This Motel is so convenient it is right off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. It does need some updates but it was clean and quiet. Parking was no problem.

Parking was fine, right in front of door. The bath/ shower was dirty, couldn't use it!! The bed was hard. Got up at 2:15 am after driving for 12 hours and got back on the road! No rest! Room temp was on 78o, should have been cooled for incoming guest!!

It is an older motel, but it is so very clean. The air conditioner needs to be regulated so that when it cuts off, it doesn't get hot immediately. The grounds are well kept. The people who run it are friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

You can't beat the price! The facilities are a bit dated, but the owners keep it clean and functional. All the appliances and furniture are a bit worn, but in good repair and function properly.. I'm definitely returning as I travel through this area again.

This is a no frills yet clean place to stay in Gore. We felt comfy enough and safe. I’d recommend new comforters for the bed. Or just bring your own blankets. Good deal for the money!

It was just an overnight trip. Love this motel! Check-in was quick and friendly. Clerk made dining suggestions. Right next door is Gambinis Pizz. We chose to head up the street for BBQ, Rail Fence BBQ & Burgers, delicious! Room was very quiet, safe, and clean. No frills motel, we appreciated Suite 16. Couldn't beat the price and we were able to bring our pet. Great find!

My husband and I book here quite often. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always tidy. Great little staycation spot if you're in the area. Bed was pretty comfortable. A/C worked great. Property was clean, well maintained.

Right next door to a good pizza place and Dollar General across the street. The location was easily accessed from the highway.

The owners were so friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. My boyfriend and I loved our stay!! We will be coming back, they allowed us to have an early check in. Just 8 mins from Lake Tenkiller and 5 mins from i-40

Not bad for a small town motel. Overall, it was descent and the staff was friendly. Room, bedding and bathroom were clean. Shower had awesome pressure. You won’t get the amenities and luxury of a chain hotel so if that’s what you want, stay at one. Only complaints are the heater took a long time to heat the room (could have been the freeze from winter storm Landon) and the beds were stiff. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

We stay here every few months when visiting our family in Gore. Rooms are newly renovated. Always a good stay as rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Beds and linens are super comfortable. Water pressure in shower is the best compared to any other hotel we’ve stayed. Just superb!

Price was great. Close to Tenkiller state park is a big plus. A few bugs in room, but nothing crazy. Non-smoking room smelled like it was a smoking room years ago, and the smell lingers a little. Room could really use a lamp, but there is only an overhead light.

We stay here every few months when visiting our family in Gore. Rooms are newly renovated. Always a good stay as rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean. It was location, halfway between Cookeville, TN and Santa Fe, NM. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, not so well appointed room and lack of newer furniture. TV speaker was broken. It was a bed while driving 2 long legs out west. You get what you pay for also. The front desk agent was a nice man, but didn't understand English, very hard communicating and seemed uncaring.

Very cute hotel for the area. The outside might look deceiving in that the rooms might not be in good condition but I didn’t have any issues with the room. Not that the outside looks trashy. It’s just has an older look to it. The room was comfortable & clean and the person at the front desk was nice. He was kind enough to recommend the coffee shop across the street for good coffee and he wasn’t wrong.

Very convenient to Warner, the river, and area lakes. The room has an older smell, but it's extremely clean, and for the most part well-appointed. There are a few little things such as facial tissue that are missing. Nonetheless, it is an excellent location with very good customer service and outstanding quality for the price.
