It was an excellent experience: property, security, service! Thanks a lot to all the team. Even the breakfast was suggested, always at the highest level. In this area to have so excellent service- bravo! A perfect place for middle ranged families. Thank a part for parking: it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a safety parking in this area, but you did it! Wow! Place was ok. Only 4 parking spots available, even then there is no parking lot. Breakfast was a joke. It served the purpose of having a place to stay for 2 nights.

Comforter on the bed had multiple holes.... possibly from cigarette ashes....also parking is very very limited and parking area very tight....I have a SUV midsize and less than a few inches on each side between the car and wall.....

Sunset Park is an awesome neighbourhood and the staff was good. We got checked in very easily and quickly. However that’s there the positives end. The room was dusty, there were fly larvae in the shower, there wasn’t a single closet, drawer for clothes, or even a small table to put our suitcase on.

For an inexpensive hotel, this place was CLEAN! Other hotels in the area at this price point are hard to find and usually disgusting. Easy check-in, quiet, and comfy. The room was small, could've used a chair, and the phone was filthy, but everything else was spotless.

This place is terrible and dirty ,they gave me a room with burn holes in the comforters, walls dust so thick around the picture frames my eyes burned and shut from my allergies , no parking they make copies of your i.d without your consent this place needs to go in the trash 🚮

The pictures of the bedrooms on the website are misleading. The actual rooms were dirty, smelly, and nothing like what was advertised. I definitely won’t be returning.

I had to keep asking the front desk staff to come and change the input on the television. Also, half the channels on the TV are either without audio, or no reception at all. If that we're fixed, it'd make the stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Was my first time in Brooklyn/NY. Maybe this is what you get at this price level. Smallest room ever and no closet, shower seemed unfinished, bed was old/lumpy. No where to put suitcase, so it has to go on 1/2 bed. Luckily it was a king.

when we came to check in there was nobody in the front and as soon as someone shows up to check us in immediately gives a horrible attitude toward us. we had to check out early at night did not stay in the room for more than an hour due to unhygienic and unpleasant environment blood stains and odors everywhere including on the sheets didn’t even sit on the beds. toilet paper was filthy brown hair on towels burn marks on sheets no parking whatsoever very unprofessional management do not know how this place is still open called to see if any type of reimbursement could be made since we barely even used the room and man on the phone was rude and was hard to understand but said no reimbursement could be made.

The towels are not looked clean, the room was small, the parking was very small, the bathroom didn’t work properly, dining area wasn’t comfortable only two chairs and one little table. It’s took me a long time before I slept, my skin was itching. It was very expensive for the quality of services. I will never go to this hotel anymore.
