Awesome property in great location. Views from lobby sweet, pool a blast and loved the easy access to beach and surrounding areas. Rooms very comfortable and loved the little balcony to hang out. We had no issues with noise levels, and we were facing pool area. The personal concierge service we received was great too and super helpful. Only complaint is mixed drink prices a little high, but that’s everywhere now. Would stay again.

From the used cigarette butt found in our food to the full pool closure mid week for construction it was not a pleasant getaway. The staff did not care to make anything right they just wanted to give excuses. This is not a vip or luxury resort in any way. They solely cater to bottle service on Friday and Saturday’s for the party goers that flock to the scene on the weekends. During the week it’s a construction zone to prepare for the next weekend.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely furnished. The minibar has good selection of items. The staff is amazing and very kind. However if you are looking for a quiet stay this might not be the place for you. The pool has a daily party for the entire afternoon and if your room is facing the sea and thus also the pool, it is hard to ignore the noise. There is also music from within the hotel at night. The food and the spa are good.

The hotel itself is beautiful and our room, 608, had a spectacular view and was very nice. The location is great if you want to be near the marina / activity. The food was very good. The gym is small. We did not eat at the rooftop restaurant because it was outrageously expensive. The pool is definitely a party atmosphere. We were at the resort during the week so it was quieter Mon - Wed but Thursday it was getting much busier and we heard Fri, Sat and Sun are crazy, so be prepared / warned. The main issue was the service. We had airport transfers as part of our package but no one told us we needed to schedule them 24 hours in advance, so we were unable to use either which cost us an extra $150 or so. This should have been mentioned at check-in. The drinks are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and the staff only cares about the "bottle service" crowds at the pool club. If someone in your party does not drink (my wife) they charge a absurd amount for water at the pool. A bad cocktail is 400 pesos, beer is 230 pesos and water is 200 or more, and that is before tip. The price of the drinks is the major reason for the low rating. If you are going to charge that much for a drink, don't use the watered down Tequila and make it a good drink. For some reason, they would also not leave a tab open. So every time I needed to order they closed it out at the pool bar. If you want the party scene and have not issues with expensive bad drinks, this is for you.

Would not stay here if you want to go to sleep before 3am. This is a beautiful location but the main priority of the property is the day/nightclub and it’s located in the middle facing all the rooms. They stay open till 3am, playing loud music that can be heard in all the rooms. The pool is also not set up for the hotel guests, with around 6 chairs for guests and the rest for rent to non guests. There are many better options to stay in Cabo.

Overall the property and views of the ocean, sun rise and sun set, along with the mountains around were remarkable. I like that the property was never crowded and always seating available. I used the jungle gym every morning while there. The prices for food and drinks were as expected, given that is a boutique hotel, however, I woulve liked that either the hotel were a bit less expensive of the food and drinks less expensive. I am in my mid 40s and not a big fan of the club music that is played by the pool loudly every day, same rhythm “bump bump bump”. Variety would’ve been better tolerated. Lastly, the pool was kind of small, not too much privacy, and was closed for two days while I was there.

The property had amazing restaurants and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was beautiful and faced the ocean where we could see the yachts daily including the cruise ships. They do fireworks nightly Thursday-Sunday. The only downfall is the pool water was freezing and the pool food was not the best. Everything else was wonderful! Will definitely be back!!

Very run down property Not a 5 star hotel at all Everything smells and nothing feels clean or luxurious The food at all the restaurants are the lowest quality and very overpriced. The service is not good at all and you have to keep asking personnel for the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time here

Great resort! Second time here.One of the best in our travels. Beach access, pools, multiple places to relax, several restaurants, spa, music selection. Concierge was very attentive and helpful. Perfect location for downtown Cabo and to see the Arch. The grounds are kept very well, and housekeeping kept the room very clean. A few of the resort staff/restaurant wait staff seemed to not know certain things. Maybe they were newer. The vendors on the beach are all over and even try to get your attention while you're eating which i thought was not respectful. All together, would definitely return.

The vibe is great and always has been. The building itself, the rooms, the grounds, common areas- have lost their luster. This place needs an update. Large dead roach in my room upon arrival. They did a full clean of the room and that was the only one I saw the entire trip. Minor inconvenience, but annoying for the price. Steak tacos and ceviche at "Mamazzita" was the best meal I had all trip. All staff were great. Superb massage by Mary.

Property was beautiful. Just a few hiccups throughout the trip: 1. WiFi service- even with the hotel wifi we had absolutely NO service:( I asked staff members if they would be able to log us into the employee wifi, this was unsuccessful . I finally was able to find my concierge who helped me with checking in she gave me access to a private Wi-Fi and then my phone was able to finally work 2. Air conditioning- our room didn’t go below 69 degrees the entire trip. Even after it was fixed 3. Funky Geisha- this was a restaurant on the hotel property. I do not recommend going to this restaurant as it is extremely overpriced, and our waiter was not knowledgeable on items within the menu. He steered us in the wrong direction which resulted in us having to order more food than needed. 4. Security- 10/10 felt very safe! Only thing that was a bit bothersome was the locals on the beach, trying to sell souvenirs as my husband and I would be taking a nap. They would be whistling or trying to get our attention to come buy some thing this got pretty annoying. At the end of our day, we brought our concerns to the concierge at check out to see if there would be something he can do for a bit of our inconvenience throughout the day with the heat and also our Wi-Fi signal and he wasn’t able to do anything.

This is also not an adults-only hotel—there weren’t a lot of kids, but there were definitely children in the view, which took away from the vibe I was going for. I had an excellent stay at ME Cabo, I would highly recommend this place and I would absolutely stay there again. The food options are excellent and the staff was very helpful. Great experience overall.

The hotel itself is beautiful and our room, 608, had a spectacular view and was very nice. The location is great if you want to be near the marina / activity. The food was very good. The gym is small. We did not eat at the rooftop restaurant because it was outrageously expensive. The pool is definitely a party atmosphere. We were at the resort during the week so it was quieter Mon - Wed but Thursday it was getting much busier and we heard Fri, Sat and Sun are crazy, so be prepared / warned. The main issue was the service. We had airport transfers as part of our package but no one told us we needed to schedule them 24 hours in advance, so we were unable to use either which cost us an extra $150 or so. This should have been mentioned at check-in. The drinks are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and the staff only cares about the "bottle service" crowds at the pool club. If someone in your party does not drink (my wife) they charge a absurd amount for water at the pool. A bad cocktail is 400 pesos, beer is 230 pesos and water is 200 or more, and that is before tip. The price of the drinks is the major reason for the low rating. If you are going to charge that much for a drink, don't use the watered down Tequila and make it a good drink. For some reason, they would also not leave a tab open. So every time I needed to order they closed it out at the pool bar. If you want the party scene and have not issues with expensive bad drinks, this is for you.

Our room’s AC did not work properly and the balcony door did not shut. First they came to fix the door and told us to wait to see if that’s the cause of the cold air running out of the room. We waited almost an hr for the temperature to stay the same. They ended up changing our room at the end of the night. We had to pack up again and unpack.

Overall the resort was lovely but my room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. My first night spent in the room I woke up at 6am and called the front desk to ask them to please fix the AC. An employee came to my room and turned the thermostat down to 65. It was already at 68. He said the AC is fine. The next night still the same thing, hot and stuffy to the point where I woke up with a headache. I don't think I would stay there again. Having to sleep in those conditions is unacceptable. The hotel is way to expensive to have air conditioning problems and there are so many other places to stay in Cabo.

Great hotel and awesome staff. The concierge (Paolina) was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay close to town, and most things are located at a walkable distance. The only small negative point is the music outside is very repetitive.

Property is stunning. Service is SO SLOW. 40+ mins for every single drink and every meal and even for the bill to come. Extremely slow. The few staff members who were working were working very hard but the rest were standing around and chatting with each other like they were the ones on vacation. Sad because the hotel itself is very beautiful and clean and well kept. Just the service staff is a few awesome ones and rest of staff: not helpful.

My stay was absolutely amazing! My concerige was Michele and she made my stay perfect! Soon after I checked in she approached me and assisted with reservations, dining, transportation, etc. Her and staff made sure I enjoyed my birthday there. All of the restaurants on site are excellent and entertaining. I even had a birthday dessert presented to me at all the restaurants there during my stay. The hotel is very lively and luxurious, very clean and beautiful decor. I will definitely stay here again

Awesome property in great location. Views from lobby sweet, pool a blast and loved the easy access to beach and surrounding areas. Rooms very comfortable and loved the little balcony to hang out. We had no issues with noise levels, and we were facing pool area. The personal concierge service we received was great too and super helpful. Only complaint is mixed drink prices a little high, but that’s everywhere now. Would stay again.

Room was nice, hotel is clean. Beach is very nice and swimmable, water was warm. Main negatives are 1) It was incredibly loud late through the night with music blasting until 11pm or 12am! 2) Restaurants were way too overpriced for food that was average quality and quantity. I remember paying $40USD for 3 tiny bite sized tacos. Also, breakfast is not buffet and you are limited by what you can order off the menu.

Excellent views and location. Rooms are upscale and service is great. Having taboo beach club and pretty lively restaurants makes this a one stop destination. One downfall is the extremely overpriced drinks. How is Cabos drinks higher in USD than Miami, LA, NY, Bahamas etc?? Mexican reports took advantage of supply/demand during Covid. If y’all resorts continue this madness of domestic alcohol (tequila) price gouging, this will be your demise. This hotel is not the only to blame but should take a stance. I don’t love Los Cabos but if I’m there, this is a great spot.

Room service one night ordered a gin and tonic cost $54 for one drink! A beer was $12 in their restaurant, food prices were like Los Angeles prices. We ate at all 3 on sight restaurants, very expensive, all of them. Food was very good! Music until 1:00 am from sky bar.
