There was a series health & hygiene issue within my room - only discovered upon waking in the morning. I had a very early checkout, so it was fully understandable that my concerns had to be passed on to a manager. However, over a week later I had not be contacted by Travelodge to discuss the issue. A real shame, as the location, staff interactions, general condition of the room and bathroom - and the dining options within the hotel could make this a very attractive place to stay, near to Heathrow.

They ought to supply a couple of glasses or even just plastic ones. Just a small thing in an otherwise good 2 star hotel.

Perfect for one night stay prior to early flight from Heathrow. Breakfast not served until 7am, too late for me so had to miss.

Very close to all the shops and the train station was just a few minutes walk away personnel was very nice and professional and a good breakfast
