Nice rooms, friendly reception. So many issues in the pool area. There were about 10 kids literally screaming at each other, on the first evening, while the parents sat around talking. Signs reading no jumping or diving and that’s all the kids were doing, again with zero disciple. They were also whipping a football back and forth the length of the pool. Fearing one of us would be hit, it became unbearable so we left. The next evening we went to the pool and no one was in there so we were happy that we’d get a swim in. That thought changed quickly when a group of kids all piled into the pool area. It was a different group, however, just as loud. This group, with adults supervising, were jumping off the sides into the pool right where the hot tub was. Then they decided they would get into the hot tub and jump from there into the pool. Someone is seriously going to get injured. We decided we’d seen enough and again, cut our swim short. We mentioned what was happening to the two ladies at the front desk, but neither seemed too concerned and we didn’t see either one go in and investigate. Staff should be doing rounds and removing the ones that are not following the rules, it’s dangerous for everyone.

I was really surprised to see that parking was included with purchasing your room because a lot of places in Niagara Falls. They charge extra for having your car with you. Don’t ask me why…. The only thing I can think is they need more disabled parking. They only have one spot.!

This was a very nice and well kept hotel. The pool area was beautiful! The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was not included, but there is a restaurant attached and they had 24 hour coffee available at the desk.

My room key didn't work. Went back down & then up again with my luggage. Key worked the second time but there was someone in the room. It was already occupied. The pool was unbelievable cold but clean. No fridge but clean. Free parking was the bonus.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. My daughter and I went there for Thanksgiving. We did have to drive however to go down to the Falls, but parking at the hotel was included in our stay which most other hotels it was not it was very quiet. There was not a lot of people there and they had a nice pool and Hot Tub. It was small but it was a good size. I would definitely go back again.

The bed skirt is ripped, we found a dirty ear swab underneath the room phone. The room is dirty in general. I paid $498 in two nights, but the room doesn’t deserve $1 , it is a shame for Comfort Inn to come down to this quality. I won’t stay there again.

Overall 4/5. The room was very clean. The only cleanliness issue (small) was that it looked like there was mold inside the bathroom tub knob. The beds were very comfortable. Good A/C and heat. Great proximity to Niagara Falls. Slept well for the few nights we were there. I would book this hotel again if we were to revisit Niagara.

The hotel looks older but the lobby is well kept. The room was another story. The shades on the lamps were really gross, stained and what looked like mold. Also, the tub wouldn’t drain. Not a hotel I would stay in again.

The entire hotel and our room was extremely clean. Very well maintained in that regard. The room was very dark, you have to have all the lights on, the windows are small for lighting. The beds aren’t super comfy but we’re not terrible. Lots of pillows. Shower was good, lots of water pressure! Decent place for the price.

Was looking for a hotel room that did not cost $500 on a Saturday evening in July. Requirements were that it was clean and safe. The comfort inn on Lundys Lane met both these requirements. An Uber from the hotel to the falls was a reasonable $13. My only complaints are that the rooms need major updating, the coffee maker didn’t work, air conditioning was extremely loud and the toilet kept running. The room was very clean, which was a definite plus. Would stay there again if I was looking for a cheap stay, and was only looking for a place to sleep and not hang out.

Clean. Older fashion appearance. Surrounding is loud- hear doors open and closes from inside your room/can also hear shower running when passing rooms. In addition, someone came banging on my door 1 am in the morning stating that a complain was receive about talking loud. This particular person ( Joanne) found out her name afterwards. She was not wearing a name tag and refused to give her name. That’s how old fashion the hotel is - not sound proof. Easy Parking and convenient.

The room was dark and dingy. the lights between the bed did not have a knob to turn them on and the lamp shades were old, cracked and dirty. the only other light that worked was a lamp in the corner. The shade was the same, old and dirty. The beds were horrible. the bedding looked like it was 50 years old along with the pillows. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok as it was clean. This place looked good from the outside and the lobby looked nice as well but the rooms need a major update!!!! For the price that hotels charge per night this was disgusting!!! Will not return to this Hotel again.

Very dated. No USB outlet anywhere in the room. Faulty light switch. Very noisy fan the bathroom. Clogged plumbing. Poor quality TV, very bad audio. Overall, OK for 1 night only. Didn't appear dirty.

The place needed to be update a lot of old furniture and beds. There was no USB ports for chagring electronical equipment. Overall, I did sleep good and it was conveniently close to things.

The location is ldeal just that the hockey guest where running up and down halls charging the doors at 930 at night. When I called the front desk she said she was only one on tonight and had spoken to parents and that they didn’t care. For the safety of your guest have two people on at night

We left a coat on the bed, I’m pretty sure I put the coat on the bed before I checked out. I planned to wear it out, but I forgot. However, in the evening of the day we checked out, I think of it and called back. The hotel said there was nothing in the room. I am doubt about their honesty.

The air conditioning unit did not work. Temperatures were in the low 90s. We notified the front staff on the first night but no one came. On day two, at around 5:15 a maintenance man came. I was running an errand with our friend in the next room. My wife tried to describe the problem but he simply went to the next room and exchanged their unit. When we returned, at 5:40 or so, we were told that the maintenance man had gone home!! I have asked both front desk staff and via email to speak to the general manager and received no reply. Also, the upholstery on the chair is threadbare.

My wife and I picked this hotel because it was about $200 cheaper then the one we normally stay at. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC was fantastic. Our room wasn’t ready at the posted check in time and we were left waiting 20 mins to find out when it would be ready. Eventually we were offered an upgrade to a jacuzzi room for the inconvenience which I appreciate. I love that parking is free. The staff were okay, not the friendliest. The night lady was yelling at some people who kept trying to come in at 2am, but I’m sure she deals with a lot of that crap. So I can’t really blame her. The pool was perfect, great temperature. Our bed sheets unfortunately had some stains. But other than that the room was very clean. I’d stay again.

Staff was very pleasant. Really wish that a continental breakfast was available, the IHOP that was next door didn't even open until 8 o'clock, too late if you were doing a tour. Rooms really need some updating. Satisfied for the price.

I didnt like how its attached to the ihop ,yet they have no breakfast deals with them. Also, i was told i couldnt extend checkout as they had a "bus" coming the next day. I also asked about the pool and was told the hot tub would be refilled during the day at an busy, inconvenient time. But i coild still use the pool. When we arrived, i was put in a room right beside where the cleaners were working . It was very loud and i almost asked for another room. Not too impressed, i have no reason to return.
