"Do not book here, especially if you are traveling with children. This hotel is a complete tourist trap. We chose this place specifically for the pool, only to find out upon arrival that the pool and parking are NOT included and require extra fees. These charges were hidden in the fine print. We felt cornered and forced to pay just to not disappoint our child. The lack of transparency is shocking. At check-in, they even tried to charge us for a baby cot without any prior notice. I had to fight tooth and nail and argue with the staff to avoid this unfair extra cost. To make matters worse, the room was unsafe: I found a shards of glass on the floor at the foot of the bed. This is unacceptable and dangerous for a toddler. The service is unprofessional and lacked any empathy or understanding. They care more about squeezing money out of guests than about hospitality or safety. Avoid at all costs!"

The spa was so useful. We needed it as we travelled a long way the. staff went out of their way to make their guests happy. Good choices excellent. There was the option of not having the room cleaned. Dressing robe slip on shoes for the spa area . They covered every thing efficiently
