Room was clean but small. Great for a one night stay, but not an extended stay. No pool or gym. Discounted undercover parking off site across the road. Excellent location for city shopping and close to Perth train station. Perfect for what we needed it for.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. The hotel is modern and in excellent condition. The room was comfortable and adequate in size. We took advantage of its central location to enjoy breakfast at several local restaurants. The onsite self-laundry was very welcome. I compared many hotels in the area before choosing this one. Save yourself the trouble and just book this one. You won't regret it.

**Rating: 4/5** We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious, but we were disappointed to find no cutlery available. Additionally, the lifts could use some improvement as they were a bit slow. Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement.

Had a nice stay in holiday inn for a week. Staffs are so helpful, breakfast plenty of choice. The room is clean and spacious, and has a table for work. The only thing is the hotel do not have a gym inside the building. Was told the gym is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and didn’t have the chance to visit yet. Overall is a good stay experience and would be back again next time.

The hotel is located near the shopping district in Perth City Center. There is a Woolworth supermarket with 5 mins walking. Turn left from the hotel and walk along Hay St, you will see the shoppings like Kmart, super dry, pharmacy, etc. It is also within walking distance to Elizabeth Quay. You can use the underground passage along Hay St to get there or just walk from above ground. There are numerous food selection at the underground mall but the close very early. Parking at hotel is ＄45 and offsite is ＄30 per day. The offsite parking is Wilson city center and is just across the hotel. The hotel will provide you the parking ticket to be used that support multiple exit. But you must exit the car park with 24 hrs and use a new ticket to re enter for the ＄30 rate, else you will be charged hourly. Park at section C, B2, that lift lobby is nearest the hotel. Upon exit, u will see a Vietnamese restaurant, just turn right and you will see the hotel across the road. There is another cheaper parking option for ＄22 per day and ＄10 on Sunday at the Majesty CCP - 5min walk to hotel. It is free after 6pm and start charging from 6am. So it depends on your schedule. But this option will not be worth it if you do multi entry per day. The car park is fairly narrow. There are numerous breakfast place such as Miss Maid near the hotel. You can get pastry, coffee, sandwiches, wraps etc.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel room was clean and had all that I wanted and needed. I love the fact that they provided purified water by the elevators that guests could fill our own bottles. The location was absolutely perfect for everything like train transportation, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I was very satisfied that I chose the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre.

I used to like this hotel, but sometimes you get good staff, sometimes crap. The parking information was unclear, the cleaners left our room open, door open, all day while we were out. Nothing was stolen but we felt violated. The manager gave us a fruit bowl and apology letter....

We booked at the Holiday Inn as its nice an central in the Perth CDB. Reception was a little confused and entered my CC detail incorrectly, forcing me to go back down after we had got to the room for them to process payment. The room was very clean and in overall good condition. The only issues with the room was the toilet seat was just sitting loose on the toilet and it had a red stain on it that wouldnt rub off. We couldnt be bothered moving to a different room by then, so we just put up with it. There was a coffee pod machine in the room which was nice, but only 2 x pods provided, so it wasnt really of much use if you like more than one coffee each in the morning. Overall, the stay was pretty good.

If you need amenities like dental kit, you have to request and collect at front desk. No slippers provided. Housekeeping standards were not great - dirty table not wiped and dead insect on pillow.

Front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean & spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom products (body wash etc.) were great. The hotel was very convenient for His Majesty's Theatre. There was work going on in Hay street so the road was closed, however the hotel emailed us ahead of our stay so we could make alternative travel arrangements. Very happy overall with our stay.

とても便利な立地です。レッドキャットのバス停は目の前、スーパーやセブンイレブン、レストランなども近くです。パース駅からスーツケースを押して徒歩でいけます。スタッフも親切です。私は帰国日を1日遅く勘違いしていました。それでスカボロービーチに滞在中、ホテルからメールをもらい、間違いに気づきました。急いで帰り、交渉して部屋を午後６時まで100ドルで使わせてもらえる事になりました。パッキングや帰国準備など出来て、助かりました。また、朝食レストランのオムレツはとても美味しいです。具を選べます。滞在中は毎日オムレツを食べていました。ただ、部屋のネスプレッソマシーン？の使い方が最後まで分かりませんでした。

Italian woman at the front desk was very helpful during check in and directed us very well for parking and room. Had a room on the 2nd floor. Very clean, TV worked fine. Found the shower sometimes randomly got hot or cold. Location was good and the non valet larking is just over the road.

We were put in a room with noisy air conditioning motors outside the door in hall. We asked to be moved and got a room 2 doors up and air con noise was better but still noticeable.

Disapponting stay. The upgrade i was sent, applied for and had approved was not applied. The staff had no idea about it which was very disappointing after we arrived around midnight after a very long drive. No other upgrade offered. Just an applogy. They appeared not to know that these upgrades were even offered. My children were asked to be ID'd which is not something we have ever encounted. Beds and room were comfortable but noisy. Could hear people for a couple of hours around 4am returning to their room and talking loudly in the room next door.

Great location! Very near the Central Business District (Hay & Murray Street Malls), Busport & Perth Station, Elizabeth Quay, & Chinatown. The free Red Cat Bus stops almost in front of the hotel. The Buffet Breakfast spread is amazing. The Staff are all very friendly, with special mention to Mr. James Cabrera in the Reception Counter for exerting efforts to help us in our airport transpo concerns. Highly recommended hotel in Perth!

Location is superb . Right in Centre of town , next to Hay street and Murray street shopping area . Valet parking at the hotel was very convenient. Check in experience was poor , particularly from one of the female staff working at night . We checked in with quite a few large luggages and 2 children in tow . No one offered us any Assitance with the luggages . When I enquired if there is any bell boy/staff to assist , the reception girl say no bell service is available and guests usually handles the luggages by themselves . Ironically the next night , I noticed the staff assisting another group of tourists with their luggages.

We had an issue the first night we arrived. A booking mix up so the first night wasn't the best experience but the next day we were offered and upgrade free of charge. A lovely gesture and the room was great. Would definitely stay again. Great hotel and wonderful location. Buffet breakfast is also great
