool and hot tubs are a great feature but are very heavily used. The area could use more frequent cleaning as people tend to hang out poolside all day so there was a lot of discarded towels and garbage laying about--empty drink and beer cans, hair ties, etc... There was also a lot of water on the pool deck making it very slippery. This should be squeegeed more often. The area is a bit far from Clifton Hill so I thought that the parking was a bit expensive given we had to drive and park down by the action, so ended up paying for parking twice each day. If being close to Clifton is important to you, I would suggest a hotel with better walkability. Other than that we had a great time.

Pool needed a bit more cleaning but kid had fun same with play structure very dirty needed to be wiped on inside. Hotel staff were very nice, restaurant inside the staff were very nice. Poolside music till 9 was a bit loud for little kiddos. Rooms could use more cleaning. Overall a great stay.

The rooms are dated. Bathrooms don't have a working fan. Parking fee is $20 per day. However, if nothing is done to your car and you have to park it yourself, why charge for it? Staff is knowledgable about what they offer. The fireplace in the room makes you ignore some other details of updating that need to be done. I would stay here again if I was on a budget weekend trip.

Has a great time. Used the pool until our room was ready. The first young lady who told us our rooms weren’t ready was friendly. The second was, in my opinion a bit impatient and short with us. Not appreciated. The rooms were comfortable. Relatively clean. Atrium rooms do not have a microwave! Cast a movie to the tv which gave out 20 minutes before movies end. Unable to connect to cast after that even with a phone call to the front desk. Still over all a very good time.

When it’s cold outside it is lovely to have a warm and inviting area full of trees inside to spend time. It was great except big loud groups congregated on our levels patio outside our door. About a dozen men, for three nights. They left and then it was the long weekend and it was literally screaming kids filling the pool and hot tubs from early morning until late at night. Maybe keep hot tubs adults only? We’d stay in the front part of the building next time and not in the pool building. Cleaning staff was lovely but over 9 nights we never knew if they were cleaning or not. If we said we needed towels, we got towels but no bed made. It was weird. But a pretty good stay. Loved the restaurant but it was a bit pricey.

We had an amazing stay, friendly service, delicious food & a beautiful room! Check in was very easy and quick, same with check out. Wifi didn’t work so well for streaming in the room, there were a good variety of cable channels available to watch tho! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be going back!

The hotel was nice and clean. I wasn’t a fan of paying for onsite parking, maybe it’s a thing in Niagara at all hotels. Be prepared to be up at 8am if your room is in the atrium as it gets noisy. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Front staff at check in and check out were great. Friendly and helpful. The security guard on the Wednesday night was unneccessarily rude and hostile for no reason. We were at the patio table just outside our door playing a game. There was 3 of us trying to play a game of sorry and as there was 3 of us we had pulled one of the patio chairs over for the extra person to sit at our table from an unoccupied room beside us. Security came and told my friend to get up and told us we could not have the 3rd chair blocking the hallway and only 2 chairs were allowed to be there. I explained that we were just borrowing it and would definitely put it back as soon as our game was finished which it would have been in under 10 minutes. He just told us rudely "No! that we were not allowed to have the chair there and we were blocking the isle." It was literally after 10:30pm so there was very little foot traffic and we were moving if needed for the few people who did go by. A rule is a rule I guess which I can appreciate but this just felt like soneone in a power trip for mo reason. His tone and way it was said was not friendly or even understanding to say "sorry its a safety hazard to have a 3rd chair there so we are unable to have the chair in the isle. Sorry to intrupt your game but could you move your game inside the room or please put the chair back as soon as your game is finished and please remember we cannot have 3 there again. He was just plain rude period.

We were greeted immediately and Erin was fantastic. Upbeat and helpful. Parking for my handicap vehicle was a challenge but again Erin made it work. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. The property and the staff were great, bed was comfortable. This can be a busy spot, and we were there on a weekend with lots of children around (It wasn't a problem, just be prepared this is a family friendly spot). I was also thinking it was closer to the actual falls when I booked, and it turned out to be about a 30 minute walk. All in all a good stay :)

The hotel was easy to find and convenient for all the things we wanted to see in the area. The staff was lovely and helpful. We ate in the pub and the service and the food were both wonderful. The hotel was a little tired, but it was clean and welcoming. Parking was easy, but the neighborhood is a little run down. We did walk about, but only because I was traveling with my husband - I might not have had I been alone or with my mom.

Convenient location, very close to our tourist destinations. Most staff are courteous. You must budget a lot of time for the complimentary breakfast. It's made to order, which was nice, but the service was slow (almost an hour from sitting down to finishing). Portions were VERY HUGE! The building is outdated but very clean. If you have young kids, they will definitely enjoy the indoor playground and pool.

Other Best Westerns have free coffee in the lobby, this one doesn't. The staff was kind when I inquired about non-dairy milk and creamer, and I was surprised that they have nothing. Maybe non-dairy doesn't match the Irish vibe of the restaurant, but with such a large hotel, having some on hand can't be too cost prohibitive. Luckily there is a McDonald's next door.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was busy and kids coming out has burning red eyes from the extreme levels of Chlorine so we opted out of swimming. The pub attached had great food and even live music on the night we stayed. It was enjoyable. Parking was easy. Area was a bit sketchy. We watched some people smoke some crack out front which was a little concerning. Some of the items in the hotel room were dated and there was something wrong with the iron but front desk staff gladly switched it out for me. Decent stay and better price than staying at the falls for sure. Would stay again.
