Great hotel amenities include a hot breakfast and free shuttle to Lagoon theme Park (only 5 minutes). Lots of great food and shopping options close. Room was spacious and there was a pool and workout room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We requested a top floor and instead received a bottom handicapped room. The room is very close to a side entrance. Here's the big problem, if you use cart for luggage there's no ramp. Also the bench and chair look like they was purchased at a garage sale. There were only two shower towels in the bathroom and the coffee in the lobby was luke warm at best. We chose the Hampton Inn because we stayed here last year and were very happy. We even recommended our daughter staying here. Yes, they were pleased.

Hot tub was nice and stayed open late which was a lifesaver. Breakfast good but maybe try different sausage. Loved the soap dispensers pillows and how quiet the hotel was even though I think it was busy.

The accessible room was so nice! Very large with plenty of room for my scooter, and a long desk/table for my family to eat at and use together. I especially loved that there was a shower chair provided, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps on the wall, and a handheld showerhead in addition to the main one, to make it much easier for me to be able to shower. Honestly, it was easier than at my own home!

This was a perfect place to stay for a Lagoon trip. It is literally directly across the street from the entrance and located near grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences. The gym has cardio, dumbells, bench and cable machine so you can pretty much do any workout w/ some mods. It was clean. Breakfast was as advertised. We will go again!

A couple of doors weren’t working, and one that was had dog poop right outside it that everyone was walking/rolling their luggage through. Absolutely disgusting. The A/C couldn’t reach 70 degrees and powered on and off about every 30 seconds. Patrons were SO loud at 3:30 am.

Our room was not very clean. The shower had excessive mold in it. The furniture was torn up or damaged. When we were in our room we had some sort of allergic reaction as we automatically got stuffy. Sneezing and coughing, but when we were not in our room, we were fine. We were onlynthere to slepp so we did not make it a big deal. Andi had absolutely no people skills. We did not have one issue with any front desk staff We were there 12 days and on the last day Andi and I had a confrontation where she was rude and a bully. Christi made our stay wonderful. She was personable, helpful and very willing to assist us with anything we needed. Overall we give the stay a 4 because of the professionalism of Christi, the breakfast staff, the housekeepers and the laundry was convenient. We also l9ved the cookies and hot cocoa. 🔥

The bathroom door looked like it had a form of leprosy. The bathroom sink looked and smelled like someone peed in it. All of that was managable but we woke up in the bed this morning with someone's hair pins in the bed??? We didn't wear nor did we bring any hairpins this trip.

This was the cleanest and best maintained hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel a great deal with work and stay at mid priced hotels due to company budget and this hotel was like a 5 star hotel! The grounds were clean and well maintained and the rooms were spotless ..amazing.

It was perfect! My room was a suite, with a huge desk that made my room, my office. They have a fantastic breakfast every morning and the staff was amazing! Beautiful, quiet location, near a really nice gas station and convenient store. Easy freeway access and a mall less than a mile away.

Easy stop off the highway . Very clean and great service. There is a large open mall nearby for restaurants etc. The hotel itself is outdated and was kept really warm. We had to run our loud AC all night in March /; Also the blackout curtains didn’t quite cover the entire window so we had to add pillows etc over the cracks to sleep.

The bed was very uncomfortable - hard and HUGE hole in the middle that we fell into. Otherwise, the hotel was really, really nice and super convenient for our Stella-goldendoodle. Thank you for allowing her!!!

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff. I would rate it highly except for their beds! The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable, neither my husband or I slept well which is a bummer because the rest of the hotel was great. We most likely wouldn’t stay here again because of the uncomfortable mattresses.

Christie at the front desk was amazing. We were in town for a funeral and she was able to make some changes and put our two groups in rooms close to each other, which made it easier to help with little kids. She extended our check out time so that children who didn’t want to attend the funeral could be in a safe, comfortable place. Christie showed amazing compassion and generosity for our difficult situation. Thank you, Hampton Inn!

Well, the thing that really made me happy was the staff that checked me in on Friday night, September 6th. My daughter had just had surgery that day and we needed a place to stay before a long drive home. The lady and the gentleman at the front desk went over and above to make us comfortable.

Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake/Farmington is the ONLY HOTEL in the nation that has ever refused my receiving a very simple receipt showing a zero balance following my stay there! They stated I had to contact Hotels.Com whom I made my initial reservation with for a copy of my receipt so that I can pursue reimbursement. Seriously?! I make most all of my hotel reservations through Hotels.Com & have NEVER experienced not receiving a simple receipt following my stay. This hotel sure does honor receiving guests through their contract with Hotels.Com, though! I will NOT stay at this Salt Lake City Hampton location in the future!! I'm chalking this experience to incompetence!!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend to visit the zoo and Lagoon with some friends. The lady who checked us in was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and their were fresh baked cookies at check in. The last night there I was leaving Lagoon and received a phone call from the hotel making sure we had a ride back. They went above and beyond during our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

The area near SLC is great for getting out of the higher parts of the city. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by with less traffic. Lagoon right next door! The hotel was clean and easy to access. 10/10 will stay here again.

The property was close to my family and made it easy to attend the family get togethers.***** The breakfasts used to be excellent. Now it is just basic scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. * They used to serve omlettes and bacon with sliced fruit.

For the price, it was a great value. Everything was excellent except the breakfast. They can expand the hot portion of the breakfast. No protein served and the potatoes were soggy and very poor quality and taste.

The front desk staff are super helpful and nice. The room was very clean as well as the dining area. We stayed in several hotels while visiting the area for 12 days, this hotel by far had the best breakfast and staff ensuring items were fresh and area was cleaned constantly. Will definitely stay here again and consider other Hampton Inns as well when traveling.

The rooms and all properties were clean and well taken care of. All the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The shuttle was great. Having the room cleaned everyday was great. A huge shout out to Lisa at the fron desk. The only thing we weren't really impressed with was the breakfast. Fresh fruit was good. The hot items not so much
