Simple motel that met all of our needs and just an easy 7 minute walk to Clifton Hill. Sparkling clean pool situated in the centre of the 4 separate buildings affording guests privacy without people and cars going by. What took our experience over the top though were the owners and handyman. They went above and beyond with their friendliness, suggestions on what we might like to see, upgrading our room (without our asking for one) and in all, taking our time there from very good to excellent. I would definitely return!

The washroom is old and towels are small. Have to pay if you want your room to clean. The only good is the pool and can do bbq. But bbq is old and a bit broken.

Mostly clean but very dated hotel. Owner and staff are kind. Within walking distance of the falls. We were able to park our vehicle and small camper on their property for $10 without a problem.

Room was quiet from outside noise and it was great to have onsite parking. Despite having a reservation, having made payment and a computer record, the staff spent unreasonable amount of time searching paper records, making us wait, without an explanation. The common area for the breakfast was not clean or inviting. Tables were smeared and appliances dirty. The areas around the pool had chairs that were broken or unuseable There was a lot of tools and equipment around the grounds that made it look uninviting. Rooms had a fridge and microwave. They were reasonably sized and surface clean. Bathroom cleanliness was mildly acceptable. Air conditioner/fan was noisy. There were no additional amenities. It met our needs but we wouldn't recommend it or return.

We stayed at 7 Nights Stay recently and found it was a very good value. The owners were very gracious and gave us a free room upgrade after a problem with our original room. The pool was good and everything we wanted to do in Niagara Falls was within walking distance.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance for everything. However, the room needs renovations, the ceiling had a very bad repair, it was clean. The pool is extremely cold, not heated at all ...the BBQ was in terrible conditions. They could do better. I don't think we'll go back.

The room was very unclean. There were dead insects on the floor. The mosquitoes were all flying around. Furniture were full of stains. There were no hooks to hang the towels. The air conditioner was too noisy. We had a baby and we could not even take her a bath, as the bath tub was unclean. We had a two night reservation but we checked out in the first morning. The good part is that the receptionist accepted and apologized for the inconvenience and they said that they’re going to investigate! Hope they’ll do so!

Rooms were clean and staff seemed to be trying really hard to ensure guest happiness. The continental to-go breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful. I would stay here again. Affordable and only a ten minute walk to Clifton Hill!

The room was very dirty and the toilet wasn't working properly. The bed sheets even had blood and hair on them. The breakfast was also terrible, they had no options. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I genuinely have no clue on how they have such high reviews.

The property is very old and not in a location that felt very safe - garbage around the property is not picked up and the rooms, while clean, are older as well. The gentleman that worked the desk was very friendly, but it's a place where you get what you pay for with an old motel a little further away then most others. The Wi-Fi didn't work perfectly, and the television didn't have a lot of working channels (and the weekend price is too high for a stay like this - so if the regular $60ish price, before tax, is what you're looking at then this place is perfectly alright (but $120, after tax, for a Saturday night is not probably worth it - even when booked months in advance).

Very clean, the friendliest staff I have ever had at any stay. The price was great and it was so close to the main strip. The one staff member, I believe he was maintenance, was great for giving us ideas of things to see and giving info about the area. My only complaint and it’s not really a complaint would be the one parking lot was very tight for a truck to fit in, but the other side parking was a better fit for a truck. We had a great stay. We were there for 3 nights for a basketball tournament and it was perfect.

The staff made check in super easy and quick. Very friendly and very helpful. Was even given some great food locations. The room is nice and clean. The jacuzzi tub was the perfect end to a very busy day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience

My experience at this hotel raised concerns about their handling of personal identification. It is perfectly legal and understandable for hotels to request ID upon check-in. However, in this case, the hotel made photocopies of my personal documents, causing serious privacy concerns and potential misuse of information. In many professional environments, this practice would be deemed unacceptable due to the associated privacy risks. That such a practice exists in a setting where guests should feel safe and comfortable is unsettling. I felt strongly enough about this issue that I requested they return my copied information and chose not to stay at the hotel. I will be seeking a refund due to these circumstances. With this experience in mind, I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially to those who value their privacy and secure handling of personal information.

Very rude the onwer when i complained about the room very cold. Stayed 2hrs in the room, my kids couldn't take there jacket cause how cold the room. When i asked to come and check the heating, he said if u don't like the room go to another hotel with yelling. This is the experience. We left and went to another hotel.

The management tried to tell me thry had nobroom ehen i arrived. Did not give meca room I requested then after telling me the security deposit was $150 debited my xard for $200. They then refused to return the money to my partner siting blood on the sheets as the reason. It was simple blood from my menstrual cycle and was clearly not breaking any regulations as outlined in the policy.. the fact that a natural bodily function was used to STEAL money from a couple who lost there im a fire and a person who is on disability.. the manager hen yelled and was quite rude on the phone asking for even more money.. 🙄 as of now we have not received any compensation.. and are left with almost mo money. UNACCEPTABLE

Mostly clean but very dated hotel. Owner and staff are kind. Within walking distance of the falls. We were able to park our vehicle and small camper on their property for $10 without a problem.

It's a decent motel that gives you the basics. The couple that runs this place is really nice. The location is great (you can walk to clifton hill in under 10 minutes), you get free parking and a basic breakfast. The price of the rooms is also very reasonable. I'd stay here again.

We stay for the night and it was quiet and safe around the property. Walkable around the Clifton hills and the Falls. The room is updated and clean. Staff are nice and accommodating. Free breakfast is good for the price. Will stay again for our next visit.

Grand motel ancien mais très bien entretenu , le personnel a été adorable, serviable et très accueillant.le petit déjeuner était simple mais efficace.je n’ai pas profité de la piscine car les journées étaient ensoleillées mais un peu venteuses. Quand vous arrivez a ce motel vous pouvez abandonner votre voiture sans payer de parking car tout se fait a pied tranquillement. Petit marcheur, a pied , les premiers restaurants ou fast food a 5mn pour plus de choix 8mn, la vie très animée du centre les attractions et les casinos ( pour ceux qui aiment)15 a 20mn et le Niagara Falls 25mn. Personnellement j’ai aimé cet emplacement pour tout ça et le tarif était très correct pour début septembre. Salutations.

Rooms were clean and staff seemed to be trying really hard to ensure guest happiness. The continental to-go breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful. I would stay here again. Affordable and only a ten minute walk to Clifton Hill!

Poor experience. Hotel is in blighted area, and very past its prime. Room was renovated and acceptable. Shower uneven floor and felt hard to get stable footing in. Worst contintal breakfast ever. 2 types of cold cereal (limited to 2 bowls), white toast, bagels but no cream cheese. Staff nice, but the postive reviews HAD to be bots. So many better, cheaper options closer to the falls.

I booked a room with two queen beds for my family of four members. Everything in the room is too old . The pillows and the bedding could be better! They didn’t put even a tissue box in the room. They served breakfasts but it was just bread with butter and jam bagels and Somoza, coffee and tea. The food serving area is so small that five to six people can fit and the eating area has not enough chairs and tables to sit comfortably to eat!

I stayed 7 times in this hotel as it has good quality and convenient location. No luxury but fair service for the price. They just added a basic included breakfast on Saturday and Sundays: Toast, Bagels, butter, peanut butter and jelly jam. Coffee, tea and milk. Nothing fancy but better than not offering breakfast

property is really dated, but room is clean only smells old. breakfast is not considered continental, it should be labeled to-go...only 1 piece bagel, somosa hard boiled egg(or small muffin)and a choice of coffee or juice. for the price it's not worth it. owners are nice but understaff. long line just for having breakfast. parking should be free considering their rates. no unlimited coffee and dining area is far from your room. dangerous specially during winter.

Run from this place it’s nasty We had stained chairs and pillow cases. The beds were terrible the pillows I have had better from the free inflight pillows on airplanes. The bathroom was disgusting and there were zero toiletries at all. They advertise breakfast included and it’s only between 7-9am so no sleeping in allowed and then we get there and it’s 3 day old croissants and one complete with its own mold farm. These property owners simply don’t care and they obviously live like pigs based on what we saw.

Mismatched bedspreads. No Kleenex in the tissue box. No drinking glasses in the room. Flat bed pillows. Reception was not familiar the location of the Loot 649 Theatre. Total us there was only toast for breakfast. But in turns out that there were bagels and cereal as well. The only good thing it was close to downtown.
