The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless

Sehr gute Betten, gute Isolierung (ansonsten lauter Straßenverkehr), leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundlicjes Personal. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Busverbindung in die Innenstadt leider nur mit einem Umstieg am nahe gelegenen Bahnhof möglich, zu Fuß trotz Nähe zur Porta Nouva nicht zu empfehlen

Practical neighborhood (23-min walk to the central station) but terrible surroundings. There is nothing around apart from a pizzeria and a very nice huge market (Eataly). HUGE line to get coffee at breakfast. Only one machine, which sometimes needs maintenance… Frontdesk Service: terrible and dangerously irresponsible. You must sign up 1h before to get the free shuttle to the center. But they sign up too many people and then force everyone to cram 9 people into a 7-person can. The lobby people and the driver yell hysterically at each other and at us. There arent enough seatbelts for everyone. No one cares. If you complain you are yelled at or they show you contempt. When you check out and ask them to order you a taxi they refuse to because too many people are already waiting for taxis. The walk to and from the train station is extremely dangerous as it’s a very narrow one for motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians hauling huge bags. Pros: the housekeeping cleaner was extremely nice and attentive! The breakfast ladies also made an effort. The shower is often not hit enough. Wifi is good.

Ho trovato un albergo pulito ordinato, la colazione era assolutamente abbondante e in linea con le aspettative.alla reception quando siamo arrivati ad un orario impossibile notturno abbiamo trovato gentilezza ed accoglienza come se fossimo arrivati alle due del pomeriggio. Il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente adeguato.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep. A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación muy amplia, pero para turistas la ubicación no es la mejor, está a 30 minutos caminando de la plaza bra y 40 de la casa de Julieta. El colchón más duro de lo normal, pero fuera de eso, muy bien !!

The place is quite old and frankly speaking, I do not see the value for money. I have been in 2 stars hotels which can easily beat this one in terms of amenities, room quality and food choice (breakfast). The staff is indeed very nice and welcoming, no question about that. However, it does not make up for how much the structure itself lets you down. 4 Stars totally undeserved. 2.5 stars would be fair

Schöne Unterkunft, die allerdings weit weg vom Zentrum liegt. Ich habe das Problem mit dem Mieten eines Rollers von „Lime“ gelöst. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und der Kühlschrank der Minibar ist sehr laut.

Very pretty hotel looks great, rooms are big and spacious, very clean and a mini bar they fill up as soon as you take something more or less. Their one HUGE problem for me was once again the beds. It was just a hard piece of plywood with 2 maddresses spread over making it a makebelif Queen Side bed. The madrasses went a part all the time and it was just rock hard. Other then that the hotel looked very fancy. The Area kind of sucked as well, wasnt really any restaurant or fun things close by, guessing you have to rent a bike somwhere or take cabs.

L'hotel è in ottime condizioni, camera ampia, letto comodo, ottime finiture anche in bagno. Bene anche la colazione. La posizione è un po' sacrificata, nella biforcazione tra due strade, ma comunque comoda per uscire dalla città.

Ho trovato un albergo pulito ordinato, la colazione era assolutamente abbondante e in linea con le aspettative.alla reception quando siamo arrivati ad un orario impossibile notturno abbiamo trovato gentilezza ed accoglienza come se fossimo arrivati alle due del pomeriggio. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep. A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

Practical neighborhood (23-min walk to the central station) but terrible surroundings. There is nothing around apart from a pizzeria and a very nice huge market (Eataly). HUGE line to get coffee at breakfast. Only one machine, which sometimes needs maintenance… Frontdesk Service: terrible and dangerously irresponsible. You must sign up 1h before to get the free shuttle to the center. But they sign up too many people and then force everyone to cram 9 people into a 7-person can. The lobby people and the driver yell hysterically at each other and at us. There arent enough seatbelts for everyone. No one cares. If you complain you are yelled at or they show you contempt. When you check out and ask them to order you a taxi they refuse to because too many people are already waiting for taxis. The walk to and from the train station is extremely dangerous as it’s a very narrow one for motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians hauling huge bags. Pros: the housekeeping cleaner was extremely nice and attentive! The breakfast ladies also made an effort. The shower is often not hit enough. Wifi is good.

Hätte jemand vorher mal geschrieben, das neben dem Hotel eine Fabrik tagtäglich super laute Lüftungsgeräusche produziert, dann hätten wir nicht gebucht. Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, wenn man schlafen wollte. Ebenso liegt das Hotel in einer schrecklichen Gegend. Bauruinen und Neubauten prägen die Gegend. The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless

Sehr gute Betten, gute Isolierung (ansonsten lauter Straßenverkehr), leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundlicjes Personal. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Busverbindung in die Innenstadt leider nur mit einem Umstieg am nahe gelegenen Bahnhof möglich, zu Fuß trotz Nähe zur Porta Nouva nicht zu empfehlen

I have been in 2 stars hotels which can easily beat this one in terms of amenities, room quality and food choice (breakfast). The staff is indeed very nice and welcoming, no question about that. However, it does not make up for how much the structure itself lets you down. 4 Stars totally undeserved. 2.5 stars would be fair

Great hotel about 15 minute walk from Verona Porto Nuova station or a 5 minute bus ride. Got to the hotel two and a bit hours before the 2 o’clock check but was hoping to drop my case off but my room was ready so I was able to check in without any fuss. Very friendly and helpful guy at reception. The room was huge. Bed was very comfortable and a well appointed bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was pretty good too.
