Gece duvarlardan azda olsa ses geliyor oda çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Otelde kalanların çoğunluğu arap turistler gece çok ses yapıyorlar. Otelin otopark alanına aracı bırakıp sabah erken saatte binerim diye düşünürseniz yanılırsınız alandan çıkmanız mümkün değil alan kontrol edilmiyor park etmenizi tavsiye etmem.Hotel yöneticisi ve çalışanlar Güler yüzlü çok yardımcı oldular.

First I walked into the room and I was supposed to have a non smoking room and the window was Peña nd the whole room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets did not fit the bed and the sheets looked very dirty. There is no spa, pool, or fitness center which is why I booked the hotel. The staff was okay, not too good but not bad either. They didn’t do anything special. Overall we made it work but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again

Ein Hotel was nicht mal Frühstück gibt. Ein Hotel-Spa, was Sauna, Pool usw. hat, aber alles kostet extra, und das wichtigste ist, man fragt Vormittag nach, dann bekommt man ein Preis für den Pool und Nachmittag ist anderes Personal wo man wieder ein anderes Preis bekommt. Der Pool ist nicht mal sicher, Beleuchtungen im Pool hängen einfach draußen, also nicht sicher. Ein Hotel was eigenes Parkplatz hat, aber nur für ein paar Fahrzeuge und kümmern tuht sich keiner. Also kurz und knapp, man versteht unter Hotel und Spa komplett was anderes.

The hotel says it has swimming pool, but you have to pay separate fee to use it. Shuttle to the airport cost money 😔. There are limited restaurants and the one's we found has limited kids meals if any!

This hotel ruined my life. Me and my sister got bed bugs and when we told the staff at the hotel about it, we were treated very badly. They were very rude, blamed us for bringing the bed bugs there and thought we should check out and leave. We stayed in room 3011 which turned out to have bed bugs. Would not recommend this hotel if it was free. Never stay here and spend the money on another accommodation instead.

I didn't like the fact that the toilet lid in bathroom would not stay up. I had to hold it up by hand or using my back to hold it up to use toilet. I told them three times to sort it out, they said they would but failed to do anything about it. Didn't even offer us another room. Very poor service.

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

Super sauberes Hotel sehr ruhig. Leider bisschen abseits gelegen, falls man Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gerne hätte. Dafür gratis Transfer zum Flughafen und gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone. Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul

Hotellet er rigtig pænt, og nærmest nyt. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Det eneste problem der er med hotellet er lydisolering. Du kan hører alt hvad der foregår på hotellet. Der er rigtig meget støj fra ventilationssystemmet samt du kan hører alt hvad dine medbeboer laver.

Hotellet er rigtig pænt, og nærmest nyt. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Det eneste problem der er med hotellet er lydisolering. Du kan hører alt hvad der foregår på hotellet. Der er rigtig meget støj fra ventilationssystemmet samt du kan hører alt hvad dine medbeboer laver.

J'ai réservé une chambre dans cette hotel une chambre double exclusif pour avoir un lit 2 personne pour mon confort, arrivée a la reception il me disent qu il n'ont plus de chambre avec un lit double il me donne une chambre avec 3 lit 1 personne , en fesant ma reservation la chambre avec le lit double etait a 56 euro et la chambre 3 lit 1 personne etait a 26 euro ayant pas le choix avec la fatigue j accepte la chambre avec 3 lit 1 personne arriver dans la chambre un bruit de moteur de ventilation toute la nuit impossible de dormir aucune isolation j avais l impression de dormir sous un moteur de ventilation serveur incompétent accueil incompétent plus jamais cette hotel

I like the location and the condition of the property. I didn't like the reaction of the management to deal with my report of a loss of a small bag that contains two books and a trainer. I felt they didn't care, although I spoke with three different staff members during my stay.

I like the location and the condition of the property. I didn't like the reaction of the management to deal with my report of a loss of a small bag that contains two books and a trainer. I felt they didn't care, although I spoke with three different staff members during my stay.

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

Super sauberes Hotel sehr ruhig. Leider bisschen abseits gelegen, falls man Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gerne hätte. Dafür gratis Transfer zum Flughafen und gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The location is what thrilled me the most. Shopping mall very close to the hotel and there are many different shops too. The staff are wonderful and nice. The only downside was the Air conditioner that didn’t work perfectly

Ein Hotel was nicht mal Frühstück gibt. Ein Hotel-Spa, was Sauna, Pool usw. hat, aber alles kostet extra, und das wichtigste ist, man fragt Vormittag nach, dann bekommt man ein Preis für den Pool und Nachmittag ist anderes Personal wo man wieder ein anderes Preis bekommt. Der Pool ist nicht mal sicher, Beleuchtungen im Pool hängen einfach draußen, also nicht sicher. Ein Hotel was eigenes Parkplatz hat, aber nur für ein paar Fahrzeuge und kümmern tuht sich keiner. Also kurz und knapp, man versteht unter Hotel und Spa komplett was anderes.

This hotel is in the center of shops, minutes from the markets, across the street from the mall - all within five minute walking distance. Staff are friendly and always respond to any questions or needs I had during my stay. I will definitely book another stay at this hotel when visiting Türkiye again.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful anytime you have questions during your stay. The room is clean and air conditioning keeps you cool during summer months. It is located right next to the mall, shops, neighborhood park, and market where everything you could possibly need is always steps away. This is the best price I have paid for a room like this. I extended my stay to relax more in a less tourist filled part of Istanbul. This is on my list of hotels to stay in during my next visit to Türkiye.

The room was small and beds very uncomfortable I have found particularly the mattress had a steel spring showing Its a good job it did not go into my ribs while sleeping. I need really compensation. My flight was also delayed to Istanbul by 11 hours.
