Your staff represent the St Regis Hotel brand, when they do it this well you must be delighted they work for you ! There can be few hotels globally that make you feel so welcome, the St Regis Doha Qatar is one of them. From the moment we arrived, the St Regis staff have gone above and beyond to make you welcome with impeccable levels of service throughout the hotel. The hotel room was amazing, with a nightly turn-down service. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection of beautifully presented dishes. I must mention Maged (Food & Beverage Manager) from breakfast at the Vine Restaurant who was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We spent everyday by the huge swimming pool (biggest hotel pool in Qatar). A few staff members we must express our sincere thanks to who helped us poolside were Sahan, Hashen, Chathu, PD, Kendi Damith Satyam and Jane….. just brilliant staff, they are an asset to the hotel. Finally we give a special mention to Roula (Director of Guest Experience) who very kindly reached out before our arrival via WhatsApp to ensure everything was smooth then greeted us everyday checking we were happy during our stay. We leave this hotel today but 110% we’ll be back.

Stayed for a family holiday. Superb hotel with a huge swimming pool and a nice beach. Even at full capacity the pool area felt very spacious and loungers were always available poolside. Service is outstanding in all areas, the staff cannot do enough and are very attentive everywhere and go above and beyond. Rooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds and the location of the hotel is great as it’s in the West Bay Area so all the major sights are a short taxi ride away and there are plenty of dining options should you wish to go out in the evenings.

Die Anlage ist schön der Ort ideal gelegen. Das Personal bemüht sich und ist freundlich. Der kidsclub ist viel zu klein und bietet nichts keine Spielsachen alles ist sehr schmutzig. Der Service ist eher mittelmässig bis mühsam für alles muss man das Telefon in die Hand nehmen und quasi drohen bis mal was bewegt wird. Ich würde nicht mehr dort übernachten

Excellent service and super clean. However the room carpet, wall and bed seems have been newly refurbished but the toilet and bathroom is a bit dated. Super clean as house keep come in twice a day. Very nice full size outdoor pool and private beach. Good restaurants option in the hotel and very chill vibes. Every staff is extremely friendly and nice. Very happy with my stay and will stay here again.

From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day. I tried the Astor Grill and Novikov and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice hotel in general but extremely noisy - struggled to sleep because of the loud music until 1AM most nights. Despite changing rooms to a higher floor the noise remained a problem. Breakfast was average at best. Rooms are of a decent size which was a plus. Private beach was nice. Several dining options within the hotel to chose from but we mostly dined out. I have stayed at much better resorts at a similar price point. Will likely stay elsewhere in Doha if I visit again.

I really enjoyed the location of this property, the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities such as pool/fitness facilities. What really struck me as fantastic, was a few of the staff members that made me feel very welcome. Guri at the front desk and Ivy at the Vine Restaurant really went out of their way to assist me upon my arrival. Their customer service was top notch and they went above and beyond five star service. My only complaint was that some of the staff made a huge ordeal about my request for a late checkout. I stay at these hotels particularly because of these types of benefits that are often afforded. There were no questions about late checkout when I stayed on the other side of Doha at the Ritz Carlton.

Extremely surprised by the good comments. I stayed twice in saint regis Doha and had 2 consecutive bad experiences. The service is simply awful and absolutely not a level that you would expect for such a hotel. The first time I stayed there, few weeks ago, I checked in and went to the room right away as I had a very important business meeting. Once in the room I figured out that the wifi is not working. I called 4 times someone to fix it but nothing happened. After 30min, I went to the lobby of the hotel to do the meeting surrounded by noise and guests going back and forward. No compensation, nothing to make you feel that this is something wrong that shouldn’t happen when you pay for such an expensive and « luxury » hotel. During the same trip, the room was noisy and I asked to change it. Same result (i.e, no assistance and no room changed even though 90% of the hotel was empty). Second time I went back to the hotel, I naively thought that the experience will be better but I unfortunately, same things happened. Extreme noise around the room starting from 7:30 AM - impossible to sleep knowing that I checked in at 3 am and the hotel was almost empty. Different noise at 9am and then 10am. I packed my stuff and left the hotel for another one without any compensation nothing. This is personally the last time in St Regis. Management will certainly answer to this comment saying that they did something for each situation but I can guarantee you that it’s not the case

Amazing hotel, very luxury amazing facilitys, overall great experience, breakfast was great service abit unorganised on 2 occasions our omellete order took over 30mins to arrive, despite not being busy other than that hotel was 10/10, will definetly return

Ruime kamers. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Niets is teveel gevraagd. In het hotel zijn veel goede restaurants aanwezig. Restaurant Opa was onze favoriet. Maar Sax en Hakkasan ook super!
