The room was ok. I expected a bit more from this hotel. There was no A/C in the lobby nor restaurant. Room was ok. It looked quite a bit worn., ac in room worked fine. Had a bit of trouble with the toilet at first but that got fixed quickly. I got to say. breakfast was absolutely delicious. Again, the downside was that they had no A/C in the restaurant. The people working at the hotel were all great people with experience and the will to help the customer and make him feel welcome., no exceptions.

Lo malo: Llegamos y encontramos una cucaracha moribunda. El hedredon de una de las camas estaba sucio. El sofacama estaba todo sumido. El baño estaba tapado. Fuimos a la alberca, eramos 4 y solo nos prestaron 3 toallas. En la alberca no habia sombrillas, según el staff del restaurant, estában fuera de servicio. Lo bueno: Muy comoda la habitacion, climas helados. El baño muy limpio y funcional. Peronal muy amable. El hotel está muy bonito pero en las areas comunes hace mucho calor.

Let me begin by saying that we've stayed at this hotel chain before in Mexico City. This location is nothing like the one we've been at before. The rooms are dirty (curtains, carpets and chairs). We requested to move to a cleaner room upon arrival and the one we got was only a bit better. We had to call the receptionist again for a working remote for the TV and remote and hand soap. Overall, it was a good location and the staff were nice but the rooms need updates. And cleaning.

No fue una estancia agradable, ´por la noche la llave de la habitación no funciono, tuve que bajar 4 veces a que la reprogramaran y solo pude entrar a mi habitacion hasta que me acompaño y abrio un empleado, lo mas molesto es que a pesar de ser poco mas de las 10 pm, la escusa que daban es que por seguridad por las noches se bloqueaban todas las llaves, POR FAVOR EN QUE OPARTE DEL MUNDO PASA ESO?, que no puedas entrar a tu habitación a la hora que quieras, lo cual obvio es mentira, pero hasta para mentir son malos, el empleado que me apoyo a abrir me dijo que en realidad tenían tiempo con problemas con su sistema de llaves y que no le han dado mantenimiento en mucho tiempo, en fin, una mala noche, ya no pude salir de mi habitación por miedo a no poder volver a entrar, la administración debe capacitar mejor a sus empleados para mentir y dar mantenimiento o modernizar sus sitemas

Checked in around 8pm. Reported broken ac around 10pm after we gave it time to run a while. Late response from maintenance on broken ac. Took over 3 hours to try to fix the ac with very poor communication as to what was happening or wrong. I was told at least 3 times that he would be about 15 mins but we did not hear back until and hour or so each time. Finally gave us the option to move to a different unit with a working ac at 2am but it would be a downgrade from our jr suite which we accepted with the understanding that we would be issued a credit/refund for the downgraded room level. It has now been weeks and the hotel refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for our inconvenience.

First time stay was very satisfying. Service was excellent, many of the staff were bilingual which helped. Breakfast was great,good buffet selection. Evenings in the restaurant was slow, probably due to short staffing. Room amenities varied per room, some of us had refrigerators and microwave, others had none, didn’t match up to their website descriptions, still overall was good, rooms were spacious,clean, and comfortable. Housekeeper went out of her way to help us in our stay. Would stay here again.

Constantemente visitó la ciudad y no es la primera vez que me hospedó en este hotel, nunca hacen válido los beneficios que tengo como cliente frecuente y siempre tienen una excusa para nunca mejorar el servicio Lamentablemente no tengo muchas opciones en la ciudad y este es un hotel céntrico, pero lamentablemente el personal y la ayuda que te dan no es ni nada, bueno deberían de apreciar mucho más a la Cliente que al final de cuenta es y somos los que mantenemos el hotel

todo super bien, solo que un trabajador en varias ocasiones e insistentemente nos pidio propina cuando no teniamos porque hacerlo ya que no aceptamos su ayuda cuando el se ofrecio a ayudarnos, pero de alli en fuera todo super bien. la persona de recepcion y limpieza super amables en todo momento.

I had a good time at the hotel since it was clean and a nice suite. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was good quality food. All the people I encountered were courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

First time stay was very satisfying. Service was excellent, many of the staff were bilingual which helped. Breakfast was great,good buffet selection. Evenings in the restaurant was slow, probably due to short staffing. Room amenities varied per room, some of us had refrigerators and microwave, others had none, didn’t match up to their website descriptions, still overall was good, rooms were spacious,clean, and comfortable. Housekeeper went out of her way to help us in our stay. Would stay here again.

Decent room rate. Close to a shopping center. But old carpet everywhere. Breakfast never included and pricey for Mexico. Room windows have constant sun making it hard to keep the room cool in the summer :-o. And thanks to a greenhouse type glass entrance, the foyer/salon is an oven by 9am and all day.

I stayed 2 nights. Room was okay but needs updating for the price. I had to go to the reception area because my key didn’t work. Went back upstairs and still didn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed the issue pretty quickly. I usually book through Expedia and was denied breakfast, like literally had us stop eating and leave the food at the table while they stood there. That was not mentioned at all at time of booking. It just says breakfast included at time of booking.

The whole building does not have A/C. The interior of the hotel feels like a furnace and then the rooms are even worse, heatwise. Staff is as helpful as possible, but it’s unacceptable for summer heats. I’d close them down until they fix this issue. It’s unfair for the guests to expect the very least, a room that doesn’t feel like a furnace.

Front office staff was top of the line. But the room we got looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. AC remote didn’t work n they swapped it out quickly. But during the night AC made horrible noises that kept up from having a restful night. Toilet was not in proper working condition, it took several flushes to actually work properly. The restaurant staff were very un attentive! Never came back after just ordering two coffees and just technically stopped by to drop off the check. The lady even yelled at me when we were walking out “did u sign the check?” From where she was, I felt so embarrassed! I complained the next day after checking out n was told I would receive a call from a supervisor on duty but never did! Very disappointed!
