Decent hotel in the the heart of Old Quarter. Next to the market and lots of food and close by to the entertainment street. Roof top was too cold to enjoy in this cold season even with heaters. Spa has no traffic and I went to other great spas within walking distance. Transport round trip was arranged by hotel which was really good as I had to go to airport in the wee hours.

Aurora hotel Hanoi has been our home away from home. The location of this hotel is perfect for us because we love the old quarter area. Every morning having a perfect view to the lake while enjoying our breakfast is great to start the day. The openness of the sky bar on the top floor is perfect for a drink with mates.

Dejligt hotel lige i hjertet af den gamle bydel. Giver selvfølgelig lidt støjgener, men der er en del af charmen. Meget lækker morgenmad med flot udsigt over byen. Skybar øverst med samme flotte udsigt, men prisniveauet skal lige justeres ned.

Amazing staff in an amazing hotel. Everything was so great: the entire staff crew who were all super helpful to give us food recommendation, helping us around, being accommodating, or just asking about us. Rooms are super clean, functional and quite spacious (rooms without windows were actually very good). Hotel is nicely decorated, rooftop is great to chill and spa service are good quality-price. We will surely be back to Aurora on our next trip to Hanoi! And also try the Banh Cuon sold by the old man in the street right in front of the hotel every morning from 4am-9am!

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was top notch and provided excellent customer services. The bartenders were a lot of fun, played music we requested and kept us entertained! Our room was amazing and so was the skybar! Would definitely stay in this conveniently located hotel again!

Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. Staff Lilly upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. Everything is excellent about this hotel from spotless room, smiling staff, great shopping & restaurants nearby & everyone so attentive but only thing not happy was no drawers in room to put clothes, water in shower would come out & make bathroom wet & room is very small, otherwise; love this hotel & staff & love Hanoi!

Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. Property was excellent overall. On our return stay we appreciated staying in an updated executive room on the second floor - better view and layout. Also liked personal touches eg. welcome back note and fruit platter. Maybe some more eco-friendly methods could be put in place eg: glass water bottles, a take as you need toiletries bar in the reception area rather than having multiple toothbrushes, combs etc in your room. Include a clearly labeled bin for recyclables in each room. Comfort and cleanliness was of a very high standard. Very friendly, approachable staff.

This is our second stay at Aurora Premiun. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always welcome you with a smile. Rooms are modern and clean. The hotel location is in the Old Quarter, so easy to walk to the lake and other sites. We loved our stay at Aurora!

Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter. Everything is within walkable distance. Rooms were clean and functional. Literally every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially those at the front desk such as Justin, Jay and the ladies. If i were forced to nitpick, the TV system runs on an attached android box which is laggy and hangs often.But that is an absolutely negligible negative for an otherwise excellent hotel.

Im Zusammenhang mit meiner Vietnam-Rundreise habe ich das Aurora Hotel für eine zusätzliche Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel ist zentral in der touristischen Altstadt gelegen und bietet auf der oberen Etage ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer könnte sicherlich etwas grösser sein, trotzdem würde ich es bei einem Hanoi-Aufenthalt wieder wählen

Nice place, good central location in walking distance to everything. Breakfast isn’t huge but good enough. My only complaint is the rooms are a little small, but I’ve heard in the Old Quarter that’s common.

The customer service at the Aurora was unmatched. I have never experienced such high quality service. They were kind, responsive and helpful. Mr. Long and Moon assisted with the booked of our Ha Long Bay tour, and transportation. They ensured we had a safe ride and checked up on us to ensure everything was going well. The room itself was great. Big, clean and had everything you need. The breakfast also started nice and early at 630 so you could still have breakfast and get to your activities early.

Nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the busy street within walkable distance from shops. Staff is very nice and courteous. Only wish that the room was a bit roomier. There was a bit of a problem at first before we arrived but the Manager, Hang, and Alex quickly rectified it. Alex explained that the hotel had just been reopened 2 months ago thus employees are still new. Hang was really helpful, kind, and very attentive. She also helped to set up a small birthday surprise in the room for my partner when we arrived. Amazing. The whole hotel interior setting smelled fresh and new. Great modern vibrant touch. We left a jacket before leaving for Ha Long and Hang helped to keep the jacket until we returned. I would come back to stay in here. Love this hotel.

The customer service at the Aurora was unmatched. I have never experienced such high quality service. They were kind, responsive and helpful. Mr. Long and Moon assisted with the booked of our Ha Long Bay tour, and transportation. They ensured we had a safe ride and checked up on us to ensure everything was going well. The room itself was great. Big, clean and had everything you need. The breakfast also started nice and early at 630 so you could still have breakfast and get to your activities early.

Decent hotel in the the heart of Old Quarter. Next to the market and lots of food and close by to the entertainment street. Roof top was too cold to enjoy in this cold season even with heaters. Spa has no traffic and I went to other great spas within walking distance. Transport round trip was arranged by hotel which was really good as I had to go to airport in the wee hours.

Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter. Everything is within walkable distance. Rooms were clean and functional. Literally every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially those at the front desk such as Justin, Jay and the ladies. If i were forced to nitpick, the TV system runs on an attached android box which is laggy and hangs often.But that is an absolutely negligible negative for an otherwise excellent hotel.

We've stayed in a number of hotels in Hanoi and Aurora has become our favorite. The staff are professional and friendly, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and sky bar is fantastic for the view and vibe. We recommend Aurora to anyone looking for a good stay in Hanoi.

Super nice staff. Especially Minh helped us to book tour and take care of us. The rest also very helpful and friendly. Convenient to walk to any place but during weekend, Its a little challenging to call taxi due to closure. Definitely recommend

お盆シーズンに二泊しました。ホアンキエム湖まで歩いて5分位、市街地に近く立地が良いです。 日本人の方に分かりやすく言うと少し高級感と広さがあるアパホテルといった感じです。マッサージ店やレストランも多数あります。近くにクラブがあり賑やかですが、ホテルの防音性がいいのか寝るときは外の音は気になりませんでした。 ただ朝方工事をしてた音が少し気になりました。 また朝食はバイキングで、オーダーするとフォーも食べれます。ベランダからの景色が良く少しホアンキエム湖も見えます。 ランドリーサービスも朝預けて夕方には受け取れます。町中のコインランドリーよりは高額ですが、ホテルに頼むにしてはかなり安いと思います。 またスタッフは皆素晴らしく滞在中とても気持ち良く過ごせました。困りこともすぐに対応してくれます。特にJoyさんはクッキーをくれたり、次の旅行先のダナンへの空港到着時間をケアしてくれたりとても良くしてくれました。またハノイに行った際は利用したいと思います。 Thanks Joy:-)

Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. We also valued the suggestions staff offered at breakfast as to how we could spend our day eg sightseeing options, transport, opening hours at museums etc. Our room was lovely - very clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom.

Probably the best hotel I stayed at I'm Vietnam. Rooms are very modern, very clean and staff was excellent. I love the views in the morning during breakfast sadly I didn't like the breakfast and no many vegetarian options but other than that it's perfect. Loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help us. he breakfast was great and the view while eating breakfast was also great. The room was so comfortable. We did 21 days in Vietnam starting in the north to the south and we did 2 visits here because it was so nice.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in the Old Town Stayed for 7 nights in a Suite with Panoramic View. Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, couple of minutes walk to the Lake. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Really liked the room - view was fantastic, good size and very clean. Nice breakfast and a great rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again when we're next in Hanoi.
