I recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like is it only has 2 elevators which can be a little inconvenient.

The swimming pool is smaller than expected and feels crowded when more than 10 people are using it.

Pool was too small to do lap swimming. Breakfast was poor quality and very repetitive. Good location, strong wifi with bedside sockets, lovely bedding and competent, prompt room cleaning.

Overall a good property although the gym could have some more equipment

Elegant and clean ! Friendly staff, concierge in particular, great views of the city from upper floors above the soi 11 street. The pool is beautiful but allowed smoking in the entire compound is not fair to the nonsmokers.

This hotel was incredible. White marble everywhere the Belfast and the front staff for OnPoint all the way across the board. It's even got Starbucks in the lobby. If you're lucky enough to get to the 18th floor the view is impeccable. Take advantage of the rooftop bar and the rooftop pool

Wait too much time for elevator.

Booked 4 rooms. Had changes along way. Girlfruend enjoy 49th birthday. Daughter arrived 23rd. Staff excellent. Made things easy where they could have been difficult. Decorated roo. On request asked for small acknowledgemebt. Got massive decor which left gf in awe. What a hit. breakfast had western and asian rooms both delicious w dual expresso machines. Health area staffed by pool and exercise. Both nice clean. Good value for money and you get great location as bonus. Easy choice

Good spacious rooms, very clean, nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The only bummer was the pool. The area is such is nice but the water was not clean and the pool bar service level and quality of drinks was not close to expected from that (very high) price level

Room was clean however the bathroom tiles had mildew . Housekeeping staff need to be trained on how to clean the bathroom Staff . The Concierge staff was great and respectful especially Ibban, he was very helpful

I was a bit disappointed, but not everything is bad: Only after I arrived I realized that I have stayed here some years ago. It used to be called the Kensington Hotel, and they have changed the name. If you look on google what was their feedback, you will understand why they have changed the name… A good hotel brand, will never change their name, they don’t need to… Unfortunately, I feel they still need to improve. I have got one of the most expensive rooms, and I ended up in, yes, a very large room, but a bit of old feel to it. Bad smell and even some flys that show up from nowhere, always in the bathroom. Rooms are being cleaned everyday, but not so good! Floor is always full of hair and I do not have hair… Towels looks like they knew better days, maybe 20 years ago. Bath mat, was changed for the first time after 4 days and it wasn’t clean even on the first day. Carpets in the room are not that clean and they look very old. I was in room 609 bad smell all the time in the corridors that leads from the elevator to the room. When I arrived with 3 suitcases, no one helped me to take it out of the taxi up to the reception desk. And believe me, I looked, they where standing there doing nothing. Only from the reception, they bring it to my room. O.k, now for the good points: Breakfast is pretty good, I would give it easily a 8.5 out of 10. Most staff are nice. The lounge was nice to sit, but if you do not drink alcohol, not much value to it… The restaurants are EXCELLENT!

窓側にオシャレなバスタブがあるお部屋を予約しました。チェックイン時部屋の状態は清潔な感じでした。しかし1番楽しみにしていたバスタブにお湯をためてジェットバスの電源を入れたら、黒い汚れが大量に出てきました。本当に残念でした。夜は場所がら結構うるさいです。ホテルの近くにあるマッサージ店は観光客価格で高くて、あまり上手くないのでお勧めしません。ホテルの部屋に置いてある水は有料です。

Quality service! Saw and killed two huge roaches in my room do that’s a problem.

The hallway had a bad smell. The room has a stained dirty carpet at the end of the bed. When I checked in the desk staff was not very welcoming. My visit was only a for a few days. I will not return to this hotel again.

Lovely room which is nice and clean. The TV in the room is a smart TV and is big. Good customer service from the staff. I will definitely come back to this hotel

Very nice hotel, staff was nice. Our room was immaculate! Only thing I didn’t like was the smell in the lobby.

The noise can go through my walls.

Was a good stay. However I was 16 stories up and could hear the street noise which hindered sleep

The wifi did not work for extended periods of time and staff were not effective in fixing it. After two days they finally realised i was not the problem and they offered to change rooms. However by that time i had already arranged all my meetings and work over my cell phones data.

Nuce hotel in good location, but light switches in room made no sense and it proved impossible to leave the small bathroom on at night. Light swiches seemed to randomly turn lights off and on. Maintenance spent 30 or 40 minutes to fix it and failed. AC Maintenance work forced me to change rooms, new room at the end of the hall smaller and no proper desk to work with laptop.

Absolutely incredible value. Beautiful, clean, modern room with stunning views and a jacuzzi in the middle of the room to take them in.

My room was hearing the next room noise and couldn’t sleep well at night.

My stay on January 09 was not a good experience. Room 610 was directly adjacent to elevators and noise from lifts was very loud all night and disrupted my sleep.

Excellent stay at this hotel, house keeper takes pride in cleaning the room, the shower water pressure was very good, breakfast was great I would definitely stay again

The room was amazing unfortunately the view was the building right next to me which looked pretty ghetto but I mean it's a very compact City so you can't expect too much

My room did not have any windows, which was a first for me.

The staff was great, breakfast had alott of vhoices. The roof top nar was awesome and the pool was great. Rooms were large with super king size beds. Centraly located with lots of bars and restraunts to choose from. I would stay here again and highly recomend this hotel.

I asked for a wake up call because my phone has not been working properly. The staff member accepted my requested and their exact words were “noted”. The wake up call never came. Missed my flight and had to pay fees. Not sure what I can do because there is no alarm clock in the room. My phone was acting weird in a foreign country and the hotel didn’t make the wake up call. Don’t offer that service and have people rely on it if you are not going to follow through. I would consider staying here again, I will NEVER use their wake up call service again. Horrible for them to only say sorry. They should offer to pay my fees for missed flight and rebooking.

I spend half my life in hotels. This is a nice hotel but the staff at the front desk let it down. If you are a VIP that is used to upgrades and late checkouts, etc - they will make you fight for them rather than just offering them and making it easy like just about every other VIP hotel

Great location. Close to main attractions, easy to order food and other items. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the city. They understand English well.

A long wait for check-in 15 minutes I ask the guy on the door I had a private check-in in the lounge he said no, only here, the girl checked me in and then wanted me to go to the lounge to check in which I didn't as I wanted to get to my room.. Large clean room l, very comfortable bed great view The bath kept spitting out leaves when jets come on, area around the bath in front of the window is all marble with s small step not too good with wet feet.. Nice pool area small and no towel card so customer takes makny towels and puts on pools beds and shade beds 2 people 4 sun beds.. I'm the lounge only a cake and coffee tea for afternoon , evening you get a two teird bird cage of cheese plate, mini burger, skewers wasn't bad but poor service, slow and no atmosphere..This is the first hotel in Thailand where I think the staff have not been that friendly and eager to help for the price, there are much better hotels nearby the Mercure next door excellent lounge and staff... But the location is great aswell

This hotel is in very good condition. They really take care of their customers and have great clientele who stay on their property. The rooms are luxurious and a very comfortable size for 2-3 people. Most rooms don’t have a view of the street / city, but you’re only using this room to slumber, nothing more. The showers and restrooms are very nice. That’s something I always look at when staying at hotels. The hotel is located right at the heart of Soi 11 street, so you’ll have tons of food, bar and massage options, weather you decide to go left or right when exiting the hotel. They have free transportation for their hotel guest to various locations, such as; Terminal 21 indoor/outdoor shopping, BTS sky train, bumrungrad hospital, and Nana Chard Pier. The reason for 4/5 star rating is due to our room not being available until 2 hours after check time. We were not the only people waiting for our room after the, 2:00pm check in time. They did not offer to accommodate us with a free room upgrade, restaurant/room service credit, or given anything in the meantime as we wait. Hospitality is huge for me, as it should be for all guest, so I do take this one hiccup into account. Having someone wait 2 hours after the check in time is absurd and shouldn’t happen in any instance. Overall the stay was amazing.

I found the entire staff to be very helpful and extremely friendly. It was apparent the comfort and well-being of their guests was their first concern.

Comfortable hotel in convenient location. Close to sukhumvit Rd, Nana station and many restaurants, bars etcetera. Nice pool, good breakfast and a great concierge, Tawan, who was very friendly, professional and helpful. He made a good hotel great!

Good stay, nice hotel with great location and many good places around Only downside to the area is the many Africans drugdealer who keep harassing you.

Aira hotel is located in a great area. Close to metro and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Hotel staff were friendly. The hotel itself was classy and cannot be faulted but the area (Soi 11) was horrible with to many people, nightclubs and prostitutes. It was frustrating walking along Soi 11 to get back to the hotel.

Good location, street very busy in to the early hours, not for you if you want peace and quiet

I did like the Hotel, just very noisy at night. Also in Red light district, if that bothers you. However service said excellent. Great location to walk to local train, and to the biggest mall in town...

The location was great nearby the NANA station exit 3. Just took few minutes that we could arrive the hotel. However, it was quite noisy outside during bed time. Still highly recommend because it was so convenient.

Nice well kept property. Small room especially bathroom. Good breakfast. Strange allowing smoking in the pool area. Made my times there less pleasant than they should have been, breathing in others' smoke.

I enjoyed the breakfast, and the concierge was very helpful. Also I loved the location was central to all the events we were looking forward to doing, and all the taxi drivers knew about this hotel, we just had to mention it's name and they could get us there. One thing I disliked was how the rooftop restaurant the Pastel charged me $30 USD for a 500ml bottle of still water, obviously a scam. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, great bed, good size of room, clean and comfortable. Great location and the Pastel Restaurant on 22 floor was amazing.

Excellent hotel!! We were very happy with everything!! The staff, service, cleanliness. Amazing complimentary breakfast with so so many options. Decent gym and beautiful pool with view!! I would definitely stay here again!!!
